Bethyl! Looking over her shoulder she could see his legs, tangled in the sheets from earlier activities and finally resting after months stuck in a perpetual doomsday. They were safe now. She couldn't miss that sleeping. But her small lips weren't smiling. She was just restless, an earth-real being trapped in this world. And there was nothing that he could do to save her.

His hard exterior kept everyone at a distance for the most part. No one bothered to get close enough to look passed the explosive anger he often wore in his eyes as a shield to keep anyone that dared take a second glance from taking a third.

After the fall of the prison Beth and Daryl are left with nothing with eachother, as they try to survive and find their family a friendship grows between the unlikely pair as they see eachother in a different light. Rated M for possible future content.
