CHAPTER:- 2: ARRIVAL

Summary:- Ash's Experience In The New World.

Notes:- For those who were wondering, this is MCU Universe, Earth-199999.

It had a been a week, since Ash had arrived in this new World, and he had found this place, both strange and fascinating.

First thing he had noticed, since arriving here, was the lack of Pokemon, which made him a little sad. Instead this world is filled with millions of other strange species of animals, each with their hundreds of different subgroup.

And while this animals, have some resemblance to them, like Ponyta and Horse, or Meowth and Cats, they were indeed aren't Pokemon. This animals also doesn't posses the Elemental and other Auric powers that Pokemon posses.

Another thing, that horrified him, was the mortality of Humans of this World. The Humans in this Universe, just like animals, posses very little Aura, which made their bodies very fragile in nature.

An example would be, that back in his Universe, an average human can easily survive a powerful Thunderbolt or Flame Thrower, with only few scratches. But the same could not be said about this Universe, where even the smallest of wounds can potentially kill someone.

This made this World a very dangerous and dark place to live in, with Criminals who can easily kill someone, with small weapons, roaming the streets. Not to mention, the Wars fought in this World, with mind-boggling casualties because of the ease, people seem to die here.

It is actually a good thing, that this World doesn't have any Pokemon, because Ash can't imagine the catastrophe that will happen, if the people of this World possessed creatures that can casually turn entire Islands to dust, within seconds.

Not all is bad though. The one thing he liked about the people of Earth is that they can be as stubborn and caring, as they are cruel and unyielding. They can be loving and peaceful one time, and can be complete Psychopaths the other.

Another thing he liked about them is their ingenuity. With this World divided into hundreds of countries, each of them were competing with the other so that they were not left behind. This had given rise to a technological advancement of an unprecedented scale.

The People of Earth had, gone from flying in planes made of wood and clothes to sending their first manned mission on Moon, within a hundred years, all because one country doesn't wanted to be left behind another. If this was not ingenuity, then Ash doesn't know what is.

And the best thing he liked about them, was their food!!! Ah! How could he forget about their delicious food! This world had enough types of cuisines, that you couldn't taste all of them in this lifetime.

Now you are all wondering where did he got the money, for the food? Well turns out that the people of this World loves music. It is basically a part of their life, and they gives money in the thousands just to listen to this piece of art.

So that is what he is doing right now! He was standing beside a Fountain, in a park, with a Flute in his hands. Playing The Oracion, the beautiful song of Lugia, Guardian Of Seas.

His fingers expertly glided across the flute, like it was an extension of his body. And the beautiful melody it produced, had everyone captivated, be it humans or animals.

His eyes were closed gently as if becoming one with his music. Such a peaceful look gave everybody, who were watching him a feeling of peace and serenity. The soft rays of the sun hiting his tan skin, further accented his angelic look. It was as if a halo had appeared above his head, which made his raven black hair glitter dazzlingly.

The girls swooned and clapped at his performance, but Ash ignored it and continued playing his music with no pause. By now he had attracted a lot of attention, and many people, no matter the age, stopped by to listen the melodic music.

Many animals too, like Pigeons and Squirrels, have been captivated by the beautiful melody, being played by the human. The birds in the trees hummed along the music, while one bold Squirrel bravely climbed up his legs, to rest on his right shoulder, just like his best friend Pikachu would.

Chuckling mentally at the mischievous animal, he ended his music with a soft hum. A soft smile appeared on his face, as he opened his lotus shaped beautiful Golden-Amber eyes, and gazed at the audience with a serene smile, which captivated their hearts, especially the women.

There was a pause, before a thunderous roaring applause rocked the park, which was silent till now. Many clapped their hands while the rest whistled at the mind blowing performance.

Ash smiled, before making a shallow bow of gratitude. His left hand rose to pet the Squirrel, resting on his right shoulder affectionately. The Squirrel too nuzzled his hand, loving it's warm and soothing feeling.

"That was awesome!" A teenage boy, exclaimed clapping his hands.

"That was an wonderful performance, dear!" An elderly woman smiled warmly at him.

"Dude!! Why in the name of Christ are you performing in a park?" Another teenager asked excitedly "You should be with those big shot singers, in the shows?".

Ash just smiled serenely at them, bowing his head once again in gratitude of their praises. His right hand slowly lifted the Squirrel gently from his shoulder, before realising him at a tree branch, but not before giving him a small slice of Apple, he had with him.

With the performance over, the audience slowly dispersed, but not before giving him some tips, for his magnificent performance.

Ash thanked them and then accepted the money with humility. He looked at the amount smiling slightly.

"Looks like enough for today's lunch and dinner. But I had to perform tomorrow once again" He muttered smiling slightly, before shaking his head "I really need to find a job!".

Maybe he could look for a Job in a Cafe, there are many in New York, maybe a owner will take him as a Waiter.

However his thoughts were interrupted when he heard the sound of crying from nearby. Turning around, he found that it was a boy, who was crying while a woman, who must be his mother, was trying to console the crying child.

Seeing the crying child, Ash quickly rushed towards the duo.

"What happened?" Ash asked gently, his eyes filled with concern.

The mother looked up, surprised at seeing a tall handsome man in front If them. She tried to resist her flush at seeing such a beautiful man, even though she was married and the man in front of her, looks like atleast a decade younger than her.

Shaking her head she pointed at her crying child "He fell down while chasing a Butterfly, and scrapped his knees. I warned him not to run too fast but he didn't listen, and now see what happened!!" She said shaking her head "Children this days never listen to their elders!".

"Don't scold him, he is just a child!" Ash said gently, his Golden eyes twinkling with mirth "It's his age to do mischief after all!".

The woman just nodded dumbly, too focused on the man's beautiful eyes to say anything.

Ash meanwhile knelt beside the boy and patted his head, causing the crying boy to look at him, through tear filled eyes.

"Are you okay? Can I please see it?" He asked gently, pointing at the wound "I will make it feel better. I promise!".

The child hesitated for a bit, but seeing the man's kind eyes, slowly removed his hands from his knee, showing the scrap still bleeding.

"Ouch!! That looks pretty bad." Ash commented, while the boy nodded, sniffing.

"It hurts!!" The boy whined, whimpering in pain.

"A big boy like you shouldn't cry over a scrape. Let me help you." He says smiling, before touching the wound gently with the right palm. The boy whimpered at the contact but he didn't move.

"Now Relax!" Ash murmured smiling serenely, before closing his eyes. Then suddenly his hands flared with a dazzling golden Aura, which covered the boy's knees.

The woman stumbled in shock at seeing the hand glowing in a golden colour, but she didn't scream or interpreted him. She didn't feel any maliciousness coming from the man. Instead she felt a feeling of calm serenity spreading across the area.

Meanwhile the boy stared at his knees in amazement. The Golden Aura surrounding his knees felt like a soothing warm feeling which is spreading across his entire body. He closed his eyes at that and when he opened it, he found his wound was gone. There was not even a scar, like he feared there would be.

Seeing the surprised look of the mother-son duo, Ash just smiled while patting the boy's head affectionately.

"You see, there's no reason for you to cry. You'll be just fine." Ash smiled, while his left hand fished a wrapped candy from his vest pocket "Now eat this candy and smile like kids always should!".

The kid happily accepted the sweet treat, while his mother bowed her head, in gratitude.

"Thank you, Sir" The Woman said gratefully before looking at him curiously "But what was that Golden glow? If you don't mind me asking".

Ash just smiled "That was something I was gifted from birth, a gift from the God you can say. I use it to help anyone in need!". The Woman didn't look convinced, but she decided not to comment on it.

Instead she smiled while bowing her head once again "If only there are more people like you in this World" The Woman said wistfully "Then this world would have been a better place!".

Ash just smiled, bowing once before turning around to leave.

"What is your name Mr?" The boy asked.

"Billy!" His mother scolded "That's rude!"

"But I want to know the name of my hero!" The Kid said excitedly "I want to be just like him, and help people in need!".

Hearing this statement, Ash turned back and smiled "Ashura, my name's Ashura!" He said before winking mischievously "And Billy, don't be like me. Be better than me!".

Billy nodded excitedly, while Ash just gave a thumbs up in return, before turning around and leaving.

The suburbs, shady streets and dark alleys of New York, we not safe after dark. This was something Ash knew since arriving in this World. But it was the first time, he was seeing, why it was called thet way.

"What is going on here??" Ash asked dumbfounded, as he stared at the disturbing scene ahead of him. He had decided to take a short cut from an alleyway, and honestly he was not expecting this.

Three Young men, there faces covered with black cloth masks with holes for eyes, had cornered a young blonde woman with an expensive looking purse.

Hearing him, they all turned to look to look at him with anger, at being interrupted, while the Woman looked at him with hope.

"Help!" The woman screamed with desperation in her voice "They tried to rob me, and when I didn't handed them my purse, they threatened to kill me!".

Ash frowned looking at them "You know that robbing someone and threatening them isn't good".

The Robbers in question, pointed their Guns at him.

"Beat it bub!" The man in the front threatened, flashing his Gun "I will give you one chance to leave. Get out of here and We will forget that we ever met".

"I will leave when you leave the woman alone!" Ash said smiling calmly "Don't do crime, my friend. It's not good for health".

The man growled at the strange man "Don't you fear for your life? Don't you fear death".

"Ah!" Ash blinked his eyes "One day we will die either way, so why fear, what we will face in the future!".

"So you don't fear death, huh!! Okay then!" The man spat with anger, before looking at blonde woman "First I thought about letting both of you go, after getting the money. But now I have changed my mind. You will both die now!".

"Why kill the woman boss?" The second robber laughed, looking at the woman with lust filled eyes "We can have some fun with her, before ending her!".

"You are right!" The third one licked his lips, looking at the woman lecherously.

The woman whimpered in fear and Ash frowned, stepping forward.

"Don't-"

"Shut up!" The man interrupted him "You had your chance!". He sneered leveling his gun at him, before firing a round, right on his forehead.

But what happened next shocked all of them.

The round hit Ash, right on his forehead, but to everyone shock, the bullet bounced off his skin like a rubber ball off a hard surface.

"What the!!" The robber exclaimed in shock. He expected the bullet to drop the guy, but it bounced off him like a ping-pong ball.

The woman too gawked at that "Who is this man?" She wondered looking at him.

Ash meanwhile, just shook his head disappointedly "Is that all?" He asked calmly.

This seemed to snap the robber out of his thoughts. Turning towards his underlings he yelled "You fools!! Stop Gawking And Start Firing!!".

The thieves snapped at their boss's command and leveled their guns at him, but before they could fire a single round, a golden glow surrounded their guns. The thieves tried to shoot, but their guns wouldn't fire a single bullet.

Ash's eyes glowed in a Golden hue, as he telekinetically held the hammer of the guns, preventing it from firing. Applying a little bit more force, he shattered the guns on their hands.

The thieves looked at the shattered pieces of metals on their hands, dumbly. But before they can do anything, their bodies were slammed in the nearby walls, knocking them out cold.

Ash looked at the slumped bodies of the Would-Be-Murderers, and shook his head disappointedly. How much can humans fall beneath? Threatening to rape and kill someone just for some money. Unbelievable!!

He turned towards the woman, who was looking at him with surprise, mixed with relief and gratitude.

"Thank you sir!!" The woman thanked him profusely, bowing her head in gratitude.

"It's alright!" Ash chuckled before pointing at her bag "You should call the police and let them take care of this thieves".

"You are right, they should take care of this pieces of thrash!" She commented giving a disgusted look towards the unconscious robbers.

"By the way, what is the name of my savior?"

"Ashura" Ash smiled offering his hand.

The woman gladly took the offered hand and shook it "Virginia Potts" She revealed her name "But my colleagues call me Pepper".

"Well nice to meet you Pepper!" Ash chuckled.

While he was meeting his newest acquaintance, he didn't noticed the CCTV camera, that was innocently recording all the activities.

And Done!

This chapter is with Ash adapting to his new surrounding. He is a street performer, singing music to earn some money. Here you can also see Ash's caring side, that we all know and love. Helping a child in need.

Ash is also new to this World so he is a little spooked about people's mortality here, where people die from smallest of wounds. I mean in his Universe, normal people can tank Thunderbolts like a spark, while people here seemingly die of small wounds.

So Ash had met and saved Pepper from robbers, but he failed to notice the CCTV camera nearby. So what will happen now.

If you liked the chapter, don't forget to leave a review because remember, reviews are food for a writer's soul.
