'Dream... a Dream'

"What did you dream last night?" asked the man.

"Why do you ask?" replied the woman.

"Well... You had a huge smile on your face. You dream of another Lover?" (The man again)

The woman then recalled her dream, in short order, to her very anxious Lover:

"Well, it wasn't a new Lover that I was dreaming of... I am happy with You...

No, not a person. I dreamed of a world where there was no War...

A world where there is no Violence: between humans, or humans to animals.

I dreamed of a bright and blue world that only knows Peace, Tranquility... Love!"

The man had a quizzical look on his face. Then he piped up:

"But... That is our world of today. Why dream of what already is?"

She suddenly got a look of solemness, and even a shade of Dark... Fear!

"I dream that Dream, because the only other recurring dream I have is of a

world of constant struggles... Wars... Famines... Great Disasters of all kinds.

People fighting people over land and resources. Cruelty to all animals, wild or tame.

A horrible dream that seems all too real, if I entertain it for even a minute. So, that

is why I dream the Dream of our world of Elesia. It keeps me centered and calm."

The man then asked: "In that other dream, the Nightmare, what is that world called?"

She tried to recall the name: "The letters re-arranged nearly spell the word: 'HURT'.

'Urth', is the closest spelling that comes to me. Or 'Erth' maybe?

I shudder to think such a world could exist in this Universe..."
