AN: I'm so sorry that I haven't written or published anything new in nearly two months. I've been dealing with writer's block again, along with real life bullshit. Also, this is my first Alex x Steph fanfic. I love LIS: True Colors and their relationship. They're just so fucking cute together.
So, here's the first chapter. I hope y'all will enjoy reading it. Now on with the story.

Alex was putting away the brand new records which had arrived earlier that morning before they had opened for the day while Steph was playing music for her Radio show. She loved that she was able to work with her girlfriend. Alex still lived above The Black Lantern, which Ryan now owned. Steph moved in with her just a month after Alex almost died. That was close to three months ago. The empath couldn't get over the fact that she had such an amazing, beautiful girlfriend like Steph in her life, her apartment and her bed. Alex blushed whenever she thought of Steph. She just loved her so much.
She finished up her work which was the last of the new inventory before she walked to where Steph did her DJ-ing. She wanted to see what her girlfriend was feelling at that moment. She raised her hand, using her powers. Steph's aura was a mix of yellow and pink. Alex that joy was yellow. She gasped softly when she remembered that pink auras meant lust, so she instantly blushed, her face turning bright red. It wasn't the first time she saw her girlfriend's emotions change to that color. Steph's thoughts were also on the sexy side of things.
"I want Alex so damn bad. I've been really fucking horny all day since I had that insanely hot as hell sex dream this morning. It was fucking hot. I'm pretty sure I soaked through my underwear too just thinking about it. Again."
Alex blushed for what felt like the thousandth time in her entire life. She never thought anyone could ever blush that much before. She realized that she was very wrong about that. She and Steph hadn't even had sex yet, the two of them just wanted their first time together to be special. Alex did tell her that she's intersex a month earlier, she had planned on telling her way sooner than that, but everything with Typhon and Jed happened, so she just didn't get a chance to until then. When Alex did tell her, Steph was extremely supportive and accepting of her. Like everyone else in the world should be.
A moment or two later, Steph looked up, finally noticing her girlfriend standing outside her radio booth. Steph's eyes widened, her face heating up in a deep red blush. She had a feeling that Alex had heard her very, very dirty thoughts via her empath powers. When she first learned about Alex's powers, Steph thought she would be mad that her girlfriend could read her thoughts and emotions, but she soon found out it wasn't a bad thing at all. It actully turned out to be pretty fucking awesome. She realized that she had to put on a new record.
"I hope that everyone enjoyed listening to that song. This next one is one of my all time favorites now because me and my amazing girlfriend danced to it for the first time when we heard it just a few months ago. So here ya go." Steph exclaimed, replacing the previous record with another. A new song immediately started playing. She took her headphones off, setting it down on her desk next to the record player. Steph left the room, approaching Alex and hugging her tightly like she never wanted to let her go. That was the truth.
"Hey, Steph. I'm done with the new inventory for the store. I just needed to know if you wanted to go out to eat after your Radio shift today." Alex said, kissing her girlfriend sweetly on her cheek, which she knew would make Steph blush. She loved making her blush because she looked so damn cute whenever she did.
"Awesome. That's actually the last song I'm going to play for the day. Which is about to end. Let me wrap it up and then we'll go get some food. Steph replied with a wry grin as she pulled Alex in for a quick kiss before returning back to the radio booth.

That night Alex laid in bed with Steph, who had fallen asleep after they ate dinner together while playing one of the couple's new video games that they bought quite some time ago. Alex smiled sweetly to herself as she watched her girlfriend sleep, tightening her arms around the other woman. Steph was always beautiful, but she looked even more so whenever she slept.
Alex had planned on seeing if Steph wanted to take their relationship to the next level the previous night, but the two of them were so damn tired, she forgot about it. She wanted to make sure her and Steph's first time having sex with each other would be special. Alex closed her eyes and she was asleep in no time at all.

AN2: And that's the end of this first chapter. I'll try to write & publish the second soon. I honestly don't know when that will be, but hopefully by the end of next week. I'm also writing several other fanfics and my first novel, so I'm pretty fucking busy. I'll do my best though.
