Elf harem story that starts with Bell saving Riveria's life. The timeline won't change much; Loki familia will be involved with Bell from the beginning making Hestia's worst impulses flare up as new events change an older more emotional Bell. The main four women in his life are Riveria, Ryu, Eina and Alicia. Aura, Laurier and Ais will come later. Unsure about Lefiya and Filvus.

This story will be my take on the "What If" Alfia story. Follow along as we see Bell along with best aunt Alfia and uncle Zard take on Orario. Will Bell be able to find a permanent cure for their diseases? Will he be the hero everyone longs for while he's at it? Will Alfia stop bonking horny girls away from Bell?
