This is an AU story involving a few different anime.
Males & females ages 15 through 21 all over have been going missing. Each individual were carefully selected & abducted by some insane person's goons. The insane person then had the individuals placed in individual pods & uploaded their minds into a virtual world he/she created. What will happen to the individuals? Will they be able to escape & get back to the real world? Or will they choose to stay in the virtual world? Who is real & who is virtual?

"This is Aino Minako with the latest news. First we need to discuss safety procedures and precautions due to the strings of abductions as of late."
Don't ever go out alone or even in pairs: go out in at least groups of four or more.
Try not to go out after dark unless you absolutely have to—and not alone.
Parents: keep a close eye on your teenagers—especially your daughters.
Keep some pepper spray or an item of defense on you.
Stay indoors and keep those doors locked—along with your widows.
Report anything that looks shady regarding a possible abduction.
Avoid people you do not know at all costs.
"This just in. We got an anonymous call giving some kind of details about an abductor. They say the person was tall, wore all black and a creepy or angry-looking black, sliver, and black Oni porcelain mask. Their eyes were bright glowing yellow—most likely from contacts. If the abductor had hair, it was covered with some kind of headdress to go along with the Oni mask. I know it's not much, but it's something. And as everyone knows: something is better than nothing."
"Now, let's get to the victims of the abductions. If you see or hear from any of these people, please call your local police offices or the FBI."

"Very well. Very well, indeed." A mysterious voice spoke with what sounded like a wicked smile.
"You are please, Sir?" A different male voice spoke.
"Oh, yes: very. Your call was very convincing. And if Ms. Aino can continue to read her lines perfectly, she may yet be a great actress. On a different note: how are the others coming along?" The first voice replied, pleased. The mysterious voice then seriously questioned, tapping the table with his index finger.
"Splendidly. They are coming around according to plan." The second voice answered.
"Tell me again: who are the rest of the—subjects?" The voice demanded in an eerie tone.
"Yes, of course, Sir. We have:"
· The wealthy prodigy son of Shirogane Jin and Ami: nineteen-year-old Shirogane, Ryou.
· The wealthy son of Briefs Bulma and Vegeta: nineteen-year-old Briefs, Trunks.
· Orphan/Medical student: twenty-one-year-old Chiba, Mamoru.
· Orphan/Swordsman: twenty-year-old Ginryuu, Kurogane.
· Orphan/High school student: sixteen-year-old Aoyama, Masaya.
· The shy daughter of single mother, Sakurako Himawari: fifteen-year-old Sakurako, Skya.
· The shy daughter of single father, Korihana Natsu: fifteen-year-old Korihana, Miyuki.

"Yes, that sounds about right. How close are you and the others to getting them?" The mysterious man asked, demanding an answer.
"Well, all five girls have been apprehended already, and are being transferred to the base as we speak. Ryou will be apprehended as soon as he steps off college grounds in about two hours. One of the guys will grab Masaya at the end of the school day. Oh. Jun just texted, saying he and May just apprehended Mamoru. And it seems that getting Trunks and Kurogane is proving difficult, as they are both fighters and have chased most members away. So, with them, we're going to have to start thinking creatively. And I have: I have a plan to grab them in the middle of the night. You should be able to start your life's work by ten tomorrow morning." The second voice informed the first.
"Good. I'll be in the base, waiting. I'm warning you now, Number 1. If I do not have Kurogane and Trunks in the pods at the base by six in the morning: don't bother coming into work anymore. And you and the others better be able to hide impeccably well. Good day." The mysterious voice dangerously warned before heading out…
