Katniss moves to an abandoned Victor's Village. The rebellion happened years ago. She finds out that she is not alone. The spirit of the last victor of the Hunger Games still haunts his home. What is this mysterious connection she feels to this boy's spirit? Is it possible to love a ghost? The Hunger Games belongs to Suzanne Collins, not me.

The Capital makes its sacrifices too. Each year, two Tributes are offered into the Hunger Games. But there's a reason they call it a Draft and not a Reaping. These children are soldiers, built and bred for war. They can't win, so they have nothing to lose. And they are quite possibly the most deadly Tributes that any have to cross.

The war is done. The corpses lay in the beds of prim-roses, sleeping softly as the sun rises. The Rebellion has ended, the heads of government-officials are posted in the halls. A bitter-ending, but the beginning of something new. The new life, and to mark an end to Hunger Games.. A pageant of honour will be hosted, the seventy-sixth hunger games will signify the end.

While Peeta Mellark is wooing Katniss Everdeen onscreen during the 74th Hunger Games, his mother pays a visit to Lily Everdeen to get to the bottom of her son's astonishing statement that his father wanted to marry Katniss' mother.

After the second Rebellion, Panem carried out with the 76th Hunger Games; where Capitol children are chosen to fight to the death. Rose Snow is a small, naïve girl from the Capitol. The Hunger Games from Peeta's point of view. For my first attempt at writing a fanfiction, I mostly wanted to test my writing abilities, so I went for a POV: the scenario is exactly the same as in Suzanne Collins' work, so are the dialogues. No real surprise here for those who know the books! But I was very interested in Peeta's character, so here is my attempt at understanding him
