Into The Spider-verse Chapter 1
Earth-I, Home of the Insomniacverse Spider-Man
Peter Parker returns to his apartment after a night's work of crime fighting.
"Home sweet home" he said taking off his mask.
His spider sense goes off unexpectedly.
"Uhhhhhh. Hello? I swear if it's Felicia again .."
"Peter Parker!"
He turns to see The Specter Oliver Queen.
"Any particular reason to which how you got here. Let alone my apartment?" Asked Peter.
"There isn't time. I've been tasked to assemble a team within the Multiverse to help the Spider-Man of Earth Prime. You are needed" Explained Oliver.
"Yeah. Okay." scoffed Earth-I Peter.
"Listen. An incursion is coming. This reality along with another will collide and will either destroy one or both worlds entirely.
"Wait. You're saying the theory of the Multiverse is actually real?" Asked Earth-I Peter.
"More than you know"
Oliver then teleports himself and Peter off of this earth going their seperate ways.
Earth-616 Prime, New York
Peter Parker lays flowers on the grave of his Aunt May.
"I miss you May. I just hope you and Ben are proud of me." said Peter.
He takes a deep breath and stands up.
All of a sudden, Earth-I Peter appears out of thin air.
"Uh hello? I think I'm a little lost..." Earth-I Peter began.
But then the spider sense of both Peters goes off in sync. They felt a twitching sensation that almost feels like a migraine.
Earth Prime Peter quickly turns to see who was behind him.
"I guess you must be this Earth's...me" said Earth-I Peter.
"Wait what are you talking about. Who are you?" Asked Earth Prime Peter.
"Shouldn't it be obvious?" Asked Earth-I Peter gesturing to his suit.
"Peter Parker?" Asked Earth Prime Peter.
"Yeah. And I assume you're Peter Parker too?" Asked Earth-I Peter.
"This can't be possible, the tears within the Multiverse got sealed." Explained Earth Prime Peter.
"Wait. Tears in the Multiverse? The fabric of reality? Guess that weird guy in green was telling the truth." said Earth-I Peter.
Earth-I Peter then looks at the Tombstone behind Earth Prime Peter.
"No. No no no no no." he said walking over and kneeling down.
"Wait. May died in your earth too?" Asked Earth Prime Peter.
"I wanna talk to my nephew"
"*takes off mask* You knew?"
Earth-I Peter felt tears roll down his face as he remembered his final moments with his Aunt Man on his earth.
"I couldn't save her. She died in front of me. She was sick. The whole city was. I was fighting Octavius over the cure that could help. But I had tk make a choice. Cure her or save the city. If I used the cure there wouldn't be enough for everyone else." Explained Peter-1.
"Osborn killed May. His glider killed her. Stabbed her in the back. She died in my arms that night." Explained Earth Prime Peter.
"Wait. Osborn? That can't be right." said Earth-I Peter.
"It's complicated. You mentioned Octavius. Well, he Osborn, Dillon, Connors and Marko all came from different universes into this one." Explained Earth Prime Peter.
"The Multiverse is really real then." said Earth-I Peter.
"What else did the person who sent you here say?" Asked Earth Prime Peter.
"There's an incursion coming. Realities being destroyed." Explained Earth-I Peter.
"Alright Spider-Man. I think I might know some people who can help us. But for now, you're now Peter-4." said Peter-1
"Wait? Peter-4?" he asked.
"You're not the only Spider-Man who came to this Earth."
