Daryl's night of drinking and smack-talking with one of Merle's military buddies culminates decades later at a highway snarl just outside of Atlanta as the world descends into chaos. First half is pre-series.

Scene is two to three days after their initial passionate encounter. Carol is avoiding Daryl, and the group. Beth notices her going off alone and is speaking to Hershel about it when Daryl overhears it. He sets out to find Carol, the two characters feelings and passions ignite into a roaring inferno.

Elliot moves from Atlanta to a small town in search of peace and clarity after her mother passes away in an accident. She meets Daryl Dixon, and her world is turned upside down. (Pre-ZA)
