BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA: CENTER STAGE "TAKAMI KEIGO AND YAMASAKI KIRA"

CHAPTER TWO

"League of Villains"

The start of their lives as runaways, had some bumps along the ride. Of course, eventually, all of Kira's savings would run out, and so they had to do things, way above Kira's intentions. Though, they've found something that kind of became a habit. Every night, they would go from bar to bar, waiting, lurking in the shadows, like assassins waiting for preys to kill. Lucky for them, this world is full of smugglers, drug dealers, womanizers and such.

Though, before killing them, Kira would be the one to investigate first, if their next target was a worthy kill. She learned this skill from her father and grandfather, them being law enforcers and her grandfather being a detective before finally becoming chief of the police department.

After investigating them carefully, she lured those men and women into her seductive ways and allow Toga to do all the fun, since she insisted in doing so. This might have resulted to Kira becoming different than she was. If she was a kind-hearted, warm and bright girl back then, now, she is a seductive, blunt, crazy, manipulative and a dangerous bitch, who would go around killing people – for her, it was the right thing to do, they were bad people anyway. They would steal all their worthy belongings and claim it as theirs. Using the money for everything they needed to survive.

Police would have a difficult time solving these heinous crimes. Kira was good at covering her tracks, but her grandfather well knew it was her and ordered all the police to be on the lookout. That ended in more and more killings, just for Toga and Kira to get away. I'm sure my grandpa's disappointed in me right now. She misses him, deeply. Thankful for him, for taking care of her. She did sometimes, visited him in his office, leaving a letter before disappearing into the night. She was stealthier and stronger than she ever was. She was growing. Although, her skills would have been used for good things; it was used for wrongdoings, instead.

In the letter she left, she said…

Dear Grandpa,

I'm sorry for everything I've been doing. I still haven't found the killers who killed mom, dad and Niko, but I'll find them soon, for sure. I know you're disappointed, but please know that I made this choice. Mom will never be disappointed in you. She will though, with me, but I am doing this for them. Thank you, for everything you've done for me. Though, I have to warn you. If you keep on sending your men after me and Himiko, I'll have no choice but to kill them. Goodbye, Grandpa.

, Love Kira.

Her grandpa shed tears upon receiving the letter. But if she was persistent on killing those killers, those wretched villains, then, her grandpa surely was more persistent – it runs in the family – and ordered men to hunt her down. So much for living freely. As her hands got bloodier, she became more and more mentally unstable. Toga got the fun she wanted and Kira had gotten used to killing. And after finally being able to find the killers who invaded her home, she asked for the help of Toga in torturing them, endlessly, until their lungs gave out. "You'll die here, both of you, with no help from anyone", she said as she placed her gun on the killer's stomach and pulled the trigger. Blood poured out of the poor man who was tied up. She also placed a bullet on the other man's right thigh as she chuckled, an evil laugh. Toga giggled as she sat. The lovesick expression on her face. She stood up, walking to the men in front of her and tasted their blood. She was overjoyed. They left them there, to rot and die. She sent another letter to the police saying where the two men were, two days later. When the police came to, both men died of exhaustion, blood loss and starvation. Kira finally felt free, as she was finally able to do her work. Her old self was creeping in, but unable to, as she was changed, formed into this twisted girl.

They joined the League of Villains shortly after. Although she didn't want to at first, because it had no point and she was having fun, being a vigilante at night, but Toga convinced her and that it might be fun. This time, Kira had no intention of killing anyone, unless they were on her list of bad people, but oh well, she was there for Toga and she will do anything for the girl that became her family and accepted her as she is. Maybe she was crazy like her after all.

The start of their lives as part of the League of Villains, would soon become something she never hoped for. "A quirkless lady, you don't look much, I suggest you go elsewhere", Dabi said upon seeing her for the first time, when they all met at Shigaraki Tomura's hideout, in a bar. She was furious at Dabi's comment and therefore, fired her pistol at him, missing him purposely. "This quirkless lady your calling is more than you'll ever be, stitch boy", she spat out, clearly pissed off. "You missed", Dabi said. "Who says I didn't do it on purpose", she lets out a smirk. Kurogiri stops the argument as everyone listened to what Shigaraki has to say.

Things started to escalate pretty quickly after they joined. Firstly, after the sports festival, held by the most prestigious school in all of Japan, Shigaraki had planned to capture one of the Class-A students, named Bakugo Katsuki, in order to persuade him or make him work for them. Knowing how strong and useful, his quirk will be, if he joined the League of Villains.

Dabi and Kira were stationed out in the woods of the camp that the U. A. students were camping on. "This is pretty lame, though, I don't mind not doing anything", Kira said, sitting down on a branch she was standing on, not too while ago. They waited. After what seemed like hours of waiting, the others soon came running back in their position. She waited and waited for someone to come to them – someone to fight perhaps – but no luck, until, students came landing with Mr. Compress.

Toga had the same expression she always had, plastered on her face as she saw someone she admired. Dabi told Mr. Compress to get away as he was to fire his power at the students. Kira just looked at them with a blank expression. Everyone, including Toga and Twice started to fight those kids. But Kira remained on her seat. She didn't move. Not that she couldn't. She didn't want to fight, unless if Toga was in clear danger. She's the only one she cared about. Toga launched an attack against a green-haired boy, she called 'Izuku' and tried to slash him with her knife, but she was kicked by that boy's friend. Kira's blood started to boil. "Oi! Don't hurt Himiko", she draws her gun, hitting Shoji on one of his arms. She purposely missed his heart, even with the opening she could clearly see. "Himiko, that's quite enough for today", she said, helping Toga stand up. Then suddenly, Kurogiri arrived at the scene. "Let's go, Dabi", he said, opening warps for each member. "Come on, I'm bored. Let's not hurt them anymore", Kira said waving her hand.

Mr. Compress showed what was underneath his mouth and revealed it to be two students who were captured by his quirk. The others, who were stopped by Kurogiri when he arrived, started running after Mr. Compress. Just then, an unknown student hiding in the bushes, fired directly at Mr. Compress, making him spit out the two marbles on his mouth. One marble was captured by the one that Kira shot and the other one was caught by Dabi. Mr. Compress released the person who was on the marble. A boy, the exact same boy they wanted was on Dabi's grasped. "Kacchan!", Deku shouted so loudly. The other LOV members had already gone back into their hideout, including Toga whom Kira insisted she go first. "Oi", she called out to the guy, she shot. "Don't pull it out just yet, wait for the ambulance to come", she said and stepped into the warp.

"You're way too cute for being a student", Kira said, examining him from head to toe. "Oi, Kira, don't flirt with the hostage", Dabi put his hand on her shoulder to stop her from inching her face towards Bakugo as she looked further, eyeing the boy's face. "Fine fine. I was merely looking for fun", she said and sat in one of the stools of the bar.

Kira remained quiet in her seat, eyeing the boy who looked at her with death stares. "I never thought of you as someone who would go for younger boys", Dabi said as he laid his side on the bar counter and talked to Kira who had her hands on her cheeks, a signal which meant she was bored. "I'm a manhunter, Fire boy. But I still have a little dignity within me. Why? You scared, I won't go for you?", she toyed with him. One of the many pleasures she has got from joining the League of Villains. "Tsk. You? Not in a million years", he said and shrugged her off, walking away from her. Shigaraki wanted to convince the boy they had kidnapped to join the League of Villains. He would be much stronger and his quirk more cherished, but the boy refused and started to fight them. Kira draws out her gun. She wasn't really going to shoot the kid, after all, he's a kid – but if he touches a small strand of Toga's hair, he will surely get shot. She was stopped by Kurogiri, lowering her gun and she puts it back on its case. She remains seated and calms her nerves.

Soon after, they would be attacked by the police and heroes. She quickly covered her face with the mask that came with her cloak. She pulled her guns out of their places and fired multiple gunshots, hitting mostly Kamui Woods, but soon after, she would drop her guns, because of those very same branches she was shooting at. "Damn it", she hissed, trying to break free from his grip. None of them could move. But she had a free hand and so, the only thing she needed to do, is reach for her boot. "Come on, come on", she stared at her boot, the visible dagger being seen. She gazed upon her comrades who weren't moving. Then her eyes laid upon Toga, who was clearly struggling. She tried to reach for the dagger, but a black goo-like liquid started coming out of her mouth. She was teleported into a pile of rubble and stones. A building in ruins. "Ew! Ugh, yuck", she exclaimed coughing out the black goo. "What happened?", she asked and when she finally regained of her surroundings, there were full of heroes, lights, police and a man she hasn't seen before. A man that did not have a face. I can't be here. If grandpa sees this on TV, sees me, he will surely be coming here. I don't want him in any more trouble. Her face was still covered, the very same fabric that came with her cloak. Only her eyes were seen by those surrounding them. She clutched into her gun pocket, but soon gasped. "Shit! I left them", she hissed at herself, at her stupidity. "Well, no choice but to draw the gun I swore to never use anymore", she draws out the gun that was given to her by her grandfather. The contents were not the same as before, also the bullets. Those bullets, her grandfather had given her along with the gun, was already fired at those who killed her parents and brother. She readied herself, in position. This will be one hell of a ride.
