Noah was having a rough day. He'd been suffering from a nasty stomach virus. This virus has an unfortunate side effect; very frequent diarrhea. For the fifth time that day, Noah hurried to the bathroom.
He let out a moan while multiple waves of diarrhea spluttered out of him. Noah took a breath and pushed again, bracing his hand on the rail next to him as another wave of lumpy squirts splattered the toilet.
"...ugh..." *sighs* "...hnnngh..."
plurplurplurplurplurplllllleeeaarrr! "...gugh!"
Noah pushed again, narrowing his eyes and gritted his teeth, which triggered another wave of squishy chunks.
Plopplopplopplopplopplopplop! "...guah..."
After this, another wave of liquid diarrhea squirted out of him.
"Ah man, this virus is really kicking my ass," he moaned and his ass squirted out a long, diarrhea ridden fart.

"*moans*...Okay, I think I'm done for now," he mumbled and grabbed some toilet paper to wipe himself with before flushing the toilet. He pulled his pants and underwear back on and washed his hands.
Later that Day
Noah was back in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet, yet another episode of terrible diarrhea. He grunted and a wave of mushy slush violently squirted out of his ass. Next came a series of waves that contained semi solid lumps and watery diarrhea that spluttered and squelched as it squirted out of him.

Noah moaned when another wave of diarrhea sprayed out of him, burning his ass as it violently splattered the toilet.

After a few minutes of shitting brown stinky slush, Noah then felt a solid mass beginning to make it's way out of his rectum. He breathed and pushed, causing the head of the log to slowly push out of his ass. About two or three seconds later, the log pinched off and plopped into the toilet.
He then grabbed the toilet paper, wiped himself, flushed, and pulled his pants and underwear back on before washing his hands.
A few days later
Noah walked into the bathroom and sat down on the toilet. He grunted and felt a log squeeze out of his ass. A few seconds later, the log pinched off and plopped into the toilet.
"*sighs* I can finally shit like a normal person again." Noah sighed and grabbed some toilet paper to wipe himself and flushed the log down the toilet. He then pulled his pants back, washed his hands, and left the bathroom.
