I wish it could have been longer, but I am content with what I have done in this.

Mika ignored the thrum of the crowd in the Chunin Exam arena, focusing on Hinata who was standing to his left. 'Damn girl, you've got muscles.' And it was true, Hinata had put on quite a bit of muscle in the last month. She was dressed the same, in her cream colored vest and ninja pants. She stood taller, with a stronger frame and a power in her eyes she lacked before. She seemed determined, and utterly without the old nerves as before. It was amazing what beating one of your old abusers could do to your confidence. That and the string of successes that came from working in one of your dream jobs.

Hinata was going to be a real threat, he just knew it... and hell he hoped for it.

Leaning towards her, he smiled. "I missed you over the last month."

She smiled back. "And I you, even if I have to kick your butt."

That made him chuckle. "Oh, you wish."

"Get ready, you lot, it's time for the first match." Mika trend to the new proctor, kind of curious as to what happened to the other proctor.

Mika moved across the arena settling in front of a very excited-looking Naruto. "Please forfeit, I have matches actually worth my time to rest for."

Naruto frowned. "I've been training hard, you're going down. Especially for what you did to Haku!"

Rolling his eyes, Mika didn't bother to get into a low stance. "This is going to be far too easy, loser."

Naruto charged at him, calling out. "Shadow clone jutsu!" And a dozen clones appeared rushing at him at really slow speeds.

'Sloppy as ever, Naruto... sloppy sloppy baby that you are.' New weights having already been taken off, Mika easily was able to dodge the slow strikes of Naruto and his clones, lashing out with punches and kicks that dispelled each clone until Mika was facing the real Naruto. With a taste of his new speed, honed by Gai's insane training, Mika grabbed Naruto by the collar and pulled him down before uppercutting him so hard that Naruto literally learned to fly across the arena.

Landing on his back, Naruto rolled to the right and spit up a bit of blood. Quite a bit of blood, he held his chin looking like he was in agony. Twisting on his heel, Mika vanished, appearing behind Naruto and forcing him into a tight grip, arms under his armpits wrapping around his neck.

"Get off me!" Naruto screamed before grunting and swaying as Mika started to slowly drain his chakra.

It was not an easy technique, in fact, it burned as he took in Naruto's insanely dense and potent chakra, but the raw power of it immediately granted Mika a rush of strength and soothed any trace of exhaustion he may have had before. Mika knew he was risking a lot, the technique was not yet perfected but he needed something and only Naruto with his raw power could provide it.

'I need it, this boost of chakra will give me the stamina to maintain my powers throughout this entire freaking tournament.'

"Very, very good." Orochimaru said whilst disguised as the Third Kazekage. "I read my son's report on this boy, he did not have this power apparently before."

Hiruzen nodded, eyes wide. "Chakra siphoning is no easy technique, that requires a vast understanding of chakra when it is not an inherent power... I wonder how he learned it." The suspicion in Hiruzen's tone made Orochimaru roll his eyes, his old Sensei was always too judgemental.

"It is impressive."

"Mika is a medic though, it would make sense of him to have that level of understanding. He is a tremendously intelligent young man, one of my smartest ninjas period in fact."

Orochimaru nodded. "So I am seeing. I heard he used a sword and explosive tags in his previous fight, that mixed with his high speed and strength and skill in taijutsu and chakra siphoning, he is clearly at least chunin level. A jack of all trades, much like your Kakashi Hatake. "

"Agreed, but I want to see more planning before I am having him up for chunin quite yet."

"I cannot disagree with that." 'It seems Kabuto is right, the boy must have figured it out watching Yoroi and perhaps used his medical connections for this.'

Kiba nodded. "His taijutsu is so much better, I can't remember him being this good in the academy."

Hana, who found it impossible to not watch the exams to see her student, gaped. "That level of technique, it is insanely hard to learn. Good boy indeed, Hinata is right he is quite the genius." She turned to her brother. " You're a taijutsu user, can't you see the similarities to Gai's style in his combat?"

Kiba nodded. "Yeah, I noticed it looked like Lee's combat style pretty quickly."

Gai, who was standing nearby, smirked and walked to them. "I trained Mika over the last month, the kid picked up the Strong Fist and incorporated it into his style rather fast. He will never be Lee, Lee was always more physical, but he is definitely notably better and will only get stronger and faster and better."

Hana just smirked. "Wait til he fights Hinata, you think he got better, Hinata will blow you all away."

Mika had to pull away after fifteen seconds of holding onto Naruto, his power just too great for Mika's body, still he had filled his own core by twice his natural amount. With it empowering his body, Mika flipped Naruto around and kneed him to hard in the chest he heard something crack as Naruto rocketed across the arena.

"Forfiet or you die, Naruto."

Naruto struggled to his feet. "Stop underestimating me." And with that, Red chakra exploded around Naruto, twirling into the shape of a Fox before Naruto charged at him with that red chakra cloaking his skin.

'This is why I wanted to learn seals... ' Mika cursed, angry and irritated. Naruto was using the power of Kyuubi, a rather unfair advantage that would only prolong the fight and had negated his chakra siphoning and prevented it entirely. 'I need to knock him out, end this early...'

Gathering chakra into his legs, Mika used the shushin to appear behind Naruto and before the boy recognized where he went, Mika punched the back of Naruto's head as hard as he could. The boy slammed to the ground, groaning but still conscious.

"I didn't want to do this, Naruto, but you leave me little choice." Hoping onto Naruto, he wrapped his legs around the boy's throat, grabbing his arms and twisting them upwards, choking Naruto until slowly, despite the power of the Fox, Naruto passed into the dark realm of unconsciousness. He waited an extra few seconds, but let got as the proctor arrived to see if Naruto was still conscious or alive. "I think that's my victory."

The man nodded. "Victory by knocked out, Mika of the Leaf Village."

Shaking, Mika hurried to the stands, choosing to stand next to Hinata. "How'd you pick up the chakra siphoning technique in just a month?"

Mika laughed. "I reverse engineered the chakra transfer technique, the used the principles of the Gentle Fist to manage it. I literally spent two hours a day just holding Gai's arms and pushing my chakra in and out rhythmically until I got able to pull on his chakra using my own as a hook to latch onto and siphon his chakra. It was a pain to learn, extremely hard, but it was something I managed."

She nodded, amazed. "What are the limits?"

"The biggest one is amount of chakra taken, my body can only handle so much chakra. The other is type, Naruto's chakra is sp physical my body is aching with the urge to move... I might have to bleed off some power just to calm down... now, your match is next right? Kick some serious ass, okay?"

She nodded, kissing his cheek. "I have to go up against you, That will only happen when I beat Sasuke." That was when Sasuke was declared as late and his match would move on. "Well, that's crap."

"Special treatment sucks."

This was a great chapter but we will see more later on. Naruto is a bad fighter, Mika doesn't showboat, and Naruto loses. Simple.
