Hobbits can love several at once, while dwarves love only one.

"When Dís came to his bed, her belly was already swollen with another's child..." Dwalin returns to his One after having been on the road for two years.

Abandoned by a depress ridden father, a young dwarf maiden was sent off to the Blue Mountains. Old enough she escape the orphanage and ran off too the Old Forrest, there she lived off the land. Years later she snared a Dwarf in her trap changing her faith. Joining the company of Oakensheild she'd help reclaim the mountain,and reunite with her family in the Iron Hills.

Ranya wasn't like any other elleth Tauriel had ever met. To Tauriel, she looked like a painting, outworldly and mysterious, and something about her attracted the captain beyond any explanation to feelings she had never known before. Tauriel/OC

A mix of One-Shots I had written for the fun of it and am sharing them with you to enjoy and comment on.

Tauriel works that midnight shift at the 24 Hour Coffee Shop down the street from her house after she is discharged from the Guard. Bard is a single father who stops in for his morning coffee and pastry after dropping his three children off at daycare. The relationship begins smoothly enough until Tauriel's violent ex-boyfriend shows up. / Bardriel

An alternate version of the Legolas and Bolg fight in Battle of the Five Armies. Instead of pulling a ridiculous stunt Legolas becomes severely wounded during his fight with Bolg. If Thranduil can't save him, he will die. A scene I really wished had been in the movies. (No slash! None of my stories will ever be slash. Rated for violence.)
