Thirteen wasn't having the most enjoyable day.
She stared down Kurogiri, pulling ever so slightly against his mist for the smallest of moments, if for no other reason than to not keep him stationary. It wasn't going well, and for the first time in her relatively short life, Thirteen cursed her inability as a hero.
Kurogiri seemed to grow tired of the game of cat and mouse, if he indeed ever took her seriously to begin with. "Thirteen," He calls out in his deceptively soothing tone. "Looks like Disaster Relief heroes, can't measure up to even the most ordinary of heroes when it comes to a fight." Kurogiri loomed in front of her when she cranked up Black Hole to it's apex. However, instead of swallowing the mist man whole, she felt a burning pain at her back.
Ochako froze. 'Quick Uraraka! Think! What would Deku do!?' Then, without hesitation, she took her One For All charged hand and slammed it on the ground. Not a second later, everyone present paused then started to float away, Thirteen included, moving the woman out of the way of her own attack. In one smooth motion, she used her boosted speed to run to the floating armored teen, and tap him once on the shoulder. With his gravity returned, Iida hit the ground and stared at the girl with wide, amazed eyes.
"Uraraka!"
"Go, Iida!" She shouted. "She told you to run so go!"
Iida bolted off immediately, a cold sweat running down his brow, aiming for the exit. Kurogiri seemed completely unamused by the whole ordeal, being mist and not touching the ground made him believe Ochako's attack to be trivial. "My dear, scattered children." The gentlemanly voice quickly shifted into something more ominous; something evil. "It would hardly be to our benefit if you called for your teachers." Kurogiri materialized in Iida's pathway, spreading himself wide and imposing.
Iida panicked, but willed his body to not stop. 'Everyone is counting on me! The whole class! It's up to me!' He kept repeating over and over in his head.
"Shoji!" Uraraka called out while reaching for one of the large teen's many arms.
Shoji seemed to immediately figure out what she was meaning and allowed himself to be grabbed and after a quick spin, Uraraka tossed Shoji over her shoulder and towards Kurogiri, releasing her quirk at the same to simultaneously drop the students and Thirteen while also allowed Shoji a full body tackle; him extending his arms to their full length before doing so.
Izuku, Toga and Tsu, after getting the information they needed from the villains, allowed Tsu to leap the three of them to safety, but not without Izuku continuing to hold a sickeningly sweet smile and direct eye contact with the group the entire time. It may not be the most frightening thing in the world, but the results spoke for themself. Though, when they arrived near the edge of the body of water, their eyes all widened in shock and horror at the sight.
What appeared to be a grotesque, bird-beaked creature with skin as black as tar, bulging muscle, sharp teeth and exposed brain had Aizawa-sensei pinned face down with his right arm in it's giant fist, bent at very awkward angles that the human arm wasn't intended to bend at. A cyan-haired man walked up to the creature holding Aizawa and crouched down. "Meet the anti-symbol of peace. The bio-engineered Nomu."
As it turned out, Rumi was apparently an even bigger Pokemon fan than Ryoya realized because even at the mention of Cinderace, she took to the plan like a fish to water.
"Well? What the hell are you waiting for, pretty boy? Fire ball me!"
Ryoya needn't be told twice, and for the next few minutes, he bore witness to a frankly absurd amount of skill as he shot several small balls of fire at Rumi's feet, not using blue flames, ranging from the size of a baseball to a volleyball, and finally, when he was confident enough in her skill, the size of a beach ball. Shadaloo members fell left and right and Balrog himself only got progressively more annoyed. The rabbit girl smiled with the intensity she was known for and took aim at the boxer, and was a bit surprised to see him raise a glove and back handed the attack away with little difficulty.
"Bunny-san." Ryoya calls out to her; he doesn't miss the cute pout when he stops sending fireballs for her to kick, but now's not the time. "I'll deal with Balrog. Head back, regroup with the others and send help when you can." He doesn't wait for her to say anything before he activates Heat Rush in a way that Rumi hadn't seen before. Instead of being ignited, his arms themselves, from fist to elbow, start to glow orange and thin lines of flames, both blue and orange traced along his skin, not unlike fiery veins. Rumi is taken aback by this development and looks to the boy for answers to see his face in a slight grimace; whatever he's doing seems to be painful to some degree.
"W - what?"
"I'll explain later." He says tensely. "Go." 'They're after you, anyway.'
"Like hell!" Rumi immediately shoots back. Ryoya, to his credit, doesn't seemed surprised by this. "You're out your damn mind if you think I'm running from this guy and leaving you here!"
He gives her a look, and nods. "Fine, but listen to me very closely, Bunny-san." He leans down, bringing his face centimeters from her ear. "They're going to aim for you. I think I know what they're doing, so you're the main target. If you take a big hit, leave." He speaks in a way that leaves no room for argument. Rumi very clearly seems to want to, until she sees the look in his eye; genuine concern for her safety and resignation that he'd fight alone if need be. She swallows thickly and nods. "It's just us vs Balrog, so I'll engage up front, you stay circling and wait for my fireballs. He's strong, annoyingly fucking strong, but he's just a boxer. His weakness is he lacks any real aerial attacks or defense, so I'll try to keep him off the ground, you focus on striking hard and fast."
The plan is simple and sound and Ryoya waits for Rumi to nod before moving. She notes that his speed is higher than she's seen before and each step he takes leaves a small flame. Before she can really process this new power, she hears him call out an attack.
"Power Wave!" When he punches the floor, a beautiful blue tsunami of flame tears through the conflagration zone. Its not the largest, being about as tall as Rumi herself was, but suddenly shot up and crashed like water when it got near Balrog. The boxer's eyes widen at this development and he quickly realizes that he won't be able to dodge, so he raises his guard and calls fourth his ki to his gloves. He squares his shoulders, puts some spring in his step, and throws a punch as hard as he can. The gust of wind is more than enough to spilt the wave in two, but not entirely, since his left and right sides are still singed, which only further pisses him off. With an open line of sight at Ryoya, Balrog completely ignores Bison's previous plans and charges him head first.
Ryoya smirks. 'That didn't take long, did it?' He thinks before breathing fire. After all, if nothing else, Ryu-sensei and Ken-sensei taught him that the best way to snuff out approach options were projectiles. Balrog doesn't slow, though he does change his angle of attack, which is something Ryoya can work with since he blew his flames in such a way that Bunny-san should have a clear line of sight. He moves to meet Balrog in the middle, blow for blow. His fist crashes into leather, and even though he's condensed his flames down to this extent and a small explosion of fire happens on contact and completely incinerates his gloves and lightly burns his hand, Balrog still holds firm. Ryoya's hand aches a lot, but it's fine. He pushes off the boxer and raises a leg to kick, feeling much more confident in his leg strength, and when his foot meets glove, Balrog still doesn't shake, nor stagger, but he does notice a small twitch of his eye, so he must've felt it more than he's willing to let on, at least somewhat.
They exchange a few more hits, with Balrog clearly winning. Even with the intense heat Rumi can feel from what she thought was a safe distance, Balrog is nothing if not sturdy. Ryoya takes a mean jab with Balrog's bare knuckle to the ribs that knocks the wind out of him and nearly breaks his concentration on his technique. He recovers within a reasonable time and spits three fireballs. They aren't as strong as they were previously, nor as refined either, but it's still good enough for her.
Rumi leaps up and spins, building momentum before punting the first fire ball back, and then the second. She doesn't kick the third back. She instead keeps juggling it on her feet, thankful that whatever Ryoya did to her before gave her enough resistance to the heat so she could wait for an opening.
"Fuck!" Balrog shouts when fire burns his back through his robe. He turns on reflex and punches away the second fireball, but this opening gave Ryoya enough time to close the distance between the two and kick Balrog as hard as he could in the exposed side. He knows it hurts, as he can feel Balrog's entire body move with the blow and he can smell burnt skin, but annoyingly, the boxer doesn't go down.
The Shadaloo enforcer grabs Ryoya's ankle, seemingly uncaring for the burns appearing on his bare palm, and yanks in forward with punching him squarely in the face. Ryoya's head is snapped backward, and Balrog throws another quick two punches to his shoulder and stomach, before raising his fist and shouting a battle-cry, clearly intending to to shatter the boy's knee.
Rumi took this moment to fire off the third fireball and watches with no small amount of amusement as his raised fist is completely engulfed in flames. The boxer screams in pain and is forced to let Ryoya go, who painfully roles away and his head snaps over to the rabbit. "Okay, you little bitch, you've been really fucking annoying this whole time." Even despite the burns and bruises about his body, Balrog still manages to look positively menacing. He exerts his ki, jet black energy swirling around him dangerously. "You're one of this fucker's friends right? Well, let's see how he reacts when I break your fucking - "
But Balrog doesn't get to continue his threat; Ryoya has learned that talking is simply another opening to be exploited.
'Senpu Nataotoshi!' He thinks to himself while jumping ever so slightly off the ground and kicking Balrog in the back of the head. His foot full ignited on the way and the boxer's eyes roll to the back of his head on impact. He is sent reeling towards Rumi, who follows up without needing to be prompted.
Coiling herself like a snake, Rumi unloads with a vicious rising front kick to the stomach that actually raises the large man off his feet, not a lot, but high enough that Ryoya can work with it.
"TRIPLE GEYSER!" When he punches with his fiery veins, the first geyser is just as devasting as Rumi remembered it, but when he follows through and punches the ground a second time to produce another one, she is beyond surprised. Balrog was engulfed in flames from the beginning, and the second one sent him higher, but it was only when Ryoya raised both arms, shouted a war cry and slammed both fists on the ground that the third and strongest geyser erupted and sent Balrog flying somewhere out of the zone.
Ryoya deactivates his power immediately and collapses to one knee, gasping for breath. Rumi is at his side in an instant, looking over him with an analytical eye. He looks like shit, is sweating profusely and already has a black eye and a cut lip. She knows his injuries are worse as she's seen him take those hits, but she is more interested in the burns on his hands. They don't look good.
"We have to get back to the others," Ryoya says after catching his breath. "Bison being here is fucking nightmare. But if we can get back in time, we can stop him from -" Ryoya's eyes snap open.
Bison suddenly appears behind Rumi and places a large hand on her shoulder. "Oh, no please. Continue." He chuckles. "I need some ideas."
Seeing Bison touching Rumi forces the Satsui to the surface. The seal tries it's best to keep it contained, but it's a losing effort. His eyes start to glow and his ki starts to leak out. "Get your fucking hands off of her." He demands, taking a step forward. Rumi's inner animal instincts tell her to run away; not from Bison, but from Ryoya. Whatever that was he was doing made her feel like a lamb floating in an open ocean surrounded by bull sharks.
"My dear boy, you're in no position to make any demands to me of all people." Bison says mockingly. "Though, my intel was correct on that. You have a strong affinity for this girl, no?"
Ryoya growls and Bison takes his silence as confirmation.
"Well, it seems like she alone isn't enough to awaken that Satsui no Hado. It's a shame really. All of this could've been avoided if you'd just been a good boy and did what I say."
"Fuck. You."
"I'll be taking this girl back to the Central Plaza." Bison ignores him and his hand clamps down on Rumi so hard that she squeaks in pain. "Don't be late, you know how much I hate that." His tone and underlying threat makes Ryoya all the more angry. "Oh, before I go there, maybe I'll grab that Yaoyorozu girl as well." Bison could feel the Satsui start to implode. Excellent, his intel was spot on. "She'd make a fine Doll, wouldn't you think?"
Ryoya lunges forward, but it's too late. Bison had already teleported away.
"FUCK!"
He takes off towards the Plaza, never once noticing someone watching the entire fight from start to finish while hiding their ki.
Shoji's hold on Kurogiri didn't last long, since, as one would expect from mist, he slipped through. "How impertinent. I won't allow you to leave!" Kurogiri shouts, seeing how close Iida had gotten to the exit already. He zips over quickly, spreading himself thinner than before and it is then that Uraraka glimpses it, a shiny metal bracer. She doesn't hesitate or even really think before lunging into action. One For All, fueled by her desire, is kicked up to 6%.
"What are you doing, Uraraka!?" It's Thirteen who asks, and Ochako is inwardly relieved that her efforts saved the woman from any serious injury. But she doesn't stop nor slow down.
"There!" She says to herself just before Kurogiri can position himself fully.
"You underestimate me, four-eyes." Kurogiri taunts. A warp gate opens. "Now vanish!" To his surprise, Iida ducks. Then he feels two small hands on touch his body. "What!?"
"I don't know why you're wearing this thing, but if you are, then you must have a real body in there!" She is proven correct when Kurogiri starts floating, but instead of letting his drift away like a balloon, she tosses him away with all her might. "Go, Iida!"
Iida thankfully is easily able to pry the doors open.
As Kurogiri nears the ceiling of the USJ, he can only look on helplessly at his charge. It's hard to see at this distance, but Bison has returned with a girl and is engaging in conversation with him. 'It'll be game over if that boy calls for help. At least, try not to anger that man.'
Aizawa knows he's in a terrible position. He's currently under god knows what and it has his arm in such a tight grasp that it may as well be a tube of toothpaste. He is glad that his body is mostly numb at this point, so the pain is barely there, but that hardly makes things better. Small mercies though.
"Canceling out quirks. Pretty cool, but nothing special." Shigaraki wobbles slightly from side to while he crouches. "Up against crazy strength, you may as well be quirkless."
Aizawa tries futilely to drag himself from under the behemoth with his uninjured arm only for it to grab that too.
SNAP!
Unfortunately, Shouta very much felt that one and cried out in pain.
'He snapped my arm like a twig! Looking at any of his body parts should be enough to nullify him, which means this this is just his base strength. He's easily as strong as All Might...!' The nomu holds his head in his palm easily and pulls it upright, and if things couldn't get any worse, Aizawa sees three of his students floating in the water of the Flood Zone. That in itself was pretty shitty, but even worse, Bison returns with Usagiyama in one hand and Yoayorozu in the next. Five of his students, all within attacking distance. He'd never been a particularly spiritual man, but he silently prayed that someone saved them.
"Ew," Bison says as he dropped both girls unceremoniously on the ground. "It's even uglier in action. Is this why that foolish sensei of yours asked me about Seth? So he can create something much less attractive, weaker and more impractical?" Bison seems genuinely disgusted by the creature and the fact that his smile drops says it all.
Shigaraki scratches in annoyance. "Sensei's not an idiot." He growls out. Bison scoffs.
"Maybe not, but he most definitely didn't think this one through. Really, exposed brain?" Bison gestured to the creature before crossing his arms in disappointment. "If I wanted to, I could kill the thing in an instant because it's biggest weakness has no protection."
Shigaraki started to scratch erratically, now. Who the fuck does this man think he is? Talking negatively about Sensei is akin to a death sentence. Does he not know that? "You think you could defeat the Nomu? The bio-engineered anti-symbol of peace? Don't make me laugh."
Then a faint rumbling and a portal opens up. "Tomura Shigaraki."
"Kurogiri," Tomura calls out, not breaking eye contact with Bison. "Is Thirteen dead?"
All of the near-by students tensed up.
"No. A student prevented me from doing any real damage and," Kurogiri pauses, noting that his charge looks more annoyed than he'd think reasonable. "There were some students I couldn't warp away, and one escaped."
"Ha, take that you crusty bastard." Rumi couldn't help but to say while laughing.
Shigaraki gives her a look and she stops laughing, then he looks at Kurogiri. "Oh?" Then the scratching resumes, this time more intense and vigorous than before. "Kurogiri...! You...! In front of this bastard...!" Tomura seethed. "I'd turn to you dust if you weren't my only escape route. We won't stand a chance against a dozen pros. It'll be game over, man. Game over... for now. We're leaving."
"Speak for yourself, boy." Bison supplied, his grin returning to his face. "The staff at UA mean nothing to me, besides maybe that buffoon, All Might."
Shigaraki was really getting sick and tired of this stupid fucking NPC.
"Though, I can see why your boss asked me to join. He's right. You are incompetent. You aren't ready to be a real villain." Bison's words seem to hit a nerve, since Shigaraki stopped walking.
"Leaving?" Toga asked cautiously. "Did he just say they're leaving?"
"I think so," Tsuyu says. Izuku says nothing, instead keeping his eyes narrowed on Bison. "I've got a bad feeling, Midoriya-chan, kero."
"So do I." Izuku says slowly. "To do all of this and just leave?" The thought sounded preposterous and too good to be true. 'Didn't they want to kill All Might? UA's gonna be in even more danger than before if they just leave. At least that Bison guy seems to not be their ally. He seems more... reluctant to be here than anything. And did he say game over? What are they thinking?"
"But before that," Tomura turns slightly to face Bison, eyes specifically on Rumi and Momo. "Let's leave a few dead kids." In the blink of an eye, Tomura dashes forward with his palms extended, ready to turn the nearest one, Rumi, to dust. Bison was quicker however, much, much quicker. Instead of touching the girl's face and turning her to a pile of dust, Tomura met nothing but a heavy boot to the stomach. He doubled over in pain immediately.
"Yeah, no. These two are off limits from whatever childish plan you have. They are for my devices, and I would kindly remind you what happens when someone interferes with my plans." Bison held up a hand and a purple sphere formed again. "If you want to murder children," He pointed over his shoulder to Toga, Tsuyu and Izuku, who was partially out of the pool. "Target those three." He gave Izuku a hard stare. "Take out the boy first. His ki is pretty strong. He could be an annoyance in the future."
After Tomura got done coughing up his lunch, he snarled. "I don't take orders from you!" He did however, still lunge at the trio of students, but aiming for the frog girl instead of Izuku, if for no other reason than spite.
"Get away from her!" Izuku shouted, flaring Denjin Renki to life and meeting Shigaraki before he could get near them with a mean elbow to the ribs. He growled and tried to grab the green hair fucker, but Izuku was much to quick, rolling his shoulders and leaving Tomura's whole torso open for his next attack. He quickly changed his stance, put both hands on his right hip and brought them forward, palms touching the man's body. "Hadoken!"
The point-blank hadoken sent Shigaraki reeling into the arms of his nomu, who had let go of Aizawa in order to catch his master.
"Ugh, another Shotokan." Bison said in irritation.
Izuku moved as fast as he could, rushing and scooping up his teacher before dashing him back to Toga and Tsu. "You're in rough shape, Sensei!"
"Ugh," Aizawa stirred. "Midoriya?" The man seemed in and out of consciousness. Izuku did what he thought best in the situation, and gave Aizawa some ki. It wouldn't heal him, but it would give him ample energy to stay awake and numb the pain. It seemed to work flawlessly since his teacher's eyes got a bit wider and some color returned to his face.
"Girls, take Aizawa-sensei to the others. I'll try to save Usagiyama-san and Yaoyorozu-san!" Izuku was as gentle as possible when putting their sensei in Toga's arms.
"What!?" Tsuyu uncharacteristically croaked loudly. "That thing is as strong as All Might, Midoriya-chan!"
Izuku just nodded gravely and took on a shaky, uneasy smile. "Even All Might has weaknesses, right? I can't just leave them there. What kind of hero would I be if I turned my back on a friend in need?"
"Midoriya." Aizawa said, his voice strained and low and filled to the brim with 'no-bullshit' energy. "That's a terrible idea."
"It's the only one we have, Sensei." Izuku said evenly. "Go now!"
Bison whistled at seeing just how long Tomura took to get up. "Was a pretty strong attack as well. Such a shame that you don't listen."
Shigaraki could say with complete confidence now that he hated M. Bison.
"Nomu, kill that green haired kid!"
The Nomu blurred towards Izuku at speeds he didn't expect. Thankfully, he had trained enough with Mind's Eye for his body to react to certain things, and it did when he leaned back ever so slightly to avoid a slap that would've taken his head off. He went on the offensive, punching the Nomu hard in the stomach before jumping back and firing off two Hadoken's. To his shock, the creature didn't budge nor even really notice the attacks, instead running at him again and grabbing his left arm in it's mighty arm.
"Ugh, stupid kids. The Nomu has a Shock Absorption quirk. Your pathetic hits don't do anything to him."
The nomu continued to hold Izuku off the ground until it squeezed.
SNAP!
"Midoriya!" Momo screamed out his name and Rumi tried to jump into the fray, but Bison used his ki to keep them firmly in place, mostly paralyzed in fear.
"Ahhh!" Izuku cried out in pain but still thought quickly, using his right hand to grab more of his metal pellets. He charged them up as quickly as he could, tossing them into the creatures face like a scatter-shot shotgun, and was pleasantly surprised when that seemed to have kind of effect. The nomu dropped him and he rolled away, racking his mind for answers. Being down an arm made it so his more powerful Hadoken's were off the table.
'Must've hit some nerves,' Izuku reached into pouch and grabbed more. Realizing he was running a bit low, he charged up one and took aim with his unbroken arm. "Railgun!" He exclaimed, striking true at the nomu's eye. The creature actually roared in pain, which Izuku took as a great victory, but the happiness was short lived as the creature's eye simply healed itself.
"Wh - what?"
"Fool, did you think that being some mage would be enough to take down nomu?"
The creature ran forward again, and like before, Izuku narrowly avoided the attack. This time, he fired off a point blank Railgun into the nomu's chest. It did succeed in temporarily paralyzing his opponent, but the regeneration worked so quickly, the nomu my as well ignored his attack all together. He was beginning to panic. The nomu swung again, and this time, Izuku tried to Focus through it. It somewhat worked, as in, mitigating most of the damage, but Izuku's body already had been damaged, and as such, his ki wasn't as durable. The Focus shattered like glass and sent Izuku crashing into the ground.
'What to do!? I can't beat this thing! Think, Izuku, think!'
'That's... your...problem...'
A small voice that sounded much too much like his own echoed in his mind. Izuku's eyes widened.
'Think... too... much. Don't... think... ACT!'
Izuku took a deep breath and calmed his nerves but to Shigaraki, it looked like the boy had accepted death, which was no fun.
"Ugh, it's no fun when they roll over and die." Tomura complained. "Nomu." He then casted a dirty look at Bison. "Grab that black haired girl!"
Bison seemed somewhat surprised by this and even more surprised that the Nomu actually managed to grab the girl before he could erect a Psycho Barrier.
"High Class!" This time, it was Rumi was shouted, springing into action and kicking the nomu's arm as hard as she could only for nothing to happen.
"Boy, you are playing a dangerous game." Bison said ominously. "I am not a man who likes people who interrupts my plans." He was not smiling anymore, which brought Tomura great delight.
"I don't care what you like, NPC. I only care about seeing that stupid grin off your face!" Tomura cackles. "Nomu, crush that girl."
"MO-CHAN! MI-CHAN!" A very deep, very angry voice bellowed.
Ryoya came streaking from the conflagration zone, appearing less like a human and more like a comet, being bathed in ethereal blue flames and leaving a long trail in his wake. He got to the Nomu in no time and reared back a fiery, blue, purple and orange flame covered fist. He slammed it into the Nomu's solar plexus, but like before the creature hadn't budged. Ryoya seemed unconcerned.
"Are you okay!?"
Shigaraki looked over to Bison and smirked smugly. "Of course she's not - "
"BUSTER WOLF!"
All Might continued on his way to the USJ. He wasn't particularly in a hurry, but he wasn't moving slow at all. His mind ran quicker than his body could; his thoughts getting darker and darker as possibilities kept passing through. What if villains attacked? If they did, what villain, if any, could be enough to incapacitate Aizawa and the rest of 1-A single handedly? Sure, they were ultimately children at the end of the day, but All Might was no stranger to kids with absurd potential. Hell, Aizawa removing quirks and having Todoroki turn the area into a snow globe would be brutally effective. Uraraka and Midoriya made a hellish team for any villain to deal with, not to mention adding Harushi to the mix.
He kept thinking in circles until he got two thirds of the way there and ran into Iida, but he wasn't alone. The young man seemed to be getting surrounded by a small group of men and women in green and blue military uniforms. Uniforms that All Might recognized. '...Shadaloo!' He kicked it into high gear and before anyone knew it, dispatched of all the soldiers with a swift punch or chop.
"Wh - what?"
"Young man! Tell me what's happening at the USJ right now!" All Might commanded, hoping to convey the severity of the situation in one question.
Iida seemed surprised to see him, but quickly gathered himself. "Er - um, villains! At the USJ. They call themselves the League of Villains and some guy named M. Bison is there!"
"Shit," All Might swears in English. That was bad. Terribly even. He then whips out his emergency phone and push it into the boys' hand. "We have a signal here." He unlocked the phone with a quick typing of NA-NA. "Call Nezu immediately, tell him this is a Code Black. He knows what it means!" With that All Might took off as fast as he could.
When All Might arrived a few minutes later, he kicked down the door and tore off his tie. "Have no fear... for I am here." There wasn't many things All Might could say truly boiled his blood. But when he gathered his bearings and saw that Harushi, or who he assumed to be Harushi since his hair was no longer jet black, but had red highlights, slumped over Bison's shoulder like a used towel, literally dripping blood and in tattered clothes; he almost looked dead really. Midoriya was glowing white, and had white lightning around him, but he looked pretty injured from what All Might could see, especially that left arm.
Yaoyorozu looked stood directly in front of Usagiyama, who both also seemed to be somewhat injured, displaying an impressive amount of steel in her back. Staring down M. Bison was no small feat, and doing so to protect another classmate made All Might proud. Or it would've if he wasn't filled with such unyielding rage.
And he took note of all of this before he ever noticed the weird, beaked creature with the exposed brain, a mist man, some cyan-haired punk with hands on his face and body and a dozen or so other villains.
"Ah, so you've finally showed up... All Might. You worthless trash."
A/N: What the hell happened in those few minutes?! Find out next time!
Btw, the ships have been mostly decided at this point. Sooo, we shall see how they play out. Some people might not like em, some might, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Feel free to still give me your opinions on them though, I do read all the comments.
Lordou: Thank you! I appreciate it!
Born-From-Black-Lightning: Yeah, their connection isn't that simple, but it's also not too complex either. You can probably just guess. As for my burn out, well, I'm in a writing discord now and they said it'll be better if I slow down just a bit so we'll see. I won't drop the story or take weeks to update or anything, but slower updates may be a thing. Have a good Day/Afternoon/Night/Dusk/Dawn yourself.
Nightvale2406: I gotta say, I am always really happy when someone likes the OC. I know OCs in this community have a negative stigma around them, with partially good reason, but I made it a point to not make mine like that. He exists for a reason, and he is the way he is since I didn't want to make anyone in the cast OOC to fill the same role I need him to fill. Also, for your section on Ryo/Rumi/Momo possibly being a MFF relationship in the future, well, as for most ships, I'm leaving that up the fans. So far, it seems 50/50 on for and against, so we'll see. This is a slow burn regardless, so we have time.
Marbled Gold: Tbf, Terry has a lot of destructive attacks lol, Izuku is way more of a 1v1 type person since he cares more about technique and finesse and Ryoya just doesn't. As with the previous comment, it really just depends on reception. We'll see how it plays out.
Acosta Perez Jose Ramiro: Bison is indeed an All Might level threat. So is the Nomu, so we'll see how this USJ plays out for everyone involved.
Solbandgus: Balrog's quirk is mostly because I figured that at least some SF characters will have them. They might not be strong, like Sucker Punch, but they might be a thing. Also, it's cool to think about them having quirks, adds a bit to the combat. Bison's power level is at the very least his SF4 level, yes. And thank you for complimenting Ryoya. I enjoy writing him, but I know people tend to not like OCs.
Ryuujin96: Thank you! The Ryo/Rumi/Momo thing will be up in the air for a while, as we let other people voice their opinion on it. I'm like 80% sure I know what I'm going to do anyway, but I like the fan reception and input.
Nix Seven: Akuma could be around there yeah, he's disgustingly powerful.
NinjaFang1331: Thank you!
