Hero Rising: Next Generation Chapter XLI: Inhospitable, a Naruto + Young Justice Crossover fanfic

Remember to vote if you haven't! I was going to end it early as I didn't get any votes for a month but got 20 in the week of updating Naruto On Board. I'm at 170+ now and if there isn't 190 by the time I get to s4 of Ultimate Spider-Man I'll take it down then instead of ep 13. BUT I WILL TAKE IT DOWN if I get to s4 of Korra first as that's only 13 episodes.

And then I will put up a quick one for Shinobi on Board as we thought up something we feel we should also get your opinion on. And then another next story poll when either Ninja in the Web or Avatar Maelstrom ends.

I also got a new beta for all stories minus the Star Wars, this one, and Korra stories but as I sent them the chapter for Shinobi, water got on their laptop and that's in the shop. And they can't do it at the moment for a while but said to continue until they can.

I've also uploaded this early as I just found out earlier today (Thursday, Aug 11th) that a family member had surgery that did seem to go good but uploading this in case we all go to visit.

ALSO, I'll be working on the next arc to get that done and the canon arc will stay canon but I will have Naruto do something OC until the last part of the last ep of the arc And I'm sorry for any spoilers now that we're in the season.

Chapter XLI: Inhospitable.

Last Time.

"Must be close," Naruto said before taking their supplies and giving M'gann a message about the men for the police.

Walking further ahead, Naruto came to an old factory before surveying it and waited until night came.

Putting on his costume, Naruto walked to the wall before jumping up. Stopping at a small building, he heard a group of men play poker and talk about the sales before seeing two men walking around the property. Naruto then shot a taser arrow at each man before taking a kunai with paper attached to the handle and threw it at some barrels near the building. He then did the same at several other buildings.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Men ran out of the building only for a clone to knock them out before Naruto saw a man standing in front of him wearing a green shirt and khaki pants. The man pulled a knife before running to Naruto and took a swipe at him. Naruto dodged before blocking several more before grabbing his arm and twisting it before pulling the man forward and punching him, knocking him out.

Walking to the factory, Naruto saw a middle-aged man in a black suit with a katana before bringing his bow out and had it straighten into a staff before running to the man. Blocking several strikes while sparks came off his bow, Naruto turns to hit the man in his knee before spinning to hit him in the head then bringing his knee down knocking him out just as the police arrived. "Thank God I got a vacation next month."

Happy Harbor February 25, 2020, 07:38 EST.

Naruto wearing a black long sleeve shirt, faded jeans and boots stretched his arms up before looking to his left to see Megan who had her hair back to past shoulder length wearing a purple cardigan over a yellow button shirt, blue skirt, pantyhose, and heels.

"Ready?" She asked through the link as he nodded.

"Yep, been a while since we've visited your parents." He said as he looked back to see Bio-Ship, Sphere, as well as a police SUV before hearing the computer in Conner's garage.

"Recognized: Forager D10, Terra D11, Halo D31."

Naruto saw Forager, Tara with shoulder-length hair wearing a yellow jacket over a white shirt, jean shorts black leggings, and boots, and Violet walking out.

"He still won't talk to me." Tara sighed holding the straps of her backpack and looked at Halo. "Have you tried?"

"Not recently." Violet sighed, hands in her pockets before looking up to Naruto and Megan. "Good morning, happy couple."

"Morning." Naruto greeted them, as they walked over.

"So… Today's the day?" Tara asked as Megan nodded.

"It is, just waiting for Gar, You guys missed Conner, Meg, and Donna, they went to plan out their wedding."

"I believe he was dealing with some final logistics for the Outsiders. But he said he'd be here soon." Violet spoke as the door to the house opened.

Harper walked out now with her hair grown out slightly with a small ponytail with the sides still shaved, a nose piercing, and wearing a black button shirt, brown pants, and boots.

"Hey, Violet!" She yelled while walking over.

"Good morning, Harper."

"Uh, Good morning," Harper replied nervously before looking at the others. "Oh, hey."

"'Hey'? That's it?" Naruto asked with a deadpan. "I mean all I did was take you in, treat you as if you were my flesh and blood daughter, give you a roof over your head and three meals a day and all I get before going away for three months is a lazy 'hey'?" Naruto sighed as a taller Cullen ran out wearing a red jacket, white shirt, and jeans.

"Cullen, you forgot your bag!" Bethany yelled out in her uniform and walked out holding a blue backpack.

"Sorry!" He yelled running back as Snapper without his beard walked out.

He's wearing a gray business jacket over a white button shirt and jeans.

"Your coffee, Mrs. Carr." He lifted a coffee cup showing he had a gold ring on his ring finger as she grabbed it in her left showing she has one as well.

"Thank you, Mr. Carr." She replied, kissing him. "But if you and these kids plan to get to school on time, we'll need this spaceship moved to get our cars out."

"Called it!" Naruto yelled, cupping his right hand over his mouth.

"Don't you have a side harem to please?!" Bethany yelled back with a smirk.

Naruto responded by bringing both hands up to flip her off, having the teens gasp as Cullen ignored him smiling. "What are you grinning about?" Harper asked her brother.

"We're staying at a house with a spaceship and a giant white wolf!" He replied as Naruto allowed them to stay a few days a week at his daughter's house before allowing them to house sit while his daughters and Conner went to Themyscira.

Sphere then rolled over to Megan as Wolf sat beside Naruto who was scratching his ear before the Zeta tunnel lit up. "Recognized: Beast Boy D01." Beast Boy with a duffel bag talking to Cassie on a cell phone.

"Hey, Cassie, just checking you saw the Outsiders' Flitter feed this morning. There are two legit quests for help there… Sorry yeah, I know you got this covered... Nah, trust me I can let it go. I need the vay-cay, you know? I'm pretty fried… Right, yeah." He walked over to Megan as Naruto was still scratching Wolf's ear. "You crush it girl... Later."

"I'm so glad you're coming." She said hugging him.

"Mom had to go back and look after the sanctuary for a while, this was better than me going and causing trouble that may harm the animals. Honored to be invited."

"Yeah, but soon we should be able to do it more often after the Zeta tube is finished up there," Naruto said looking over. "No Perdita?"

"She was busy…" Beast Boy then looked down at that. "But… We could probably use a breather."

Naruto and Megan looked at each other before Forager clicked as he rubbed Bio-Ship's wing. "Well, someone will be missing someone," Naruto said as Wolf glared at him.

(Grr!)

"I'll miss you most of all mutt."

(Grr!)

"M'gann."

They turned to see Martian Manhunter walking out of Bio-Ship. "All the necessary supplies and equipment are safely stored and ready for our journey."

"Well, guess this is goodbye," Megan said as Naruto walked up to her while Wolf walked to the teens. "We'll see you in three months."

Naruto, Beast Boy, and Megan walked into Bio-Ship before Beast Boy dropped his bag and ran past Megan to the pilot seat. "Hope you don't mind if I drive?"

"… No-!" She stopped as Naruto grabbed her ass.

"It'll give us alone time." He said squeezing her cheek and pulled her to a back room.

"Engage, Engager-Mode!" Beast Boy exclaimed as Bio floated and turned into the ship from his show.

"That's new," Violet spoke as Wolf howled.

(HOWL!)

"They're off to Mars," Bethany said before sighing. "And yes, another thing I never saw myself saying. OK off to school!"

In the distance, the waitress with blonde hair from Bibbo's diner was watching Bio-Ship fly through binoculars with a gold ring on her right ring finger that has an L on it.

Happy Harbor, February 25, 15:29 EST. (1.)

Wolf was sleeping on the deck of Conner's, Meg's, and Donna's house as Dinah, wearing a black jacket over a white shirt and black pants, sat at a chair facing Violet.

"As you know, Black Lightning, Jefferson has put a priority on mental health. He's asked M'gann and I to check in periodically with every member of the League, Team, and Outsiders. So I'm checking in. How are you doing, Violet? I know it's been a year, but how are you managing your feelings about Brion?"

Violet placed her hands on her knees at that and sighed. "I do not believe I fully understand my feelings about Brion, even now. Truthfully, I am still mystified by his choices. It makes me sad and it makes me consider my own choices and how those choices may inform my journey."

"What choices are we talking about?"

"Islam, for one. Gabrielle's faith was very important to her. So important, I cannot bring myself to remove the hijab she wore. I think... I think I need to explore whether or not Islam holds meaning for me, as it did for her." Violet finished looking at Dinah.

Naruto wearing his black armored suit stood beside Megan as they looked out the window to see Mars approach.

"Mmm. I don't know why I'm so excited." She mused as he placed his hand on her shoulder. "Ten years ago I couldn't wait to leave this planet."

"Things are different now."

Hearing a motor run, they turned to see Beast Boy using an electric toothbrush walking out as Martian Manhunter flew Bio-Ship. "Or… Maybe she's tired of being cooped up on this ship for a month." He spoke, mouth full of toothpaste after taking the brush out.

"Garfield, please don't talk with your mouth full of toothpaste. It's gross!"

Beast Boy walked over as he put the toothbrush back in, "Sorry. Bio-Ship, spittoon, please." A pink spittoon came up, having him spit inside it.

"Oh come on Gar, don't use Bio-Ship for that out here," Naruto said crossing his arms.

"S'all good. Bio-Ship likes the minty freshness." Beast Boy said as Naruto sighed and looked up.

"Don't encourage him Bio-Ship."

(Beep!)

"Please tell me you'll show better manners at my parent's home." Megan sighed, having him look over.

"Sorry, sorry. I know I've been a little… Cranky this trip."

"A little?" Naruto raised an eyebrow as Garfield gave a sheepish grin.

"OK, OK, maybe a lot. I just can't sleep in those bunks. It's too quiet. But I'll behave. I promise."

Martian Manhunter stood up as the controls sank before speaking as Bio-Ship spun. "Hmm. It seems Bio-Ship would prefer to fly to the final destination herself."

"She's excited to be home too," Megan exclaimed as they got into the atmosphere and then flew on the ground, passing a NASA probe. "Bio-Ship says a sandstorm's coming," Megan explained as a storm formed behind them.

"Would that affect anything?" Naruto asked as she shook her head and brought up a map of the underground cities.

"No, we'll be long underground before it catches up. Bio-Ship, take us directly to the new Science Center in Ma'aleca'andra."

Bio-Ship beeped before flying into a cavern and flew down to where they saw cities built into the walls.

Ma'aleca'andra March 22, 16:22 UTC.

Bio-Ship landed before Naruto put on a helmet that shrunk to fit his head as a face visor came down. Megan changed into her hero outfit and gained her white skin leaving her long hair. Her sclera then turned black as her eyes became red. Martian Manhunter followed by creating light red eyes.

"Wow. I forgot how big this place is." Beast Boy said, looking out the windshield.

"It is bigger than when you were last here." J'onn explained as they flew to a landing dock. "Martians breed large families, so like most of our cities, the capital Ma'aleca'andra is constantly expanding.

They landed as a female green Martian floated over in purple clothes and a yellow visor on. "Gar, you better change too," M'gann said as Beast Boy nodded.

"Yeah, I wouldn't survive long, even beneath the surface. Fortunately, I picked up a few tricks last time we were here." He then changed into the Ma'arzuu beast. "And the Ma'arzuu Beast is my favorite." He then ran up on Naruto's shoulder. "Its tongue is so sensitive I can taste the air." He waved his long tongue up in the air, having Naruto look at him weirdly. "Mmm, rusty."

"I've already downloaded our telepathic language into your brains," M'gann explained. Getting their attention. "But that means you'll have to watch your thoughts." She continued before speaking telepathically. "There's very little distance telepathically between thinking something, and saying it."

"Right/Right."

They went out and saw the Martian waiting for them who crossed her arms over her chest in an X. "Welcome to M'arzz. You honor us with your presence, humans of Earth."

"Hey, M'ree." Naruto greeted her quickly doing the same gesture before hugging her. "No need to be formal, you're family now."

"Thanks, Naruto. I'll be helping out on the Zeta project. I'm the Chief Scientist-Bureaucrat of the Science Center..."

"W-Wait. You're the Chief Scientist?" M'gann asked as she floated a box with her. "In charge of the Zeta project?"

"Why wouldn't I be? I'm also going by Em'ree J'onzz now. Hello uncle J'onn." Em'ree greeted her uncle who glanced at M'gann.

"Uh, Hello, Em'ree I'll just get the rest of the equipment," J'onn said, turning to leave.

"Does dad know you changed your name?" M'gann asked her sister harshly who looked at her.

"He's fine with it. You know dad. Nothing gets to him." Em'ree replied before looking to her brother-in-law and raised her arms. "I'd like you to feel more comfortable here, so perhaps if I changed forms…" Em'ree then turned into a teenage Megan with green skin, two freckles on each cheek, and wearing a cheerleading outfit that consists of a white shirt with a red M on the left breast, a blue skirt, shoes, and white socks.

"I believe this is an Earth favorite." Naruto stared before both M'gann and Beast Boy recoiled.

"She has six freckles, not four! You know that!"

"You don't need to change your form for us," Naruto replied with a smile.

"Especially if you're gonna change into my mom! Sorry, meant for that to be a private thought." Beast Boy said as she looked over.

"Not a problem, I've always preferred Hello, Megan!'s Rita character anyway." Em'ree lost her freckles, the M turned into an upside-down red triangle and she gained shoulder-length brown hair as her face changed slightly.

"Yeah, that's… Better."

"I believe that's everything," J'onn said, walking up with several boxes.

"OK, Bio-Ship, you're free to go. Have fun." M'gann told the ship who closed her hatch and quickly flew off.

"We can begin construction now," J'onn spoke, turning back to the others. "It would be preferable to complete the work as quickly as possible."

Em'ree nodded before looking at her sister. "You guys don't have to stay. Mom and dad are eager to see you. I've arranged transportation."

"That won't be necessary," M'gann replied as Beast Boy looked over.

"We want to see the city!"

"B-But what kind of host would I be…" Em'ree spoke up, nervousness in her voice.

"We don't mind, you're busy and this work is important," Naruto replied with a smile.

"But thank you for the offer," M'gann replied before they all left, Beast Boy's body inflating like a balloon to float.

Em'ree looked down at that before walking with J'onn.

In the city, the trio walked down the street where they saw countless green Martians around, as well as a yellow one wearing purple robes with a yellow visor making colorful images over her hand for kids.

M'gann looked to her right and saw three white Martians hiding under a set of stairs. "Whoa, so much sharing. I'd forgotten how much psychic noise there is on M'arzz." She said as they continued to walk. "And not all of it pleasant." She finished hearing a few of them talk bad about them.

"Just ignore them," Naruto replied, glancing over. "Best way I handle it without proving them right."

"It's not all bad." Beat Boy said seeing several Martians like him in his show uniform with several turning into Klamulons. "Some of it's just… Weird." He then turned to his left and saw three Gordon Godfrey's, the lights around making one look like he has purple-colored skin.

"I mean… Yikes!"

"Well, uncle J'onn has been forwarding Earth television signals to M'arzz since the 1960s. Those shows have a lot of fans." M'gann replied before they then looked forward to seeing a group looking like the Outsiders with Brion, including a young Caucasian woman with long blonde hair in a ponytail.

She's wearing a blue cowl with a white star on the forehead that left her hair free, a blue midriff-baring top with a white star on the chest and one on each shoulder, blue shorts with stars on them, and red shoes.

Naruto saw a Cassie who was wearing a similar outfit to when Donna started with a red sleeveless bodysuit that was black on the top with the two W's over her chest and a W with gold lines on her waist like a belt. She also has black shoulder fingerless gloves under her bracelets and knee-high boots.

The group turned as holo-screens played footage of the Outsiders showing a logo that is a white O inside a crosshair. "Outsiders! Real Outsiders!"

"Beast Boy! It's Beast Boy."

Naruto smiled at them as they quickly asked questions, missing a Martian peek out from a support beam. Suddenly, everyone winced as a psychic attack hit them, having the other Martians fly away. "That's a lot of hostility!" Naruto yelled as he held his head with his right hand

"Putting up filters and putting a stop to this! Stop and disperse, Now!" M'gann said before she shot a psychic wave out, stopping it.

"Maybe we should hurry to your parents," Naruto said as they continued.

And missing a Martian looking out again, gold ring on their finger that also has an L on it.

Bio-Cavern March 22, 17:38 UTC.

Bio-Ship flew into a caver before stopping at blue and green eggs around a one-foot hole. Bio-Ship turned into her egg form and landed with the others before glowing in rhythm followed by the others.

Ma'aleca'andra March 22, 17:42 UTC.

The trio got to a house where a triangular door opened for them. "Mom! Dad! We're here!"

"Oh, M'gann, you're home."

They looked to see J'ann and M'aatt floating down from above.

J'ann hugged M'gann when they got down as M'aatt put a hand on her shoulder. "Welcome home, M'gann."

Naruto did the greeting, only for J'ann to pull him in for a hug. "None of that, you're family."

"Thank you, J'ann. Good to see you again, sir." Naruto finished looking at M'gann's father.

"And you, Naruto. But, please, I told you to call me M'aatt."

Naruto nodded as J'ann looked at Beast Boy. "Garfield, you look adorable."

"Exactly what I was going for."

"Did you children journey here under your own power?" M'aatt asked as M'gann looked over. "Em'ree was supposed to provide transport."

"Yes, she offered but we declined," M'gann spoke up, all missing a humanoid shadow phase through the floor behind a vase looking at them, a silhouette of a ring on their right ring finger.

Ma'aleca'andra; Science Center March 22, 17:49 UTC.

Em'ree still in her Rita form used a small torch on a console as J'onn moved a piece of metal on top of a Zeta tunnel while another Martian plugged cords in before they heard a male voice as her torch was levitated out of her hand.

"Scientist-Bureaucrat Em'ree J'onzz, I demand you stop all of this at once!"

She turned to see a green Martian in blue clothing float to her.

"But Consul-General…"

"Your secret project is no longer a secret. M'arzz has no need for a Zeta-Tube to Earth! Isn't it bad enough our children pretend to be Earthers? Or that two Earthers contaminate our streets?" Em'ree stood up at that. "Or that these Earthers were brought here by your freak of an A'ashenn sister? And, yes, Em'ree J'onzz, I know M'gann M'orzz is your sister."

"I do not appreciate you talking about my nieces in that manner," J'onn spoke as he floated over.

"And I do not appreciate you building a bridge to bring more Earthers to M'arzz, contaminating our culture with strange ideas that make even the G'arrunns question our values, traditions, and castes. You started all this J'onn J'onzz, with your ma'al Earther broadcasts." The Martian explained as J'onn narrowed his eyes.

"And I regret nothing, R'ess E'dda."

"You will once I put a stop to this," R'ess said staring at J'onn who floated close to his face.

"My orders come directly from the Queen," Em'ree explained gaining his attention.

"We shall see about that!" R'ess exclaimed before leaving.

"I did not realize things had gotten this bad," J'onn said to his niece as he floated over.

"Worse than you know, uncle. But don't tell the happy couple. My parents want the party to go well."

"Private channel?"

Naruto asked as Beast Boy was talking to M'gann's parents about his life on TV and the Outsiders.

"Yes."

"So, any theories about what happened?"

Before she could answer, the building shook as the three of them ran out to see three green Martians floating up in the air. Beast Boy turned into a Ma'alefa'ak, scaring the group into attacking him before M'gann sent a blast at the group sending them away.

They turned to see writing carved into the wall of the house. "What's it say?"

"A very bad word for A'ashenn… And an even worse word for Earthlings."

Bio-Cavern March 22, 18:01 UTC.

In the Bio-Cavern, Bio-Ship forms into liquid and merges with the rest of her liquidated species in the hole.

"Oh, the brain blasts hurt." Beast Boy in his small form said, rubbing his head.

"OK, mom, dad, what's going on? Tensions have definitely escalated since the last time we were here." M'gann spoke to her parents before M'aatt spoke.

"You three moving openly in the city escalated things. You know how quickly psychic news spreads."

"Yes, but what's the problem? I'm used to caste prejudice, believe me, but those words on the door?" M'gann asked, closing her eyes for a moment. "And since when do G'arrunns hate Earthlings?"

"(Sigh) We were trying to keep a lid on this so you could have a quiet party, but…" J'ann trailed off before her husband picked up after.

"Things have gotten much worse since the death of the king."

They explain and show them telepathically that King S'turnn J'axx, a red Martian in blue and gold clothing, was a believer in unifying the races and establishing a peaceful relationship with Earth. Even launching an M'arzz-Earth Communication Satellite into orbit. But then, last month, the King was murdered and the culprit is still unknown. They explain that's a first as with everyone connected, they can't hide something like that.

And they finished explaining that the different Martian races began blaming each other for the King's death.

And that his wife, Queen J'arlia has pulled back on all of her late husband's reforms, except for the Zeta-Tube project.

"You're worried that M'comm killed the king, aren't you?" Naruto asked M'gann who looked down.

M'arzz; Cavern March 22, 18:16 UTC.

Ma'alefa'ak was sitting on a stone throne before speaking as his eyes glowed green. "Brothers and sisters, A'ashenn all. Join me. Hear me."

He then went into his mind and saw multiple white Martian heads.

"We are here, M'comm M'orzz."

"That is no longer my name. Now and forever, I am Ma'alefa'ak. We are Ma'alefa'ak.

The head's eyes glowed before they repeated it. "You are Ma'alefa'ak. We are Ma'alefa'ak.

"We all know G'arrunns killed the king to stop A'ashenns from gaining our rights. But we should not mourn S'turnn J'axx. He pretended to help only to keep us in line. Yet, the queen has rolled back what little gains we made. And the one thing she hasn't rolled back, that, ma'al Zeta-Tube to Earth. The Earthers are allied with the G'arrunns, thanks to J'onn J'onzz."

"Now we must decide, do we allow the G'arrunns and Earthers to scheme against us… Or do we finally rise?" Ma'alefa'ak asked, raising his hand.

"Ma'alefa'ak!"

Bio-Cavern March 22, 18:24 UTC.

In the Bio-Cavern, the Bio-Ship rises from the liquid with another blue and pink Bio-Ship and changes into their ship form. The two begin to chase each other, around the planet, playfully.

Ma'aleca'andra; Science Center March 22, 18:30 UTC.

Em'ree was typing on the controls as Martian guards, Naruto, M'gann, Beast Boy who sat on Naruto's shoulder, J'ann, and M'aatt stood behind her before J'onn floated to one guard.

"M'hontrr R'ohh K'arr, the installation is complete. The Zeta-Tube is ready for testing."

"You may proceed. The queen approves."

M'arzz Palace March 22, 18:32 UTC.

A female red Martian is sitting on a throne in blue clothing looking at red holo-screens with two other Martians before R'ess floated in.

"I come, my queen, with a mind link 1,000 strong, to stop the insanity that is this Earther Zeta-Tube!"

The three winced as a thousand green eyes came up in the room.

Ma'aleca'andra; Science Center March 22, 18:32 UTC.

"Ma'al! Ma'al ma'al! What the hell is that?!"

Beast Boy yelled as he and Naruto winced, feeling the large mind link as M'gann looked up. "A massive mind link." She replied before looking over. "Setting up another filter."

"Why wasn't it up in the first damn place?!"

"Gar, chill! She's only trying to help!" Naruto bit back at Beast Boy.

"Yeah. Yeah, sorry, M'gann."

"Superman, we are ready," J'onn spoke out in English to Superman who was on a screen that popped up in front of him.

"So are we, J'onn. We've temporarily moved the Watch Tower above Sardath's Zeta-Shield that guards Earth against Zeta-Incursion. You're good to go."

Naruto looked on as he heard the queen speak in his head. "Listen, my people. Your strength and unity are most impressive, but your cause is misguided. We must cooperate with Earth because our galaxy is full of dangers to M'arzz."

Naruto then heard R'ess speak up. "Earth is a danger to M'arzz!" He had the others chant that before the queen spoke again as J'onn was getting ready to test the tunnel.

"Not all of Earth is dangerous. Only some of the meta-humans. We need our sister planet's help to identify those who are being used by Apokolips."

M'gann turned to see a shimmer by the hall before turning to face it. "M'comm!"

She attacked, sending him into the wall as guards went over with shock staff and kept him pinned. "Very good, M'gann. No one else detected me, save you, my sister."

"I'm her brother, not you!" Beast Boy yelled at him. "You don't deserve to have M'gann for a sister!"

"Gar, not now," M'gann spoke as she floated over while the queen continued.

"R'ess E'dda is wrong. Earth is not the danger, Apokolips is the danger."

"You're ignoring the danger to our culture, our way of life!" R'ess spoke before J'onn spoke through the link.

"Manhunter, I've checked M'comm's mind," M'gann spoke, having J'onn turn to her. "He only just arrived and didn't have time to do anything. It should be safe to test the Zeta-Tube."

The queen then spoke up as J'onn walked to the tube. "You all know of J'onn J'onzz, our greatest M'hontrr. He has demonstrated that Earth and M'arzz can be strong allies. In the final analysis, do we not trust J'onn J'onzz?"

"You fools, don't leave!" R'ess yelled as the Martians left the link. "J'onn J'onzz has brought the Earther corruption to our world!"

"J'onn J'onzz has brought honor to two worlds. He is a true hero." The queen spoke as J'onn got to the tube.

"Recognized Martian Manhunter-!"

BOOM!

Just as J'onn went into the tube, it exploded sending everyone back before Naruto turned to M'gann who was coughing. "M'gann…"

"I'm fine, but… Uncle J'onn..." She looked to see the destroyed tube before continuing. "I can't feel his mind-touch…"

Orbit March 22, 18:41 UTC.

In orbit, a lone shadowed being watches the destruction of the Zeta-Tube through a yellow honeycomb-shaped screen of a small circular ship.

While on the subject what they did to Halo hasn't bothered me much due to this is a computer that took over a girl's body and yeah wouldn't know how to "Feel" for lack of a better word/explanation. And her looking into religion again she said it was important to Gabrielle and she wants to look at it to honor her as she "Gave her life" so Halo could live.

I've also uploaded this early as I just found out earlier today (Thursday, Aug 11th) that a family member had surgery that did seem to go good but uploading this in case we all go to visit.
