One day, she gets bit, and flees into the woods to save the brothers the pain of killing her. Now nearly a year later, all is well with the brothers and the rest of the camp - Until Alicia shows up.

Takes place right after Beth has been taken and it follows both Beth and Daryl as they learn to cope with the curves life has thrown at them. While Beth fights for her freedom and sanity, Daryl must decide if he wants to stay the man he has become, or go back to who he was in order to survive.

Daryl and Beth had to flee the prison in a hurry. Beth wants to find Maggie and Judith. Daryl tries to protect Beth by shielding her from walkers and keeping her at arm's length. Beth just wants Daryl to see her as the woman she has become. Daryl soon realizes that keeping Beth alive is easy. Keeping her out of his arms is a different story.
