Only one person can save them, but it's the person that caused all of it. How can a dead girl, a broken boy, and a secret agency bring down the Capitol? Kevin has to compete in War, which is when two countries each choose 5 people to compete in a war. The contestants in War are only allowed to use one weapon from the past. Kevin is assigned a sniper rifle. He learns to use the sniper in a way nobody has ever used before. He learns to quickscope.
