MrTicklesMMM this is dedicated to you for your constant awesome reviews that never fail to make my day. You always make me think.

"Okay, I hate all three of you," Mika said, making Hinata and Hanabi giggle. Why did he hate them? He was looking at their chakra papers. Hinata had Lightning and Water as her affinities, Hanabi Earth and Fire, and Neji Earth and Lighting. It was not fair. "I hate you clan kids, with your complex chakras and bloodlines! I only have water as my affinity."

Hanabi patted his hand. "You are still gifted elsewhere!"

He sighed. "Now, I had you all tap into your elemental affinities since it is time I actually train in mine. We are being watched by the Hyuuga's, by Hiashi himself, so we can do this." he gestured to the Large training ground around them, where there was a large waterfall, plenty of trees, and an open clearing. "We will spend a few hours practicing an element. Because of the Second Hokage, Elemental Affinity control techniques are allowed for Genin to learn. Bloodlines, medical jutsu, and so on all require advanced elemental affinities. For me, as a medic, I need it to extract poisons and to perform a few types of burn related surgeries.

Hanabi, you will work on Earth jutsu since that is your strongest element. Neji lighting, Hinata Water. As Hinata and I have cast elemental jutsu, we will have some advantages so feel free to ask for help. Hanabi, you are skilled but we have combat have more experience so please ask for help if you need it. We will not judge you. Neji, same for you. I found scrolls on all but Earth, so let's get to trying. Now, If that is all, please let's get going!"

And so they did, With Mika and Hinata grabbing leaves and trying to extract the moisture on them with their chakra. Hanabi had to crumble her leaf with her chakra, and Neji had to get the leaf to crumple up. It should have been hard, but four geniuses were trying what would normally be considered a jonin level technique... so naturally, for Mika nad Hinata it took about ten minutes.

"How?" Hanabi asked, seeing Mika's leaf covered in tiny droplets of water.

"Really advanced chakra control, and a medical training trick with separating water from oil. It is actually really similar. If it it makes you feel better, the next step is to summon a pillar of water, which takes a lot of power, something I lack. Hinata's reserves are about Low jonin, perk of her bloodline, where as Mika is just barely low chunin even with my training with Gai. To be honest, even if I reach Kage level skill I may never have the reserves to reach that level, it's why I learned chakra siphoning."

Hanabi nodded, then bit her lip. "Can you help me, Brother?"

Mika, Hinata and Neji looked at her stunned. "What?"

"Hinata treats you like a brother, and you helped her grow... so why not do the same? I love my sister, so why not love my brother?"

Mika beamed and hugged the girl close. "Alright, little sister, let's work on this. Now, while I do not know much about earth chakra, I do know chakra control really well. You need to work on dividing your chakra into fragments. Spreading the effects from a central point and watch it divide from there."

Hanabi listened, and did as he said... and to his shock, her leaf crumbled away into nothing. "I DID IT!" She threw herself into his arms.

"Yes, you did."

Neji, who was watching, smiled. "Care to help me to?"

"Do I get a hug too?" Neji flushed and to their collective shock walked over and hugged Mika with a tight grip. Mika slipped a tiny kiss to his cheek, making Neji flush even brighter. "So, I actually have a tiny bit of experience with Lighting jutsu, to start hearts. All of us know it, medics I mean, but it requires intense control even better than you have. What I can say is the speed and focus in the absolute key. You need to focus with utter certainty, less the lightning gets away from you."

Hiashi would admit his limits, he knew very little about elemental jutsu, and yet watching Mika instruct his genius children, he felt himself wanting to join in and learn something amazing. Hell, he would do it. "Mika, do you have any extra papers?"

Mika turned to him, wide-eyed. "You wish to learn? From me, of all people?"

"My daughter bested Neji with elemental jutsu, and your words are strong they swayed me. I am no fool, I will no longer deny their power. Now, about that paper?" Mika handed him the paper. Hiashi focused his power into the paper, and watched it crumble away. "I see, earth is my affinity. Very well, where do I start?"

"HIASHI!" They turned, seeing Hiashi's father approaching. "What are you learning, my son? Hmm, something other than the Gentle fist, disgraceful!"

Hiashi felt a spark of rage and, seeing the loathing in Mika's eyes, decided it was time. Turning to his father, Hiashi spiked his chakra and the man recoiled. "I do believe I am the Head of the Clan. Hinata excels with the Hidden Mist jutsu, enough to overcome Neji with weeks of practice. Medics use elemental jutsu to treat countless ailments. The Sanin and all of the Hokages demolished armies with their elemental jutsu. I realize this may shock you, but our clan is being held back by our refusal to grow. I will be the head that changes that. Now leave, and let me help my children and a boy who has all but adopted by my daughters as his blood. " Turning away, he looked at Mika. " Now, what did you say about the chakra control?"

"Divide your chakra from the center, like an earthquake, it is a ripple of chakra broken into fragments."

And with that, Hiashi changed the Hyuuga caste system just a hair, setting the stage for something far, far greater.

"""

Mika was woozy as he focused his chakra into the water, a slimy thing rose from the waterfall's basin. It was about as thin as his middle finger but as tall as he was. "I did it!" It had taken six hours but damn it he managed it. "That was amazing, fuck anyone who doubted me!" he let it go then collapsed into the water, exhausted. Hiashi was there in a flash.

"Take my chakra, your levels are dangerously low."

Mika nodded, grabbing the man's arm and hooking his chakra into the man's chakra coils. A tiny stream of chakra, the only amount of chakra his current skill allowed, pulled itself way into his skin and muscles and cils. After two minutes, he let go, his reserves up to about five percent. "Thank you."

Hiashi nodded, a warm smile on his face. "Not a problem, my son."

"Son?"

"My daughters call you brother, you helped heal the divide between us all... and gave Hinata the confidence I failed to create. So, why not call me father?"

That made something in Mika's chest crack, he turned away with tears prickling at his eyes. "I... I would like that, Father." The word felt foreign on his tongue, but he liked it. "How much progress have you made on your leaf?"

Hiashi grabbed a leaf that was falling nearby and showed Mika how he made it crumble away. "It was hard, I cannot believe you mastered the first stage so fast." He turned to Hinata who was making a pillar twice the size of Mika's rise from the water. "Both of you. So what is our next stage, Hanabi's and Mine?"

"Breaking rock, making it crack but not with just chakra, with intent and focus of pure earth chakra. After that you have to create a crack in the Earth, once you can do this to the degree you make a crevice about... five feet wide and two feet wide you are technically a master, but not really. It's like the difference between medical chakra control and regular chakra control mastery. I cannot access those next stages, not even you can since they are clan protected but I have some ideas. I think hardening sand, and later other rocks, condensing them would be next.

For me, for my next steps, I need to create a wave of chakra the height of my body and five feet wide before I am a master. I have already made alterations for mastery. I am going to work on drawing water from the air, condensing it like I do with the Hidden Mist jutsu until I can cast minor jutsu with just it. Then I will work on a sensory jutsu in which I sense the water around me. Just a theory but hey, I really hate my lack of sensory powers."

Hiashi's jaw was scraping the ground when Mika turned around. "You really are a genius."

Mika laughed. " I do try."

Neji, who was nearby, asked. "I am feeling left out, what about me?"

"Well, lightning chakra is probably the hardest element to control. Mastery in stages is more important as to not kill others or yourself. Once you can crumble your leaf, you need to manifest the lighting on your fingers, then between your hands. Once you can do that, you need to practice channeling it into things like a blade or branch or whatever and regulate your output to not destroy your victims. From there, you should also practice your range. Mastery ideas I have would include not shocking yourself period and using the electricity to strengthen your body, that would almost make your taijutsu masterfully terrifying like the Raikages. I would also learn to sense the bioelectricity around you... just an idea but hey. Meditation is something you do anyway, might as well add that to your bag of tricks."

Neji nodded. "I will keep that in mind. I managed to crumple my leaf. Thank you."

"Not a problem but make you practice near Hinata or I, less you stop your heart."

Neji nodded with a serious stare. "I will do just that."

Hiashi stood, helping Mika up as well. "I do believe that is enough training, Mika even with my chakra your reserves are low. You all need to rest and eat. I will have a filling meal ready for you. Mika make sure you get plenty of protein and meditate tonight. You have a shift at the hospital, you will need as full a set of reserves as you can, You can take more of my chakra before bed."

"Thank you, Father."

And with that, they left their training clearing, never seeing the dark eyes of a man watching them from the distance.

"""

"Damn you Hiruzen, he could have been my ninja!" Danzo cursed under his breathe, hating his old rival as he watched Mika leave the training grounds. "So many diverse skills at such an age. He even managed to hurt Gaara's without the extreme power of the Chidori or Jinchuuriki's power... now he is too well known and under observation, I cannot get my hands on him. Worse, he won the mind and heart of the Hyuugas, I will never be able to influence him.

Perhaps... he is a seeker of knowledge, perhaps I can entice him, draw him in and influence him that way... ROOT is wannng. I need to revive it and he would be a perfect asset... "

Determined Danzo left the training clearing, taking a long walk to determine just what the hell he was going to do, to get full control over the boy...

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

The entire Hyuuga clan, including Hiashi, is underused... So I am fixing that.

Should I put Mika romantically with Neji? It crossed my mind...

Love, your Ninja Overlord,

Mika.
