Chapter 2
Frigga sighed as she knew her sons was confused about what was going on. after sif left usagi she came back to hear more to this new friend of hers. She was already coming attached to her. while thor and loki and the warrior three was in shock at the respect that their father had for her. since the woman seemed to have a mouth on her. and for loki it was a turn on. it is rare to run into a woman like her. and he wanted her for himself. While odin closed his eyes and knew that usagi battles is far from done. But for now, she here. They can treat her well. but he knew she would be going back and forth from here to crystal Tokyo when the battle is over. And he has this feeling who is her soulmate is. And he would be her king of the crystal palace and moon palace.
"You are very patient with her husband." Said Frigga
"Well, you and I both know she is very deserving of it, wife." Said odin
"Well yes, I know what you mean since the first fall and until now. but you would understand her more than most odin. You seen the first silver kingdom fall when you went to its aid. She is a war hero more than once," said Frigga
Frigga closed her eyes after her husband showed her memories to her. as she whipped the tears away from her eyes. While odin closed his one eye and thought on all those memories. And her children are war hers as well. but it didn't give the right of the wizarding community to blame her for many deaths. Even though she lost her husband in that war. And her son was being tortured by a sick bastard. While the others in the room was in shock from what they had just heard. odin seen the fall of the first silver kingdom when he went to their aid. No one known who made the first silver kingdom fall. And maybe usagi would be able to share some of her stories to them all.
"Maybe she will share her tales of war!" chirped thor
"People who has suffered as she suffered and seen what she seen. And what she did and didn't do. but people who have been through war rarely like to share their tales of battle. even when there is a victory that came with it." explained odin
Odin sighed and was not happy about what thor had just said. He thought usagi was going to be like him to brag about the wars and battles she fought. It was something that people like her would not wish to do. and it was not in her nature to do something like that. she didn't take a battle as a victory. She took it as a thing to save people from horror. Even though the horror was what happened to her. odin put his hand over his eyes trying to will the more horrid stuff out of his head. He didn't think he would have seen something like that. but then again enydmion was a sick bastard and pure evil when he wasn't trying to make himself look good.
Meanwhile the following morning
Usagi groaned as she was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling. She was never good at sleeping at new places. But she gotten used to it. but this was much more different. As she watched the rays of the sun slowly made its way across the marble floors of her rooms. As it moved, she rose from her bed and stared out her room. Someone was coming. And she could tell by their soul and star seed and pure heart crystal. it was going to be a very interesting day she had that sort of feeling. The doors instantly opened up and usagi smiled when she was seeing Frigga and sif with a group of women holding all kinds of fabric and such in their hands behind them. for the next few hours usagi stood as a group of people worked around her. since she was used to this sort of thing, so she didn't complain. As she made her way to her walk-in closet.
"oh, my moon. They are very beautiful." Said usagi
"She finds them suitable. That shall be all ladies. There will be a ball tonight in your honor." Said Frigga
usagi gotten dressed in a dress that reminded her of her princess serenity one mixed with their sort of dressing here. As sif dragged her out of the room, while Frigga smiled as she watched this. It was about time for sif to find a female friend. And usagi is a kind soul and fiercely protective and won't put up with anyone bullshit. Frigga tilted her head as she watched sif and usagi walk out of the room. Well, sif practically dragging her along. She also watched loki walked out into the open and was watching them as they left with an unreadable expression. As if he didn't want no one to see what he was thinking. And she has a feeling she might know.
"loki, are you well my son?" asked Frigga
"I'm fine and well mother. Said loki
"Were you hoping to speak with usagi" asked Frigga
Frigga smiled the look on his face was all she needed to know and see. As she kissed her son on the cheek and shooed him off. As she watched him walk off. As of late loki had been pulling more away from her and odin. And she didn't like it one bit. When he was a child loki would always be at her side. Often holding her hand or laying his head on her shoulder. Now though she hardly ever saw him anymore. Not unless she summoned him formally or just plain ran into him. even though this could be a good thing for him. it might help him find where his heart belonged to when it came down to love and a future. So, she smiled and wondered around the palace herself.
Meanwhile with usagi and sif
Usagi smiled as she walked along with sif through the barns. She was happy she was not being pulled or dragged anymore. Even though those markings are a pain in the ass when they are activated. At first, she thought lady sif was a very hyper person. But it would seem she was just glad to have another woman around. But she was kind of not in the mood to share her battle experience yet with anyone. and when she brought it up it kind of bothered her. sif sighed she should of not mentioned it. and now she was no better than thor. Yes, she cared and love for thor. But then again there was not much for when it came to brains when it came to thor. But she should have known better. She hoped that usagi didn't hold nothing against her.
"I am sorry for bringing up battle to you usagi. I wasn't thinking when I asked about it." said sif
"Oh no worries about it. I'm just not ready to share. It's just way too many to share as well. I lost count on how many I been in." said usagi
"Oh, but I feel so terrible for asking. I mean are you sure, because If I have offended you, I pray you tell me so I can start to make amends. I do wish us to be friends usagi" said sif
Usagi smiled and knew sif was meaning well. but she knew she was only curious of what she been though in battles. Even though she was not in the mood when it came down to the fact with the battle stuff. But she was hoping to be friends with sif as well. there was always a good thing to have more friends. That is what her mother always said. While sif sighed and wondered what usagi was thinking. She just wished to have a female friend. The females around here are boring and not like her. she was always judged for being what she is. And she was not even ashamed of it. so to have usagi here is going to be a good thing in so many ways.
"Oh well just relax then because I hoped that w already is friend. You always could never have enough friends as my mother always says." Said usagi
Loki ducked behind a tree his back pressed firmly pressed to the bark. She had sensed him it would seem. She was not hard to try and sneak or play the stalking game. How he wasn't sure. He had been using a cloaking spell after all. something not many people normally is able to sense. He was wondering what made her powers much different than the others. But then again there was not much he could say with anyone around her. he just felt this pull and being drawn to her. it was something he never felt around any other woman or anyone that is all. so, it was something to be very confusing to him. since it was a new feeling, he was feeling. Even though he did what her for himself and only himself. While thor was walking by seeing his brother playing the stalking game.
"Spying brother? Or just eyeing our newest moon flower in the Asgardians gardens.?" Asked thor
"Hardly brother. Father asked me to keep an eye on her." said loki
Thor arched a brow this was very uncommon of his brother to be doing when it came down to a female. Not even the woman that they call his whores. But he didn't even go to them no more since usagi has been here. So, this was something different that was going on with his brother. So, this was something that he was going to watch on. he was hoping his brother found some form of happiness to be with someone forever. Loki sighed and wondered why his brother had to come over and bother him. he was going to be the end of him if usagi found him stalking her. but for now, he needed to make sure thor don't find out about his plans. Even though father did ask him to watch over her. even though not in the way his father was thinking. He has his own plan in affect. But he knew he would have to go slow when it came down to this woman.
"He asked you to do this?" asked thor
"And why not brother? I can do things as well." snapped loki
"Oh, I don't know brother. Its just… she one of the lost ones. And most of all who else she is as well. plus, she is also neo queen serenity. and that is a very important thing." Said thor
Loki narrowed his eyes at his brother. It is as if he was trying to say that he was better doing this job than he is. And sadly, their father put him in charge for a reason. because thor has a huge mouth and most of all he was going to offend her. sif already accidentally messed up there. But then again, she made sure that she didn't offend her. but thor on the other hand would not be like that. thor is known to pester people to get to know what he wished to know about. So that is another reason why he was put on this job. Well to him it was not a job. He was doing this for himself as well. he maybe not sure what sort of thing he wanted yet with her. but it was something that he wanted for himself and for himself alone. Thor has the pick of the litter. He could have his whores. But this woman was not going to be touched by thor. Well other in friendship. But this woman was going to be his. He just needed to figure what sort of way other than going slow. But he needed to figure a way to approach her on this one.
"Oh, for the gods fuck sakes thor. You have a freaking hammer there for your most qualified to handle her? I expect he has harder jobs for you thor." Growled loki
"Your correct there. So yes, your right there. Shall we head back to the palace as well and get ready for the ball?" asked thor
Loki sighed and knew he was going to get ready. While he made his way back to the palace while tuning thor out over his stupid way of talking about things that he has no interest in. but he was kinda looking forward to a ball for once. And wondered how usagi was going to be looking when she comes to it. he thought he overheard his mother saying she was supposed to be showing up in an outfit similar to her neo queen serenity dress that she had made for her with the asgardian dress. But usagi would be wearing her crown though. And maybe he might be able to see the symbol of the white moon on her forehead tonight. While thor sighed he knew that his brother was not listening to him. even though he had his own thoughts about things right now.
Meanwhile later that evening
Usagi sighed as she ran her hands down her gown. It was like the gown she wears as neo queen serenity. But it was more of an Asgardian look to it. as her neo queen serenity tiara was on her head and her golden moon shined on her forehead. While she was looking at herself when it came down to how she looked. She was happy. while sif was in awe at how beautiful usagi looked. While she was beautiful before. But now she looked even more beautiful. If she was ever gay, she would go after usagi. but she was not gay so that didn't matter. While she sighed and hoped this night was going well. usagi smiled kindly to sif since she was ready for her to show her where they need to go for this ball. She hoped she would act right for it. as they walked into the ball room after she heard her name be announced.
Usagi took a deep breath she was used to this sort of thing. But this was different from all her other occasions. As she heard the doors opened instantly a roar of applause sounded. Loki stood next to thor as he watched usagi walk into the room with her head held high like the royal she is. She was exquisitely beautiful. She was shining like the moon itself. She almost sparkled. While men and some woman drooled as she walked gracefully and deadly through the room. As she made her way to his father with pride. Something he took note in her. something he was wondering if she gotten off one of her parents. Their father told him what her parents was like when he knew them back int eh silver kingdom well the first one is. He didn't know them in this life though. But he was sure they were one and the same that he knew so long ago.
"Usagi Kuchiki, the lost one, neo queen serenity and sailor cosmos the heir to the soul king and queen and former king and queen of the silver kingdom. and the heir to the sayien race and many others as well. now I wish to knight you the lady usagi warrior of the cosmos and savior of all realms and worlds. Rise now lady usagi." announced odin
Usagi nodded her thanks to odin, as he nodded to her as well. usagi sighed and made her way back to sif side who smiled brightly. As sif smiled brightly to usagi to tell her how proud of her she is. She even clapped. Usagi smiled kindly and nodded to her. not sure what to say. Loki stared at her with something in eyes not many took notice though. Never had he seen someone look so lost upon being knighted. After all most were beyond the ecstatic. The lady sif had laughed with glee when she was. Thor was confused about what was going on with usagi. its as if she was not full of joy about what happened. its as if she was lost in her own thoughts. as if she was not to enthused about what was happening or what was given to her. unless she was given so many titles it was just another one to her. but she had some sort of joy in there.
"You think she would smile" said loki
"This must be overwhelming for her. unless she has so many titles with how long she has lived it just didn't seem to bother her anymore." Said volstagg
Volstagg only knew very little from his father about the soul king. and he was told yesterday on how long this poor woman has lives. And so, he was able to understand what and why she was acting the way she is. Plus, she was one to not seemed to like to gloat or brag about things. Something about her was far different than he ever met. But he knew she was far out of his league. Plus, from what thor was saying they think loki has feeling for usagi. but it was still new to watch over. It was going to be a very interesting place from no one. While odin ordered to have music to start to be played. While usagi sighed and was wondering how things worked around here. But then again there was not much different. Well maybe some things. But she thinks she could be happy here for the time being until pluto comes to get her.
"a warrior just like me. Now I won't be the only female warrior in the realm no more! Aren't you pleased!" chirped sif
"Why yes, I and pleased. I just don't brag or gloat about things. My mother and father raised me to not do stuff like that. plus, I do have pride in my titles." Said usagi
"Your mother and father sound like great people! Maybe next time we go on one of our adventures you will join us! Chirped thor
Thor was smiling brightly at what he had just said. He was hoping that she would join them on their next adventures. He was hoping to see what she was able to do. even though he would regret it in the end when she would join them. this was something that thrilled him. even though he was hoping he was not asking for too much. Loki watched and saw what was going to be said. And he wanted to meet her mother and father. They seemed like wonderful people and raised her the way they saw fit. And he had a feeling she is very well trained. Even though he was still in shock on how old she really is. But he was pissed off on how the wizarding world treated her after all she did for them. well, her and sailor Pluto. And then she lost her husband to an evil bastard. And he tortured her son for gods knows how long. So, it was what they call a dick move on their part.
"Oh, thor I would like to take a mini break from adventure for the time being. The latest battle in my heart is still fresh. But thank you for the offer though." Said usagi
"yes you will have to share your tales of battle at some point in time with us." Chirped thor
" well yes maybe someday thor. Pardon me," said usago
Usagi sighed and wondered off and looked around at everyone in the room. While she knew thor was just being himself. Just the battle with endymion ended before she came here. So, it was still fresh in her heart. Yes, her older ones are not as fresh. But with the newest one it was just not time for her to speak of what her battles was of yet. While loki was lecturing thor on what he was trying to do. how could he think she was going to speak of such things. While sif was beating thor in the head for what he just had asked. Thor sighed he knew he was deserving. But they didn't a guy try to ask about see if it was going to work. To see if she would speak about what sort of fights and battles, she been through. Frigga slapped thor in the back of the head for the bad tact he just pulled. While thor sighed as they continued the party. They just hoped usagi was going to have a fun time. Even though thor did ask something stupid at the wrong point in time.
Meanwhile a few hours later
Loki was watching usagi for the next few hours. No one had approached her yet. Everyone was probably unsure of how to greet someone such as usagi. and who she is and everything. They knew not how to handle some like her. or how to take her in. in all honesty though usagi didn't seem to mind this now. She seemed very peaceful as she was looking at the moon. And the moon shined down on its mistress and queen. loki tilted her head as he watched her sighed and look around after she stopped watching the moon. As she sighed again and looked around and was heading out onto one of the many balconies of the ball room. Even though it was the one that had perfect view of the moon. He wondered if he should follow her. he knew not to use formalities. But then again, he respected her for who she is and able to sense him when he used his best cloaking spell.
Usagi took a deep breath of the cold nights air. As she looked up to the moon one part of her kingdom. it was always a comforting thing to look at it. since it protected its queen but the fridged nights air helped her through things. Thanks to powers of mercury and an ice based sword spirit. Well one of her sword spirits. She sighed it was starting to get very stuffy in the ballroom. But then again that is nothing new than any ballroom party. And with all the dancing bodies. Plus, she missed her friends and family. Also, she grown very tired of the night's events. She wanted to sneak back to her room, but she figured as the subject to the party. So, she didn't wish to be rude. Her mother and father and blood adopted fathers would be disappointed in her if she was rude. Usagi sighed loki was still trying to use the cloaking spell to follow her again. Loki dropped his spell knowing he was caught again.
"loki are you going to hang back there the while night eye fucking me. Or you could come and speak to me." Said usagi
"Hello lady usagi." said loki
"Prince loki" said usagi
"Just loki." Said loki
"Then just call me usagi." said usagi
Loki was in shock about how casual she was acting. Her ice blue orbs were beautiful. While her pure silver long hair that reminded him of angel wings. But she seemed to be so different from any other female he has ever met. And that is a rare thing. Plus, he was already making plans in releasing the whores. And now he has something in his sights he was going to make his and his alone. While usagi sighed and wondering what was going through his head. But it was none of her business, he is intitled to have his own thoughts. but she wondered what he wanted. Its as if he been playing something that her best friend ranka who is watching her daughter haruhi. Ranka loved playing the stalking game. And what loki was doing reminded her of that. loki sighed and wondered what she was thinking. It seemed that she was sad about something. But he was not sure if he should ask her. since he didn't want to be like thor and not ask something that would upset her.
"usagi, such a sayien name," said loki
"Eh, my dad named me since my mother name my twin brother trunks. A personal joke to our birth name since it is briefs. That is why I go by my blood adopted brother well one of many. But I prefer by my blood adopted brother last name in which it is Kuchiki." Said usagi
"I feel I myst apologize for my brother for being rude to you." said loki
Usagi was wondering what in the world he was doing that for. She was not upset with thor. Sure, she took notice thor is not the brightest person on asgard. So yeah, that was not hard to figure out. But for loki feeling bad was not something he should be feeling. She sighed and knew loki must of took it that she was upset with thor for what he had asked. Sure, thor was a curious little kitten in her book. So, it was understandable when it came down to what he was feeling. So, she was not going to take offence. But it was not going to mean that he was going to hear her stories anytime soon. So, he was going to have to be patient on that one. But then again, she had a feeling patience was not his strong suit. Maybe she could help him with that. usagi waved it off. As she and loki was talking about this and that and then made their way to their rooms after the ball ended.
Meanwhile the following morning
Usagi sighed she had a wonderful night's rest. Her bed was so comfortable. Plus, she was happy to have her beloved moon to shine in on her all night. But right now, she was very excited to go and see the library of asgard. As usagi picked out her outfit for the day. As she heard a knock on her door and smiled brightly. As she pulled the coat on. she was wondering how this day was going to be. She did enjoy being around loki. It was something that she didn't protest in. plus she was more comfortable to be around loki than thor. Something about loki puts her at ease. While she sighed and made her way to her door and opened it to see loki standing there as if he was waiting for her. but then again, he was waiting for her since this was going to be a place he took personally. And love it dearly since he had the same love in books as she did. As she took his arm and lead her to the awaiting horses.
Meanwhile a little while later
Usagi knew how to ride a horse. But the horse she was given began to center. She broke through the line of trees. As they were seeing a structure made of pillars covered in ivy with large golden gates. Loki dismounted the horse. Then coming over to usagi and reaching for her. usagi smiled her thanks as she set her hands on his shoulders as he lifted her down. As they walked towards the building where two guards stood. They opened the gates and usagi took a deep breath as she stepped into the building which was filled with bookcases upon bookcases of text of all kinds. She slowly looked up and smiled brightly seeing more levels which rounded all the way up filled with more bookcases. It reminded her of her library in the moon palace and the crystal palace. Oh how she missed home. But she knew it was not time yet to return home. Time has not merged with itself. Not only here are her steps to merge back into time. There was something else as well.
"It reminds me of my two palaces. And the soul society one as well. but I'm never going to run out of things to read! This is just so amazing! I don't know where to start loki!" chirped usagi
Usagi was basically bouncing from one shelf to the next shelf. While loki smiled as he let his eyes move over her. this was the first time he had seen her genuine smile reach all the way up to her eyes. Normally she would smile, and he could see the deep sadness and depression and sorrow inside those ice blue orbs. But she still held it so deep in her heart. Eating away at her everything she was. He was wondering what sort of person she was in the final battle was with. Because who it was took a lot out of her. even though there was so much more there. But he knew there was so much more about her. but if he could make her feel so much joy like this. Then it was going to bring him so much joy as well. this was something he was proud to say. He knew thor could never bring this much joy to usagi. it was something he knew for a fact.
"May I make a suggestion?" asked loki
"Oh, why yes please do." chirped usagi
Loki waved for her to follow him. while the two guard's eyes usagi as he arched a brow as if he was saying opened it or you regret it. usagi smiled and waved at them. but she eyed loki for a while an wondered what was beyond these doors. As the two men both took keys out and unlocked the doors before loki moved forwards with a key that magically appeared in his hands. He stuck it in the door and twisted It in the door. Usagi watched as the door disappeared and he turned to usagi with a smile. Appearing as they move forwards into the very large room filled with beautiful marble columns. Reminded her of home well two of her home's library. Even the soul society one is lovely. This room was filled with books as well.
"So, what makes this room so special?" asked usagi
"This area holds every historical text ever written about Asgard. I heard their old text from the first silver kingdom that was given to us by someone from long ago. But it is the history of asgards people. I think you should start here to learn about where you are now." said loki
Usagi ran her hands over the text that was in this room. But she would love to read what they had of the first silver kingdom. but for now, she wished to read what the people was like. So this was going to help her along the way. while loki loved to see this side of her. another person who loved to read as much as he loves to read. And love of this place. He was sure that she would take care of this place with him if she ever had the chance. But he had a feeling this was going to be one of many places that would be her favorite place. He told thor that she was not into the sort of thing he does. Even though he has a feeling she does train only to keep up with her powers and other stuff as well. he could tell she was raised to not get rusty from not training.
"Now this book here usagi. this book holds the deepest secrets of asgard. Only the kings of asgard have ever read it." said loki
"There is no chance I'm able to take a peek inside of it?" asked usagi
Loki shook his head, but he told her he would be back later for her. while he gave a short bow to her before walking off. Loki got to the door and opened it. as he left, he looked over his shoulder to see usagi already sitting down the book laying out before her. he smiled as he took a book out for himself to read and sat down with her. but for now, he was going to enjoy this for a while. Usagi sighed and ran her hand over the book that she picked. She hoped it was going to be good. She didn't even notice loki come back from talking to the guards outside of the room. While she was going to enjoy the day while she was able to do so.
Meanwhile a few hours later
Loki smiled as he casted the books he wanted to read back to his chambers magically before walking off to the restricted section of the room and pulled out his key. The guards moved forwards and unlocked it this time without him asking and he then used his key to unlock the door. It had been seven hours since he had last seen usagi so as the door opened, he tilted his head to see usagi was nowhere in sight he looked al around before taking a step inside. But he found her walked out from somewhere and he let a sigh of relief. As she dropped her book and looked at loki and wondered how long she had been here. But then again, she was planning on remaining a bit longer. Hoping loki would let her do that for her since she was at peace here.
"usagi I think it is time to head back to the palace. Its about to be nightfall." Said loki
"Well, is there any chance I could stat here a bit longer?" Asked usagi
Loki sighed and was going to let her stay a bit longer. But he knew she would be able to be trusted here. Plus, this was the first time he seen her this happy and at peace with it. so, he left her to go back to the palace to his own chambers. He wanted to be alone and peaceful for the night. While usagi hugged him to let him know that she was happy he was going to let her do this. Plus, there was something nagging at her that she should be here. She felt like something was going to happen in the library. The time gates were trying to send her the warning. So, she was going to try her best to protect this place.
Meanwhile later that night
Loki was smiling to himself as he walked into the dining hall. Remembering about the day he had with usagi. she is a bright and kind soul. But he could tell if you fuck up big, she was dangerous. But then again, he was happy he could make her happy. just even for the library it would seem books are to her heart. So yes, he was starting to learn more about her. while he made it to their nearly every night a feast had been prepared for thor and lady sif and the warrior three with a chair set up for loki. He stopped seeing another chair set up. he had a feeling that it was supposed to be for usagi. but she was going to not be joining them tonight. But he will bring her something for dinner later. Thor and sif was wondering why usagi was not with loki. Hasn't they never been apart since they started to do whatever they think is some form of courting.
"Ah, brother! I save a seat for usagi as well for yourself as well on either side of me." Chirped thor
"Where is usagi?" asked sif
"usagi said she wished to remain with the books tonight." Said loki
"She decided to stay with the book?" asked volstagg
Thor along with sif and the warrior three looked at loki from what he had just said. They were not expecting someone like usagi to be a bookworm. But then again, the oddest things had happened before. Even though they still think and have bets going around to see if thor was going to be gay or not gay. They were wondering who in the world was going top win that one. Sif was the only one who didn't join in that one. Since she doesn't think he is gay. While loki sighed and wondered what and why they were looking at him as if he was having a second head growing somewhere. What is so wrong with her being able to stay in the libraries. He found it to be very arousing to say the least. He loved a woman with a brain in her head.
"Well, it is ok with me. And if books make her happy. then I'm happy." said sif
"Indeed, as do i. I thought we all might take a horse ride with her tomorrow." Said thor
Everyone on thor friends side thought it was a wonderful idea as they all wanted to spend some time with usagi. since she was hanging out with loki and sif and Frigga more than the rest of them. sure, Frigga was another story. But sif seemed to be happy to be having a female friend. It seemed that sif never related to none of the females on asgard because of what she is. She is a warrior woman. And she was not like most woman. And now she had a female friend who has some type of connection and something in common with usagi. and that made things happy for thor. He liked to see one of his very close friends who was happy now. they heard a clattering of armor and looked up as a guard rushed into the room.
"WE HAVE A BREACH!"
"a breach?" asked thor
"a group of men were spotted inside of the palace grounds heading towards the palace forest."
"Which direction by the way?" asked thor
Onces everyone took notice where the guard was pointing. They all got up and left to go and help usagi the best as she was able to do so. While loki was cursing there was no guards on duty. And he knew usagi would be able to defend herself. And he knew she could. But he knew she would do just about anything to save the ones she cared about. Even though some of it is the books as well. he knew she was going to defend those as well. while they all rushed to the stables to get to the horses to make sure they get there in time. While they could taste and feel what they were feeling. How could someone make them feel such things when they were in battle. or angry. Whoever it was pissed off usagi like there was not tomorrow.
Meanwhile a little while later
Usagi was in her cosmos form fighting left and right as she made sure the men to stay away from the room that they didn't need to be in. usagi ran down the stairwells and slid down the banister she needed to get them away from the books before she fought more better. As the man dropped down before her. she dodged in a flash as three daggers before calling force the silence glaive and used silence wall to block the daggers that was being tossed at her. as she put her head out and used kido and pushed the flying men into the wall of the marble as it was cracking around them as they dropped to the floor. Usagi started to run again to get them far away from the books. She cant use her more powerful stuff until she was away from the books. She didn't need to destroy them. odin would skin her alive if that happened. even though she was protecting the books. She was looking for the guards to see if they have gone. he must have run away for help or something. But she was thankful for as well. usagi spotted the other guard trying to roll onto his side the knife in his chest. Usagi wert to rush for him but froze before turning and flash stepped the hit of and az. She jumped and flipped out of the way before she cried out as she was kicked to the ground.
While loki and the others entered the library they came to stop seeing usagi slam her hand into the chest of a man. He cried out in pain as blood burst from his chest as she chanted some spell, they not even loki ever heard of. As the man blood splattered all over the walls. Usagi was slapped down to the ground by a man with and ax and rolled out of the way of the six hits before she back flipped onto her feet. The man went to slam the ax down on her. he suddenly froze along with his friends for a long moment. Usagi eyes was glowing as she started into his eyes for a long moment before all the men attacking in the room screamed as she put her hand out and chanting the kido that she was taught for interrogations in the soul society. Thor watched as a man came rolling to his feet. His chest heaving as blood trickled from his mouth. He reached forward and set a shaking hand on thor boot before going completely still. As usagi made her way over to the guard. As she pulled out the dagger and placed a hand on his stomach. As silver light appeared, and the guard was healed. As she pointed a finger to the guard forehead and chanted a kido spell used in medical to put people to sleep after healing. But he thanked her and called her an avenging angel.
"You need to get them to wherever you keep your prisoners. My power on some of them won't hold for long. Well, the ones who are alive that is." Said usagi
"usagi thank you. you did great work." Said sif
Usagi smiled and nodded to her and walked off. She was very tiered from not having much sleep. Loki wanted to make sure she was ok. He could tell she was very tired as well. flashed out of there. As she took a shaky breath as she stared out at her room. Her hands shook at her sides, and she slowly raised them up before she is going see the blood all over them. she like her father did enjoy the fight it is in their blood. She then let her eyes fall to her body and took in another shaky breath seeing everyone all over her was blood. Nothing knew in her books. Not like this hasn't happened before. With how very long she has lived.
Meanwhile the follow evening
Loki wanted to make sure usagi was going to be ok. As he knocked on her door. A meeting was being called by odin to get the specifics on what had happened in the library. he had been ordered to come and get usagi. not as if he needed to be ordered to do so. But when no answer came. He knocked even more louder. He waited a few moments before turning the handle before peeking inside. He stopped seeing usagi reading her book that she had on her. while he was wondering what was going on. as she snapped the book shut.
"Hello loki." Said usagi
"Um well odin has called a meeting about the attack on the libraries. Oh, by the way I would have to father wasn't kidding that you were powerful, and deadly as well." Said loki
Usagi sighed and she followed loki as they made their way to the palace throne room. Since odin wanted to get what she had to say on this. While he was very proud of her for what she had done. But damn she was sexy as hell when she was fighting. She could knock thor out without even knowing it. but then again that would knock thor off his high pedestal. That was when they made it into the throne room. As she bowed to greet him as if she didn't know what this was about. He seemed to smile telling her she had done something wrong, but she had too much on her mind to even give a shit now. But she was going to humor him though.
"So, you protected the lives of two guards last night. And the history of our people from six men trying to steal the secrets of this realm." Said odin
"Well, I did what I thought was right. I couldn't let them go and steal anything." Said usagi
"Not of course not, your mother and father was the same way when it came down to things. Do you know who is responsible for the protection of the libraries of Asgard? Asked usagi
Usagi arched a brow about what he had just asked. Even though she was wondering when it came down to what and why this is a reason while discussing the issue with the fight in the library. She sighed and didn't even know who in the world was the one who oversaw the library of this place. She was never told when loki took her there. She didn't want to get the person in trouble and lose his job for taking a break and doing something for himself. Odin was looking at he as if there was something that she was supposed to know. While she sighed and was going to humor him more than she already had to. she really was getting annoyed with this already.
"Are you talking about loki?" asked usagi
"yes indeed. My son failed in protecting his post. While you succeeded. Your father would be proud of you." said odin
"It doesn't matter what my father things right now. but he was on his way though." Said usagi
"SILENCE!" boomed odin
Usagi narrowed her eyes at him how dare he order her around. She was queen and he dared to order her. but she was going to let this one go. She was going to try her best to get loki out of the doghouse from his father. It was not his fault that he was not there. He was on his way to help. Loki jaw tightened as his father was trying to push more of this on him. but he didn't mean for it to happen. but for now, he was trying to keep his temper down. Even though he didn't hear usagi stand up for him though. It was all on depth ears right now. while thor sighed and knew usagi was trying her best. But father should remember on who he just ordered around.
"What should I do about this? Tell me loki. If I can't trust you with the library, how can I trust you to rule this realm?" Asked odin
"Oh, now that isn't fair. He was on his way to protect it. and if you're going to throw succession of the throne in his face. then you might as well do it to thor as well who was also late in helping his brother protect the library. And I would never ever throw the throne in my children faces. I treat them all as equals. My father never did that to me with my twin brother." Snapped usagi
"Why should I listen to you?" asked odin
Odin sighed and was going to leave this alone for now. while usagi wanted to leave for now and wanted to go and be alone somewhere. Loki had some food ordered to where he was taking her. he knew the second that the guard hit the corner he rounds it go sprinting to the kitchens. In all honesty loki didn't care when it got there, he just like to have a bit of fun now and again. He walked over to the stable and opened the door letting his horse out and prepared him. he was going to ride with her on his horse. Loki lifted her up onto the saddle before getting on himself. Honestly before loki never understood why thor enjoyed taking ladies on a horse ride on the same horse. Now he got the appeal. After al usagi was closer to him than she would ever be normally.
Meanwhile a little while later
Usagi watched as they broke through the line of ivy. She smiled softly as she stared out at the majestic stream that flowed by the gazebo which had set up with a small picnic. By the stream a blanket and with some throw pillows had been set out. Loki got off first before lifting usagi down. As she walked over to the stream, she tilted her head seeing a sprite jump from the water and back down. This forest was very magical. But it's a far cry from her magical lakes and rivers where her moon palace. And her crystal Palace is. And where Malfoy manor is as well. but either ay it was very nice or lovely. And the food looked rather good and yummy. She snickered as she thought of her uncle kakarot and uncle nappa. They are interesting ones when it came down to food. Or fighting over it. or if you are unlucky get your hand bit.
"Would you like to become friends loki?" asked usagi
"Yes, I would like that," said loki
"So, friends than?" asked usagi
Loki smiled and nodded to her as to say he was happy with this new development. As he looked her over. In all honesty he was shocked and surprised to find that she wanted to have friendship with him. then again, she was so much like him in so many ways. But he was happy with everything that was going on with him and her. even though he wished for more. Even though he was happy he was getting all the attention for once and not thor. Usagi looked out at the creek. He saw how much she enjoyed being there in this area. He took a mental note as well for that one.
