Set in an alternate storyline where the Capitol never fell and the Second Rebellion was never successful, District 4's tribute, Siren, struggles to survive in the 100th Hunger Games. This Quarter Quell features the added "extravagance" of tributes being reaped from the ages of 6 all the way to 24.

Twenty-four Games and 552 bodies dead on the ground. The Capitol now expects more than senseless killing, craving a show that ends with a star. Head Gamemaker Coriolanus Snow has kept them entertained thus far, and with a new trick up his sleeve, he'll dazzle them once more. This is the year he establishes himself as king.
