At 14, Rin mysteriously vanishes without a trace from Kaede's village and though both demon and human search for her, she is nowhere to be found. 4 years after her disappearance, Lord Sesshomaru searches for the centre of a jewel that's power is said to rival that of Jewel of Four Souls. A woman who is followed by a hanyou, is said to guard the jewel and the Sacred Sakura Tree.

Inuyasha underestimates the situation and overestimates his abilities on the night of the new moon, landing him in a life-threatening situation. Kagome refuses to wait any longer for his return, leaving Sango behind with her children and racing off to the village they'd gone to. When she realizes how bad the situation has become, she leaps into action without hesitation.

Kagome and Sango have been best friends since elementary school, now they're in high school. What happens when a school project is taken a little too far? Will a once enemy turn into a friend?
