It is basically an in-universe excuse for why we aren't using them, since the pacing of the story gives no space to properly show them off, plus the fact that... they wouldn't be 'in the budget'. Now, while Ghost and I write our stories for the Revised series as if budget is not an issue... we also try not to go to INSANE levels.

We find ourselves with Kousei Kougami, taken prisoner by Goda. His ancestor and the first OOO. However, he was not chained, not held captive, anything. He was walking free, following his ancestor into the king's temporary base and seeing its set up.
"Incredible." The multi-million yen man grinned widely as he watched the scientist work as he had instructed. They were in some basic office building with stolen technology and crudely improvised equipment, all of the scientists afraid or emotionally defeated.
But this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The knowledge he and his ancestor possessed; two halves of a coin combined in order to create a second OOODriver.
"Now, Child. The power of Desire! The way it leads to conquest and power." King OOO mocked.
"How can you NOT see its beauty?!" Kougami snapped back in even greater shock "Look at what we are accomplishing here?! Both of us, our knowledge and experience! The scientist's knowledge! How it leads to a new form of evolution, a SECOND OOODriver! A miracle born from pure desire!"
"WE are accomplishing?" The King growled.
"Of course 'we', an ancestor and their descendent creating something that spans generations!" Kougami explained, his passion for this project showed.
...
And Goda snarled purple flames surrounding his fist. "WE did not accomplish anything! This is all ME! MY desire! MY conquest! MY ambition! MY achievement! You are but a tool for that end!"
"And tools make the creation." Kougami smirked, unflinching by his ancestor's rage. "However. Even with this, I do believe that Eiji will defeat you."
"A child with no desires cannot defeat a man with ALL DESIRES!" King OOO roared.
Mr Kougami chuckled as he heard that, dismissing his warped view of desire. He knew Eiji would come here and he would fight his ancestor, to see both OOO to be victorious.
*Elsewhere*
We see the sun setting on the city, where we see the Greeed altogether.
The four Greeed were in their human forms and sat atop the building Goda was using as his base.
Gamel was snacking on sweets as he sat on the ground.
Uva was leaning against the air conditioning unit, frowning at the others.
Kazari was lying on a fold-out chair, looking at his nails.
And Mezool sat at the edge of the building, looking out at the setting sun.
What Eiji had said resonated with them, it was their Desires that he had 'exposed'; since they were Greeed and were born altogether, they just 'know' their personal stuff...but they never talked about them.
It was a taboo.
Something they did not WANT to talk about. So why bring up each others?
They had all unofficially agreed it wasn't their business.
"Hmm...Mezool?" Gamel asked, his mouth still having some sweets inside.
"Yes, Gamel?" She asked, turning to him.
"What OOO said." Gamel commented. "About us and our desires."
"Hey! We don't talk about that!" Kazari pointed at him, stopping him before he started.
"And why should we?" Uva frowned "Kazari... Now's not the time for that. Not anymore. It's... Out in the open. And we should finally be talking about it."
"Idiot, there's nothing to talk abou-!" Kazari snarled before Mezool slapped him.
"Stop acting like a child." Mezool frowned. "Gamel is more mature than you."
"I-" Kazari stuttered... Taking a step back as he lowered his head "Why?! Why should we?! This is... We live to fulfil our desire. We never had to speak about this before?!"
"And maybe that's why we lost?" Uva sighed "Why we lost against Goda 800 years ago. Why Ankh was able to deceive us at that time. And why, ten years ago, we all fell once again while Maki continued his mad plan for nothing. Because we didn't understand each other."
Gamel nodded in response, putting his sweets down. "I'll start." He rose his hand. "My Desire is simple desires. What people like things at the minute."
The other Greeed all turned to him, listening.
"I... I was the last to wake up." He commented, continuing "I saw so many people around us. Doing so much. So many fun-looking things! And I wanted to do them all too! The emptiness inside me... It wanted to try it all! I wanted to try everything! And then Mezool asked if I was okay..."
They all remembered that day.
The day the five Greeed became sentient. Formed from the ten medals, the ten then becoming nine. They followed the king around his kingdom as mindless husks.
But that gap, the missing medal... It causes the other nine to hunger. And slowly, one by one, they gained sentience.
"Hey big guy, are you okay?" Mezool spoke aloud, quoting herself. Remembering how she knelt down to Gamel, the big lug having tripped over his own feet after being so focused on some kids playing. She had patted his head as she looked down at him.
"Mezool was nice and helped when I was confused. She cheered me up. And so... Want to make her happy. She cared." Gamel continued "She said her name. I tried to say it back. I tried to say, 'You Mezool cool'. But what came out was... 'Ga... Me... El.'... and Mezool gave Gamel his name. So now want to be there for her. That is my desire."
"My desire. I saw a woman and a child together, a mother and daughter." Mezool recalled that day. "As we walked, the King glared at her. When her child tried to run out. A small thing. I think in human years, two years old. The child tried to run out chasing a ball, almost in front of the Gods. He glared at the child. And the mother... Instantly grabbed the child and dragged them inside. Held them close. Had her back to the king. So, if he struck, it would hit him. And I had to wonder... Why?"
"My desires...I wanted to be stronger and survive. I saw...a weak person. He stood up, despite being pushed around." Uva commented. "I felt... Scared. Alone. Confused. Not having my medal, having that gaping void... Knowing I could lose more..." Uva frowned as he reached up, clasping his human form's chest where a human had their heart. "I didn't want to fade away... Didn't want to be NOTHING. I was the second to awaken, after Ankh. And... I pretend to be strong. To be confident. To smash through everything so I could be complete. But I've always been... A coward."
"Kazari. Your turn." Mezool spoke.
"Hnn...! Fine!" He snapped, giving in to the pressure. "I remember seeing this noble. Seeing him counting coins over and over. Not Goda, just some noble." The cat Greeed grabbed his hat and lowered it over his eyes, hiding. "He had some people come up to him. Threaten him... He just gave them a handful of coins and they left. Besides one. That one tried to take all the Nobel's money, to attack him... And his bodyguard cut his head off. But no one raised an eye to either the Nobel or his bodyguard. That... That was power. Power and respect. They both had their own form of it... Wealth, physical strength. And I wanted it. Because with that gaping hole in my Cores, without my tenth... I felt... I feel weak... And I HATE IT!"
The four of them, felt the gaping hole in their cores, wanting to fill it with those various experiences, wanting to be whole once again.
Wanting that tenth Medal. Wanting to be whole.
They were silent, the setting sun around them.
They looked at each other, finally voicing their desires to their siblings. And what they would do next would reflect who they were.
But it also left a hanging question.
...
What now?
*Elsewhere*
Eiji looked into the night sky as he held the OOODriver in his hand, looking up high.
'It would be the last fight' he thought. He would take down Goda and free the Greeed from the torment of their captor.
After all...
"'You can reach out and grasp their hand with yours', correct?" Ankh smirked, scoffing calmly.
Eiji chuckled at that, turning to see his friend. "It's like you can read my mind."
"No. I just know you that well." Ankh answered.
"After everything we've been through... Same." Eiji smiled, lowering his Driver. "You're thinking about how annoying and pointless I'm being. How I should take the fight seriously and just get rid of them. That they're behind 'saving' and there no point..."
"But I also know that you wouldn't be you if you didn't at least try." Ankh scoffed. "Tch. You're already at a disadvantage. Such an idiot." He said, leading against the wall beside Eiji.
"Have I ever not been at a disadvantage?" Eiji asked with a smile.
"What about this... Super TaToBa thing you guys mentioned earlier today?" Ankh asked. "And what the hell even IS that?"
"Super TaToBa... is basically the universe's promise that I'd see you again." Eiji smirked as he pulled three medals out of his clothing. A Taka, a Tora and a Batta medal. Only the animals depicted on the medals were emphasised by a yellow coating.
"Where did you even get those?" Ankh asked as he looked at them and could feel the power through them.
"The future." Eiji answered. "It's confusing, I'll tell you later."
"...You better."
"But I can't afford to use these medals." Eiji sighed "Because if the King gets these? He will be able to control time. And that'll screw us over."
"Those-?" Ankh pointed to them and stammered. "Time? You know what? Not going to ask."
"Yeah, story for another time." Eiji chuckled.
"What about the orange medals? Did Goda get those as well?"
"No, he hasn't. I still have those." Eiji answered.
"Then why didn't you use them?" Ankh asked.
Eiji mumbled his response as he looked away.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" Ankh asked.
"Do you seriously don't remember?" Eiji grumbled.
Ankh took a second to think about it before nodded. "Right, you're afraid of snakes." ... and then Ankh began to openly laugh.
"It's not funny, Ankh." Eiji groaned.
"You! Eiji Hino! Who's seen death in the face numerous times! Scared of snakes!" Ankh laughed.
"You forgot the 'dekiunagi-roids'; those were snake-like," Eiji responded.
Ankh just continued to laugh at that memory, almost falling to his feet.
"Please stop...it's embarrassing," Eiji asked.
"Oh, it's been so long since I've laughed like that." Ankh sighed and rubbed his eyes.
"...It's good to have you back, Ankh." Eiji responded.
"I just wish I had my remaining Medals. I would've helped more." Ankh admitted.
"I thought you absorbed them."
"No, I haven't." Ankh rose his red arm. "Only six. The last three elude me."
"I thought that you would've," Eiji admitted. "They were all there."
"The hell are you talking about?" Ankh asked.
"I had all the Greeed's Medals in one place. Your Medals were probably lost because of that explosion." Eiji relayed what he remembered.
"...You mean to tell me that I could've been complete at the very beginning?!" He snapped, stomped his foot and glared out at the city.
"Probably, yeah." Eiji nodded.
"Damn it!" He yelled.
"The others said you panicked as you awoke and broke out, dropping your medals as they went. They found three as they were leaving the building. And the other three... Yeah." Eiji shrugged.
"Fan-tas-tic." Ankh growled angrily and sarcastically. The one chance he had to be complete, and it was out of his grasp due to unfortunate circumstances.
...

"Huh?" The two blinked, looking up to see some of the flying Candroids.
"Kujaku and Taka Candroids?" The two asked as they looked up and saw the flying red cans...with something in their feet.

The little bird candroids landed on the railing where the duo were...and in their feet were three silver-edged red Medals.
...
"No way..." Both blinked.
The Candroids dropped the Medals into Ankh's hand seeing them once again. His nine Medals were all together once again. "H-how?"
"Mr Kougami sent them out earlier." Hana's voice spoke behind them.
"Hina?" The two asked, turning to the girl as she approached them holding three ice lollies.
"He thought that you didn't have all your Medals, so he sent them on a recon mission," Hina answered, passing an ice lolly to Eiji.
"I... Thanks, Hina." Eiji blinked.
"He could've said something." Ankh growled, absorbing his Medals and his wings flew out of his back and felt whole again before he retracted them again.
"You two were busy protecting people. He wanted them to be a surprise." Hina responded, passing an ice lolly to Ankh.
Ankh snatched the ice from Hina's hand and ripped the paper off, throwing it away casually.
Chomp!
Hina chuckled as she saw Ankh biting into his ice.
"Tomorrow, we face Goda." Eiji admitted, looking over the city.
"Yeah." Ankh huffed. "Eight hundred years in the making."
"It'll be over and you'll be free." Eiji agreed.
"Don't you mean 'we'll be free'?" Hina asked.
"I mean, the Greeed. The city. Everyone." Eiji answered.
"Idealistic fool." Ankh scoffed.
"It's like you know me." Eiji chuckled as he bit into the ice lolly.
Hina smiled as they all stood there as they finished their ices, thinking about the hope for their future.
...
And she suddenly got between them, grasping their hands.
Eiji's and Ankh's eyes widened in shock as they felt Hina's hands grasp theirs...how long had it been since they last held hands?
The three just... stood there. Hand in hand.
It was their spot, their gesture, their safety. It was home for them.
The night before the final battle, they all remembered it. They remembered it clearly.
'I promise, I'll make things right.' Eiji thought.
'Don't die on me, idiot.' Ankh thought to himself.
'You can do this, I know you can.' Hina thought to herself as she looked out to the full moon and hoped.
...
"You're going to say no if I offer TaJaDor, aren't you?" Ankh asked.
Eiji chuckled at that and looked at the sky. "Yep."
"Are you insane? The Medals that you have won't even come close to beating Goda!" Ankh snapped.
"The moon looks like a giant Medal, doesn't it?" Eiji asked, changing the subject a little.
...
"HUH?!" Ankh snapped/gasped.
"The Earth, Moon, Sun. They're a combo all of their own. Goda wants to control the world, his desires for conquest seem to just covet everything. And his reach seems immeasurable, but it isn't. He doesn't see the potential of what humans can do, he's stuck in his ways and can never reach them." Eiji explained as best as he could. "And he's alone. I'm not. I have you two. And the others. It's not just my desires he has to face. He may be power hungry. But there is more power within my grasp than he could ever handle. Because when people reach out to each other, their powers are magnified. Multiplied, not added together."
...
"When did you start thinking like that?" Hina asked
"Ten years of 'wandering' opens my mind up to a lot of things." Eiji answered.
"Well, it's good." Hina grinned "Because it's still Eiji. And Eiji is Eiji. Hence why he is the strongest OOO."
"Now THAT sounded childish but profound." Ankh snorted.
Crack
"Gah! Hnn!" Ankh flinched as Hina gripped his hand a little tight.
"What was that, Ankh?" She smiled sweetly.
"Gah! N-Nothing! I said nothing! You're right!" He grunted.
"I've missed this!" Eiji laughed, grinning.
"I'm glad." Ankh grumbled. 'She's gotten stronger.'
And yet the comfortable silence lasted.
The three are comfortable in each other's presence.
*The next day, with Kougami*
The King and the President watched on in awe as blue sparks filled the air. Their scientists were hard at work, as their project neared the end.
'Incredible.' Goda thought as he saw what would've taken months of hard work was now shortened to a mere few days. Perhaps this modern technology was worth keeping.
"It's amazing; isn't it? The swiftness of modern technology, and how far we have progressed as a species. Technology, communication and creation. It's not bad, is it?"
"There are some benefits that this era can give." King OOO responded, looking at his creation being made.
"So, you admit that you're a Luddite?" Kougami smirked.
"Don't push me, child." He glared.
Kougami chuckled as he had his arms crossed behind his back, unclasping a soda cap.
FLASH!
A large burst of light filled the air. As the process had been completed.
The scientists covered their eyes from the light, almost being blinded.
As the light died down... The new OOODriver was revealed. Identical to the old one, of course. But still.
"Perfect." King OOO smiled as he saw it and the scanner.
"I suppose you have an idea for your own new Medals too? You can't just use the 10th Medals all together, it won't flow." Kougami smirked.
"I already have a Combo in mind. One that befits the King of this world." King OOO responded as the scientists were pouring liquid metal down into moulds. "For what is a King without his prized possessions? His crowning jewels. The status of his power. The sign that demands I am the rightful king of this world." Goda spread his arms wide, letting out an insane laugh as he looked down at his work.
Kougami looked at his ancestor as he saw the liquid metal slowly form within the moulds; he knew that this combo, fuelled by this malicious desire, would be devastating.
And the battle with Eiji... would decide the fate of humanity and desire itself! "SubarashI!" he grinned.
...
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" He and Goda cried out together as bronze, silver and gold metal poured.
*with Eiji*
Eiji and Ankh were together, rested and ready to fight. They knew Kougami had... SOMETHING planned, and it should be coming soon. The Birth soldiers, Goto and Date were all badly beaten up from the battle the day before. And they knew their signal would be coming soon.
"You sure we can't come?" Goto asked, trying to be a hero.
"If you guys came in, you'd probably be killed; we've got this." Ankh responded, stating facts.

Two small blue octopus candroids hovered in, their 'tentacles' spinning around like mini propellers as they arrived at the base and landed at Eiji and Ankh's hands.
"They're here." Eiji said, he and Ankh nodding at one another.
"Good luck, you two." Ms Satonaka responded, hoping for their victory.
"Be safe." Hina muttered as she looked as her two friends rushed off.
VRR!
And they drove off away, hurrying into the city. Following the Tako Candroids.
Ankh's wings were beating 'slower' to pretend that he didn't have all his Medals, just as a precaution if they were ambushed.
They rushed through the city, the morning sun shining. A victorious feeling in the air as they rushed towards their foe...
*With Kougami and Goda*
"Look at them. They're beautiful." Goda spoke as he broke open the moulds and revealed the Medals within.
A bronze, a silver and a gold medal. The three have a metallic blue rim, a silvery-blue metal much like Osmium. Osmium, being one of the hardest and rarest minerals in the world. The bronze medal looked similar to a Taka medal, the silver like a Tora and the gold like a Batta. And like the super medals, they had their animals depicted only in a deep foreboding black.
Goda reached out and grasped the medals, pulling them into the air as he smirked.
"Now... to finish them!" he smirked before throwing them at the scientists.
Nine of the sixteen scientists all screamed in agony, the three medals passing through three scientists each. The nine scientists struck with the medals turning to dust in a horrifying display.
Mr Kougami's eyes widened without saying anything, he had never realised that souls were used for the old Medals.
The writing had been vague. And in modern times they'd been able to achieve the effect using pure desire and energy but to imagine... This?!
Could that have meant there were even more souls used for the original five? Was that part of why they desired so much?
Goda reached out and grabbed his new Medals, smiling darkly as he now possessed the strongest Medals he had created.
He laughed... and heard it. The noise of the vehicles of this era approached.
"Oh, the sacrifices arrive." Goda smirked darkly. "Come, child."
Suddenly a fireball exploded the wall in front of Goda, light filling the room, as Eiji and Ankh walked in.
"Goda." Ankh hissed as he retracted his wings, Eiji removing his driving gloves.
"Ah, Ankh! It's been too long!" The king mocked.
"One last time, Ankh. You ready?" Eiji smirked as he threw his gloves away behind him, remembering a time just like this. An Aquatic Rider from the future being their foe in THAT decisive battle.
"Always." Ankh answered, clenching his fists.
"Get them." Goda ordered.
And his four Yummies came rushing out of nowhere, charging at our Heroes.
Ankh's wings extended, shielding Eiji before both leapt into the air and fought.
Eiji came down, giving a mighty punch across one Yummies face

Ankh gave a clothesline, sending a Yummy flipping through the air before throwing a fireball in its face.

Eiji performed a series of quick kicks to another Yummies face, flipping over another before giving a harsh knee to its back.

The Yummies tried to fight back, but this was supposed to be impossible. A human and a Greeed with only six Medals couldn't be able to fight them like this! They were as strong as four filled Greeed.
Life goes on! Anything goes, coming up OOO!
Eiji and Ankh were back-to-back and smiling, they were together again and fighting.
"Eiji." Ankh called, throwing three medals into the air casually.
"Gotcha!" The hero smirked as he attached his Driver with one hand, slotting the medals in with the other. The Yummy all roared as they rushed forth, and... "Henshin!"
The Yummies were flung back as Eiji slotted his Medals and began to transform.
MUKADE!
HACHI!
ARI!
The three Medals all came together and formed his new armour as Eiji leapt into the air with a loud buzz.
MUKACHIRI! CHIRICHIRI!
MUKACHIRI! CHIRICHIRI!
"Ha!" Eiji called as he flew through the air, coming down with a powerful slash.
Large gashes spewing with Cell Medals came out of the Yummy's wound, for as Greeed-like as this Yummy was... It was still a Yummy and could be beaten down by Eiji and Anhk.

Goda looked on and felt his lip quiver as he saw this, his strongest Yummies being beaten back by an inferior form and a weakened Greed.
FURII na joutai... sore demo ii kedo
Eiji's stabs and blocking continued through as he rushed his needle-sword through a Yummy's stomach.

Ankh smirked as he saw the oncoming water-based Yummie and felt its arms come down on him. "Hnn! Heh." He grunted and pushed back.

His fist continued to fight through, punching and pushing through the aquatic Yummie and broke it apart with dozens to hundreds of Cell Medals littered about.

Spinning, Ankh was encased in flames. And as it shattered away, his true form was revealed.
Goda's eyes widened in shock, the Greeed who was with him before; the Greeed who sided with him, was now his enemy.
Ankh now had red boots, with yellow shoe ends and green claws, feather-styled shin guards, and black and dark green gradient thigh guards with red to yellow peacock feathers. A red to yellow and green-tipped waistcoat-looking attire with peacock feather markings, a black chest with a golden amber jewel in the centre; grey feathered shoulder guards, red upper arm covered with brass loops, black scaled skin, his left hand showing a red to yellow to green gradient feathered plate-mail clawed hand. And finally, his head had a white mouth to nose covering under green visor-like eyes and his head was crested with red feathers, except for his left-hand side where a plume of yellow feathers curled upwards and a white beak-like marking, with his brass and yellow belt around his waist.

"Heh." Ankh smirked as he continued to fight alongside Eiji, striking the Greeed-Yummies and showing off his completed self.
OOO! OOO! OOO! OOO! Come on!
"He's complete." Goda whispered, realising that all Greeed had their Nine, but lacked their Tenths.
Eiji leapt and kicked away the Yummie created by Kazari. "Ankh!"
"Switch it up!" Ankh called out, throwing three new medals to him.
SHIKA!
GAZELLE!
USHI!
Anything Goes! sono kokoro ga atsuku naru mono

Eiji's transformation caught Goda by a somewhat surprise to see how fluid Ankh and Eiji were together, able to switch between these medals and new forms.
It was almost like the two could read the other's mind.

"Ha-ha! Hrargh!" Eiji roared, fighting against the Gamel-created Yummy, striking through and beating it down.

Eiji's centre piece glowed as his feet dug into the ground and rushed through the Yummies with intense strength and speed.

Eiji's armour once again changed forms, his horned heavy animals now turning into arthropods as his pink claws snapped and gripped onto the Water-Based Yummie and struck him down.

Eiji's grasp lifted up the Yummy and threw him towards Ankh who slammed them into the ground.
"You haven't changed, Goda." Ankh remarked with a smirk. "You are so predictable."
Goda glared angrily at Ankh. His eyes trained solely on the Medals that he now possessed.

An orange ring, a pink ring and a purple ring all formed in the air before him as Eiji readied himself, taking a break as he felt his suit's power flow through him.
Eiji's claws began to extend as he lunged forwards and grabbed the Yummy, snapping it between them and scattering its Cell Medals on the floor.

The remaining Yummies glared at Eiji and Ankh, they couldn't lose here, nor would they give up because of their creator's desire.
"GRARGH!" They roared and struck forwards, slashing and attacking them.

"Chill out." Eiji smirked as the area began to get cold.
'Frost? This form is an ice-using type?' Goda thought in shock as he saw this and felt the chill in the air.

Eiji's hand began to claw down upon the Strong Yummy, shattering its body and causing it to drop more and more Cell Medals.
"Mind where you're throwing that ice, Eiji!" Ankh called out, using his talons to slash and kick the Yummies.
"Please, I KNOW you can handle colder than this!" Eiji called as he scanned his belt once more.

Eiji created a small waste of frozen land and pinned the Yummies down, with his large bear claws to strike down and crash the monsters into pieces.
"SEEYA!"
Goda looked down in anger and annoyance, seeing Eiji destroy the four Yummies he had created from the Greeed. These two were standing in his way!
"Eiji!" Ankh called, throwing the fourth set of alternate medals.
"Thanks!" He called out.
SA-RA-MI-UO! SA! RA! MI-UO~!
Eiji was now in his aquatic form, clanging his fists together as he was ready to fight.
"Alright!" He roared, slamming his fists forwards. Sending the Yummy all flying back.

"Subarashi, Eiji-boy!" Kougami smiled.
"Kougami!" Eiji snapped "Why haven't you left yet!"
"What? And miss this action? Not a chance!" He called out. "This is the greatest event in history! A true, decisive battle! With the future of the planet, and desire itself on the line! I MUST see it in person!"
"You damn fool!" Ankh hissed.
"Truly, you're my kin." Goda remarked. "As for you two...You will be steppingstones for my coronation. And this time, I won't become a sarcophagus."
"No, you'll be dust." Ankh answered.

"SEEYA!" Eiji cried as he jumped through three rings, two blue and one red. He slammed the whale gauntlets he wore against a Yummy, slamming him into the ground, before flipping and performing a downwards axe kick while his leg was surrounded by energy.
The Yummy screamed out in pain, exploding and turning into Cell Medals as Eiji's gauntlets reverberated through its entire body.
And then... There was only one left.

"Ha!" Eiji roared as his wings buzzed powerfully, rushing and slashing at the Yummy.
The Yummie grunted, feeling its body being jabbed, slashed, and broken through by Eiji. Nothing it could do would get through as Eiji's feet were stabbing into it and coursing poison through its artificial body.

Jumping high, kicking off the Yummy, Eiji did a flip as he readied himself. He came rushing down, smashing his shield against the Yummy's face.

Twisting himself, Eiji jumped up once again as he scanned his belt.

A purple, a yellow and a black ring formed in front of Eiji as he threw his legs out. The centipede part of Eiji's armour extended.

The purple centipede extended and wrapped around her, forming a drill/spiral around him as he came rushing forth while his wings extended as far as he could.

"SEEYA!" he roared, Eiji rushing through the air with his insect wings fully extended.

He collided with the Yummy, pushing through it with a mighty force as he landed behind it.
The Yummy howled and exploded into Cell Medal's, Eiji's eyes glowing.

Eiji panted, landing safely and glared up at Goda who stood there, rose his hands...and began to clap slowly.

"Very, very impressive. These medals do appear to be rather powerful." Goda smirked as he approached the group, clapping mockingly.
"Mr Kougami did a great job creating them." Eiji responded, looking up at him.
"That he did. My descendant has some understanding of power." Goda commented as he attached his own OOO Driver.
"We were too late." Ankh frowned.
"However. He is but a child learning the wonders that aware him in the cosmos." Goda continued as he held up the bronze medal and slipped it into the head medal.

"The true power, and purpose, of desire. What it can give to you, and what it means for everything else." He said, slotting the silver medal next into the body slot.

"Or... How it is the RIGHT of the strong to rip the world apart to achieve their desires!" Goda finished as he slammed the golden medal into the third, leg, slot.

The three medals flashed as the evil king tilted the belt, drawing the OScanner from his belt.
"Allow me to teach you what that power is." Goda snarled, running the scanner across his belt with a calm and dark slash of his hand "Hen. Shin!"
The OScanner glowed with three rings. First bronze, then silver, and finally gold.

An aura of O Medals surrounded Goda, covering him in royal golden energy as his Rider Form appeared.
A harsh and terrifying, almost distorted song came from combining the three Medals, proclaiming the king's coming.
FA-BYA-LO! FABYALO! FA-BYA-LO!
His main bodysuit was an exact copy of OOO's TaToBa form, only there were crucial differences. The falcon crest on his face was bronze, outstretching its wings on his black helmet and cracks going along the face with red eyes. His shoulders and arms had silver lines on the edges and went to his bracers, where silver curved claw-like blades were retracted and cracks of silver all over his arms. And lastly his legs, golden kneecaps, circuitry-styled lines that went down to his shins where golden locust legs were styled onto his shoes, with golden cracks over his thighs.
"That...That jingle. It's just a corrupted 'TaToBa'." Ankh commented.
"Same with the form." Eiji frowned "Falcon, White Tiger and Locus? It is just TaToBa."
Goda glared down at the two, seeing the indignity they were throwing his way. "Unlike 'TaToBa', it shows the purest of metals of the ancient world!"
"It should've been flipped then." Ankh responded.
"What are you talking about?" Goda spat.
"A golden bird with a bronze locust. Seeing as you see yourself 'above' others." Ankh responded. "Wear a crown of gold, you psycho."
"Yeah. You didn't think that through." Eiji smirked.
"Shut up, I'm not the 'snarky one'." Ankh pushed him.
"Hey! Knock it off!" Eiji snapped, pushing Ankh back.
"How were you ever OOO if you act like this?" Goda glared at them as he began to walk forwards... And charged, claws unfolding.

"Eiji, get ready." Ankh gestured.
"Right." Eiji nodded.

Eiji's feet rushed as fast as he could, aiming right at Goda and attacking him with the stinger.

"GAH!"
Goda's speed was quicker than Eiji's, his claws struck out and slashed through him.
"GAH!" Eiji yelled as he was thrown back, sparks flying from his armour.
"Eiji!" Ankh called out and rushed after him.
Goda simply watched, seeing Ankh flying after the false OOO and hearing the fear in his voice.
"H-He hits like a truck!" Eiji groaned as he grabbed his chest.
"Those Medals. They must be made using the 'old method'." Ankh frowned, helping Eiji get up.
"Meaning, made from people. Right?" Eiji asked.
"Yes." Ankh frowned, hissing at Goda.
"Well, all the more reason to stop him." Eiji answered.
"How? With your weak and pathetic Medal combos?" Goda dismissed.
"Don't look down on them!" Eiji glared.

"OH?" Goda hissed, raising his arm "Why pray tell?"
"They're Mr Kougami's Desire. They were made using his dreams and ambition! The next step of OOO!" Eiji answered. "While they are more limiting than the original but just as powerful! And the destruction you cause... it is vile!"
"You cannot step forward into this world without power and destruction." Goda waved it off. "The strong and cunning will come out on top. It's what we're good at."
"You sound like my father." Eiji glared.
"Then your father is a wise man."
Eiji frowned as he drew the Medajaribur, gripping the blade tightly, before rushing forth with a roar.
Goda sighed and rose his hand to block the attack.
His claws clashed with the blade, pushing them aside while slamming his fist against Eiji's chest.
Ankh came swooping down, aiming a fire punch at Goda. Goda raised his leg, which shifted and morphed into an insect leg that collided with Ankh's fist and sent him flying back from the powerful kick.
"GAH!" Ankh screamed as he was shot back, dropping some Cell Medals away.
"Ankh. You should join me." Goda commented darkly, laughing. "It will be just like before."
"'Like before'? You mean like when you stabbed me in the back?" Ankh spat out. "I'm no fool, Goda. Besides... I'm finally alive. Thanks to the hands that grasped mine. So, I'm not letting go."
"Fool." Goda hissed.
Eiji panted as he slipped two Cell Medals into his sword and slid the scanner across it.
DOUBLE! SCANNING CHARGE!
Eiji leapt up and slashed down at Goda, aiming for his blind spot, which he thought would be easier to hit.
However, the eyes of the Falcon Head flashed and Goda smirked, ducking and spinning 180 to slash Eiji across the stomach.
"HCK-GAH!" Eiji screamed in pain, the striking slash carving into his armour and causing him to spark about. He came crashing to the floor, his transformation fading away as he rolled along the ground. His new medals scattered across the ground and rolled away, landing at Kougami's feet.
"Eiji!" Ankh yelled in worry only to be thrown aside. "GAH!"
"Eiji, no!" Kougami gasped, watching as Goda slowly approached the downed warrior.
"Is this that 'desire' and 'ambition' you have?" Goda derived him. "Is this all you've got, boy?"
"Far... From it. Because there is a difference between my desires... And yours." Eiji panted with a smile while reaching into his clothing.
"Oh? And what is that?" Goda laughed.
"Your desire is almost endless. I admit that. But that desire... It's all purely selfish. It is all about what you could get." Eiji responded "My desire... It is also selfish. Because I want people to be safe and happy. I want to protect people and help them. Anyone whose hand I can reach, I want the power to protect them. But while both of our desires are selfish... The fact your desire is for you alone means you are all alone."
"Alone is all I need." Goda said with a dark grin.
"You say that. And yet caring for yourself has made it so Ankh refuses to work with you now. It is why the Greeed turned against you, making your desires harder to reach. Every step you take, you have everyone pushing you back. Because your desires are toxic to others." Eiji responded, getting to his feet "While mine? They push me forwards. I would have never revived Ankh. Would have not had ANY medals to fight against you with. Would have lost the world to the power of the Purple Cores. I have the strength of others to strengthen my own desires as I strengthen theirs. You are a singular arrow, easily broken. While we are a bundle, held together. Combined, we are unbeatable."
"We shall see about that!" Goda smirked as he held his arm up, preparing to strike...
"Wait!" A powerful voice called... As the four Greeed arrived. The one speaking having been Uva.
"Let US have the honour." Kazari said with a sadistic purr.
"You four...!" Ankh looked at them, seeing them approach.
"Ah, you've come to join. But, of course...My Greeed."
Goda laughed as he backed up "Have you fun, your reward!" He said with a mocking tone 'And once you are done, your medals are mine!'
"No! I won't let you!" Ankh hissed, seeing the Greeed approach Eiji only for Goda to punch him in the gut "GAH!"
"Be quiet Ankh... And watch." Goda smirked.
"You guys..." Eiji mumbled as he looked at the four approaching Greeed.
"Sorry, it's nothing personal." Uva responded.
"We're honestly just sick of this whole thing." Kazari shrugged.
"You really do get yourself into terrible situations, OOO-Boy." Mezool chuckled.
"Time to say 'bye-bye', OOO." Gamel added.
And suddenly the four turned around, Uva and Mezool shooting blasts of lightning and water respectively while Uva slashed his claws to unleash a wave of light and Gamel punched the ground to send a shockwave.
All these attacks rushing right at Goda.
Goda's eyes widened under his helmet as he was blasted back, flung off into a building and rubble came down on him.
"Wh-what?" Eiji asked in shock.
"The hell?" Ankh gasped.
"We've wanted to do that for Eight hundred and ten years!" Kazari flexed his claws.
"Now, it's your turn, you absolute psycho!" Uva pointed.
"We thought long and hard. And... Yeah. Even if you -did- hold up your end of the bargain, which is likely zero, it wouldn't assist our desires. Not any more than helping Eiji-Boy here ripping them out of you with our own bare hands would." Mezool explained as she crossed her arms. "Which, you know, the second sounds much more appealing anyway."
"And bad guys like you get flung far!" Gamel added. "You're not nice!"
"You're on our side now?!" Ankh snapped.
"Of course, we've got scores to settle with that guy." Kazari answered.

"Grr...You betray me? The one who created you?" Goda pushed the rubble off from him.
"You created us. But you don't own us!" Mezool responded.
"After all the shit you put us through... Yeah, sweet deal 'pops' but I know a backstabber when I hear one." Kazari shrugged.
"Plus, since when have you cared about our origin? Not when you ripped our medals from us and treated us like slaves, and storage, for your obsessive take over!" Uva snapped "We are DONE being scared of you!"
"And new OOO is nicer!" Gamel nodded.
"You guys..." Eiji mumbled.
"As long as you give us our final medals, Eiji-Boy, this fighting of ours can end. After kicking the King's backside." Mezool chuckled, throwing her cape over her shoulder.
"How do we know we can trust you?" Ankh frowned as he walked over to them.
"That's the fun bit. You can't!" Kazari smirked "After all Ankh, you know us better than anyone."
"Which is why I know I CAN trust you." Eiji smiled.
"Tch. Damn fool. Fine." Ankh scoffed.
"Let's crush!" Gamel called.
"You... Insolent... FOOLS!" Goda roared as his eyes glowed with malice "I have had it with you! All of you! It is time for me to finally put an end to you!" Raising his hand, purple flames surrounded Goda's claws as he growled.
"The purple medals." Uva flinched... And gasped as he was pushed aside.
"The hell?!" Kazari gasped as he stumbled a bit, pushed out of the way as well.

As Eiji rushed at Goda, tackling him and distracting him. The purple flames dissipated.
"You! Are NOT! Hurting them again!" Eiji snapped as he threw Goda to the ground with him, the vagabond rolling away from Goda and getting to his feet.
"You foolish whelp. Fine! I will just kill you first!" Goda hissed.
'I have no choice.' Eiji thought as he reached into his clothing and grasped three medals. The Super Taka, Super Tora and Super Batta medals.
"Ankh," Uva said, holding out his hand as Cell medals bubbled on his palm. A Batta medal emerging "OOO needs this, right?" He asked as his left arm lost its armour, turning a mix of brown and grey and looking almost mummy-like.
"This to?" Kazari asked while holding up a Tora Medal as his right arm did the same.
"Uva... Kazari..." Ankh blinked before frowning and giving a deep sigh... And then reverted to his human form, smirking "Fine." He grinned, grabbing the two medals.
Eiji removed the three Super Medals from his clothing, as he and Goda almost circled each other.
"Oh? More new toys?" Goda mocked.
"These... Are going to be the thing to stop you." Eiji frowned as he prepared to slot the medals.
FWOOSH!
And a fireball rushed past them both, Eiji and Goda distancing themselves further as they looked over at the Greeed in shock.
"Eiji! Wait!" Ankh called out as he held up his hand revealing the Tora and Batta medals... As well as a Taka Medal "Use these!" He called out, flicking his wrist with all his might.
The medals gave out a soft metallic shimmer of a sound as they flew through the air, spinning as they rushed towards Eiji.
"No!" Goda snapped, reaching for the medals... But Eiji was swifter.
Ducking under Goda and shifting his balance, the Rider tripped up the King while doing a spin. As he spun, his hand open wide, he grasped all three medals at once.
His boots dug into the ground, his heels digging in as he came to a stop. He had managed to make the distance between himself and the King again, as he looked at the medals in his hand.
And he smiled.
"Uva." He called out, slotting the Batta medal in place in the leg slot.

"Kazari." Eiji continued, inserting the Tora Medal next into the body slot.

"And you to, Ankh. Thank you." Eiji smiled over his shoulder, slotting the Taka Medal last. Into the head slot.

The three medals flashed lightly as they were put in place, Eiji flicking the Driver into its slanted position as he drew the OOOScanner. The familiar soft buzzing filled the air before he moved.
Eiji held the scanner and brought it down, running it over the belt. Scanning the medals. As he did so he brought his left arm up, his hand semi curled next to his head, as he gave out a simple and mighty cry.
"Henshin!"
A flurry of golden-edged coins surrounded Eiji; red, blue, green, grey and yellow, all spun around each with their own depiction of an animal as three lined up vertically.
TAKA!
A hawk etched red Medal first appeared, screeching proudly.
TORA
A tiger etched yellow Medal appeared next, almost roaring out.
BATTA!
A grasshopper etched green Medal appeared lastly, the sound of its legs croaking.
The three medals soon came together in a singular piece and formed the OOO crest as it formed over Eiji's body.
TA! TO! BA! TATOBA! TA! TO! BA!
Eiji's body armour was black, green footed with grasshopper-styled shin guards and kneecaps, green circuitry lines that went up to the crest on his chest. Yellow bracers with folded back tiger claws and plating on his gloves; and yellow-edged black rounded shoulder guards from the yellow circuits. Finally, was his helmet, black with a red hawk face-cover with a red circuit going up from his neck and green visor eyes.
"Ha!" Eiji called out as he struck a familiar pose. His classic pose. As he stood there, in a form he was more than familiar with.
Goda's eyes tightened into a fierce gaze as he saw Eiji bearing his symbol and his power. "You dare use the power meant for a KING?" He roared as he lunged forwards and attacked Eiji.

Eiji leapt into the air, dodging the coming claws and kicked Goda in the back. It was like wearing a comfortable suit again.
"Feels good to use something I'm used to." Eiji smiled "Now... How about we start the REAL fight?"
Goda glared at Eiji, his own legs turning into locust legs as the two leapt into the air for a 'sky fight'.

The two began to clash, kicks and fists flying. Blows were being traded viciously.
Their tiger claws were sparking with violent ferocity, yellow and white clashed as each Rider struck.

Eiji then twisted and slammed his foot into Goda's chest, sending him flying.

Goda grunted, flung away as he had to roll and position himself to get back to some equilibrium.

There was no way that King OOO was going to lose to some usurper of his name. "HAH!" He pushed himself forwards as his eyes flashed to keep track of Eiji.

Eiji saw this and readied himself, crouching mid-air and pushed forwards as he rocketed down to use the surroundings.
Goda saw this crossing his arms as he readied to riposte and slash Eiji in mid-air.

Eiji rolled in the air, causing the claws to form a circle buzzsaw as he attacked Goda.
"...I never taught him that one." Ankh whispered.

"OOO! Use this!" Uva called as he reverted to his human form, annoyed at looking at his degraded Complete state, as he threw a Kamakiri medal at Eiji.
"Thanks!" Eiji called out as he switched the Tiger Medal with the Kamakiri Medal.

Eiji's full combo form changed, his Tiger centre was now replaced with green bracers with scythe-blades on the underside of his arms.

"Hey! What the hell, Uva?! He already had claws thanks to my medal!" Kazari snapped as he changed to his human form.
"Well, my mantis is sharper." Uva smirked.
"Is this because Eiji used your Medal the first time outside of a combo?" Ankh asked.
"Heh. I didn't even think of that." Uva sarcastically remarked.
"Grrr!" Kazari growled.
Eiji was using the new armament well. The wider, and differently angled, blades letting him be more defensive with his arms and give harsh surprise kicks with the powerful Batta legs.
"OOO! You need more speed!" Kazari snapped, throwing a Cheetah medal.
"Whoa! Err, thanks!" Eiji responded.
"No, you don't!" Goda roared.

Eiji's legs now changed colour, having swapped colours from his Base Combo form to a mixed form. His green legs had become yellow, swapping the thin Batta legs to covered thighs, shins and kneecaps with black spots and silver-toed clawed shoes.

Goda had missed Eiji by a second, Eiji's 'new form' gave him such a speed boost, that he left dust in Goda's face.

"OOO! Here! You might need a useful head part." Mezool called as she reverted to her human state, kissing her Sachi medal before giving a mighty flick of her wrist. The medal rushing through the air, into Eiji's green gloved hand.
"Mezool. Thanks!" Eiji responded, replacing his Medals as he slotted them.

The golden-edged medals changed around his body as his helmet soon changed from his red hawk to a blue and white framed orca on his black helmet, a light blue diamond on his forehead and yellow visor eyes and a white jawline.
"Ooh! That's cool! Never seen that one!" Gamel clapped his hands.
Eiji let out a high-pressure water blast from his forehead, shooting into Goda's chest.

Goda grunted in pain as he was blasted back, the intense water pressure was making his armour cave in; this was the strength of the water combo.

"Huh?" The Greeed blinked.
"Why are you giving Eiji your Medals?" Ankh asked.
"Don't you want to kill Goda?" Kazari asked.
"Plus, it's kinda fun throwing our Medals at OOO, now we know why you like doing it." Uva added.
"Yeah! Like a game!" Gamel laughed.
"Plus, isn't OOO greatest power his adaptability? Which would need all of us." Mezool added. "And considering he has those Purple medals? None of us want to get too close until it's time for the final blow."
"Gah, I hate it when you're right." Ankh growled.

Eiji continued to fight Goda, pushing him back.
"Grr! Damn you! Fake!" Goda growled angrily, his eyes flashing as he leapt into the air to dodge the water.

Eiji's body once again changed, his arms and shoulder grew out as silver circuitry glowed and enhanced his body. Now being larger and rounded shoulder guards with thicker edges that went closer to the centre, large silver bracers that looked like gorilla fists while his black gloves remained normal.

"So, this is what your inane combinations yield? They aren't full combos!" Goda growled, crossing his arms again and rushed at Eiji aiming for his throat.

"Who cares if they are Full Combos or not! Raw power is not all there is!" Eiji called as he easily caught Goda's blow, the speed of a cheetah letting him rush through across the building and slam the mad man into the wall.
Goda grunted in pain, almost bleeding out as he felt his body slammed around by this usurper. How dare he! "This combo. Is stronger. Then all before it!"
"I don't know about that." Eiji laughed, catching a red medal as well as a blue and a yellow one.

In a flash of primary-coloured medals, Eiji's armour transformed.
His helmet gained a lion's mane face guard with blue visor eyes, golden yellow jaw protection and curved 'spikes' on the helmet. His legs gained long blue thigh guards with octopus' suckers, blue kneecaps and shin guards and blue protected shoes. And lastly was his middle, having a golden-edged centre piece on his chest, three red-winged shoulder guards, red-winged bracers with golden wrists and black gloves with a strange shield on his left arm. The shield was red bearing the visage of a bird with a golden edge that looked like a large Core Medal, a black grip and a red arrow-head-shaped pull along the forearm.
"HA!" Eiji proclaimed as he appeared in this form.

He took flight with the Kujaku medal, unleashing light from his helmet.
Goda grunted as the light was too intense and blinding him, his falcon eyes being used at a disadvantage as he relied on them to follow Eiji.

As Eiji came down, his legs split apart and began to assault Goda with a barrage of strikes "Attatattatatatatatata!" Eiji cried out with each blow, pushing himself back as his wings flipped him in the air before unleashing a large fire blast at the dark rider from the TaJaSpinner on his arm.
Goda screamed out in pain, scorch marks appearing on his armour, his silver bronze and golden armour was becoming ruined.

Landing in his classic combo once more, Eiji glared as his eyes flashed. Letting out a soft breath, he readied himself, before scanning his belt.

Eiji crouched down as his legs flashed green, changing into insectoid legs.

Goda was doing the same as Eiji, golden insect legs supporting him. Before the two jumped high into the air.
The King and Eiji clashed, sparks coming off their feet as they pushed back each other; their Rider Kicks sparking and each power's cancelling each other out.
"SEI-!" Eiji grunted, trying to beat Goda.
"SUBMIT!" Goda roared as he pushed back, causing an intense burst of energy and slammed Eiji down into the ground.
KABOOM!
Eiji grunted, rolling on the floor as his base form was beaten by Goda, whose body seemed to be healing from the energy they created from the clash. "H-Hnn..."
"As I said, boy. You're weak. And those are my Medals." Goda rose to his feet in anger.
"I'm. Not. Done yet." Eiji groaned as he got up. "I can keep going."
"GAAAAHHH!" Uva yelled "That's enough! OOO! Just use these!" He yelled, throwing out the Kuwagata and Kamakiri medals.
The Medals were thrown into the air, catching both Goda and Eiji off guard; but where Goda turned, Eiji looked up and caught them.

Sounds of insects buzzed around Eiji as Green Medals covered him.

Eiji was now in a full combo form. His green feet and shin guards returned, with the circuitry climbing up and around his arms and shoulders, forming his mantis bracers and arm blades. But now, his helmet's faceplate had changed; his mouth guard was the shell of a stag beetle with its legs framing around his face, the stag beetle horns acting as his antennae and now orange-red visor eyes.
"HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-HA!" Eiji roared out as he felt the power of the first combo he ever used, back again.
Goda's attention soon turned around as he saw Eiji as he turned into this combo...and saw him multiply.
"GataKiriBa!" Uva cheered as he saw that form.
Eiji crouched into a form that looked like a mantis and rushed at Goda.
Goda raised his arms ready for the attacks, he knew this form could multiply into the thousands. A literal one-man army.
In flashes of green, Eiji split himself as he surrounded Goda and began to strike him from all angles.
The Strongest Combo, all glaring at him.
'No... No! I refuse! I refuse... To fall like this!' Goda snarled as dark energy flowed around him 'I have the power of the Endless Combo! I shall destroy him!'

Goda grunted and huffed as he was struck thrown around. Into the air, rolling through the air and more. However, the mad king, as he was up in the air, saw several clones rushing at him. Growling, he surrounded himself with dark energy before slashing his arms out.

The energy rushed through the air, throwing the GataKiriBa Clones into the air and shocking them. One by one they were struck, almost breaking down.
But the main Eiji yelled with power as he pushed through, rushing past the attack to strike through God's, cutting him across the stomach as he passed.
"Ugh..." Goda hissed, losing focus as his attack stopped. The attack ended as the GataKiriBa clones all quickly rushed at him, performing another single slash each before returning to Eiji.

The GataKiriBa clones all remerged into one, Eiji falling to one knee "D... Damn it. Forgot how tired this combo makes me." He hissed as he panted.
Goda panted, stumbling slightly from the volley of attacks... And his armour began to glow, the vile king laughing "That was a good effort." He praised "But as long as my desire fuels me, I can heal from any wound."
"Eiji!" Ankh called out as he saw this unfair fight.
"So, you're afraid." Eiji whispered.
"OOO!" Kazari called out, throwing his own Medals.
Eiji looked up and grabbed the Medals, catching them in his hands and replaced Uva's Medals with Kazari's.

Eiji roared loudly, slashing into Goda's body quickly and precisely, at this point-blank range there was no reason he couldn't harm him deeply.

He threw his arm out, grabbing Eiji by the OLung and slamming him into the ground.

Eiji's body was now transformed with dark grey shin and foot armour, his kneecaps were styled like an elephant's head with its ears protecting his joint, the trunk went down his shins as their protection and his boots were styled like an elephant's hooves. Returning again were the large gorilla fists that covered his entire forearms and the round protruding shoulder guards with the silver edges. And lastly was Eiji's helmet, a silver-white mouth guard with a rhino's 'eyes' near the top of his forehead with the horn of the rhino was protruding upwards and a red gem in the horn to match the red visor eyes.

The gauntlet had detached from Eiji's arm... And began to fly like a rocket, dragging the King along with him into the air.

"Thanks!" Eiji caught them. "...Mezool, you only gave me two." Looking down he saw he had only been passed the Unagi and the Tako medals "If you don't trust me with your full set, that's fine, but I kinda need..."
"No, no." Mezool chuckled as she pulled out her Sachi medal, giving it a small kiss "I just wanted to ask that you 'take care' of me, Eiji-Boy." She winked, before giving the medal a toss with a flick of her wrist.
"Whoa!" Eiji yelped as he caught the medal... And looked at her in shock "Mezool I..." He blinked before bringing it up to his helmet as if kissing it "I promise to try." He chuckled.
"Disgusting." Goda glared.
"Oh for-, seriously?" Ankh asked.
"You're just jealous." She smirked.

The sound of waves surrounded Eiji as golden-edged blue Medals formed over his body; an Orca's trill, the sound of electricity coursed through the air and the sound of lashing whips could be heard.

Eiji's black armour now had his blue tentacle armoured legs and feet; but now his arms had white lightning bolts going down to his hands, with blue gloves, and light blue tendrils coming from his black shoulder guards that now had blue edges and fins coming from the ends. And lastly his black helmet with yellow visor eyes, and a blue orca frame with a blue diamond in the centre of his forehead.
"I repeat. Disgusting." Goda frowned.
"Didn't you have a wife yourself? No cute flirting?" Mezool responded. "Oh wait, no you didn't. Hmm. Maybe that explains why you are so moody and just plain awful."
"Any wench who would try and take a place by my side would just be seeking the ability to steal my power and wealth for themselves. I REFUSE such a disgusting notion!" Goda snapped.
"...You're an idiot." Gamel pointed at him and coming from the least intelligent member of the Greeed, that hurt.
"HAhahahaha! Good one, Gamel!" Uva began to laugh wildly, while Kazari snickered.

Eiji readied himself and used pressurised water to propel him forwards, striking Goda in the back as water came from his legs and left large puddles behind him.
Goda roared as he spun around and slashed with his claws, only for Eiji to turn into water and flow around the bladed weapon.
The claws passed through Eiji as he couldn't make contact. This was *one* of the more annoying powers that he had remembered.

Eiji's fists began to reform and punch Goda, causing water to douse his armour and making him slip onto his back.
He then flicked his wrist, unleashing his whip out to wrap around Goda's neck and to send a force of lightning through the dark King.
"GAH! Hnn!" The evil King grunted as he was electrocuted. He struggled to wrench himself out of the tendrils all while the lightning shocked him.
'I have to keep attacking, it's the only way!' Eiji thought to himself, keeping on the attack as he fought.

Goda gripped the tendrils and whipped them back at Eiji, causing him to jerk back to his physical form and slammed into the ground with a heavy *CRACK*, causing Eiji's knees to buckle.

Eiji turned into water, flowing past/around Goda. Quickly reforming behind him, his Tako legs separated and began to unleash a barrage of strikes.
Eiji's Tako legs struck him with rapid strikes, causing water-like impacts all over his back and leaving tentacle sucker marks.
"ORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!" Eiji roared with every strike, before flipping away and slashing with his whips once more.

Goda could feel each whip on his body, the intensity of the electricity pinning him there as Eiji tightened it to strangle him.

'That's it!' Eiji thought in realisation, already having a plan. His eyes flicked around quickly and realised what he needed to do...

"Someone, grab my sword!" he ordered, blasting water out of his head once more before rushing at Goda.
"What're you doing?" Kazari asked.
"Something stupid!" Eiji answered. "Now one of you... get the damn sword while I keep fighting!"
"I've got it!" Mezool called out, grabbing the weapon and held it.

Eiji saw this and felt good, he was ready to keep pushing Goda back.
Gamel and Mezool were within the facility and grabbed the Medajaribur, the two carrying the weapon back out.

Eiji turned into water once more, rushing and dancing around Goda's strikes before blasting him with a massive burst of water to send him flying.
Goda grunted as he was slammed into a car and then into a building, the scrap metal sticking into his body as Eiji blasted him back.

'This. Damn brat. He is infuriating!' Goda thought, ripping the metal from his body.
"Ha!" Eiji called as he gave a mighty kick, sending Goda flying while Kamen Rider OOO landed besides the Greeed.

"Here!" Mezool said, holding up the mechanical black and blue sword.
"Thank you, Mezool." Eiji nodded as he took the sword while also removing the ShaUTa medals from his belt and handing them back to her "And thank you for letting me borrow these."
"You're welcome." She smiled as she took them back.
"OOO, you don't have a combo-!" Uva called out.
"Yes, yes he does." Ankh answered as he held his hand up, showing three red medals...
"No. Give me TaToBa. Please." Eiji asked.
"TaToBa? Eiji are you-?" Ankh asked.
"Yes, I'm serious!" Eiji called out.
"Take it." Uva called out.
"Catch, OOO!" Kazari threw his Medal.
"...Alright." Ankh reluctantly answered, throwing his Taka Medal.
"Thank you." Eiji nodded.

Eiji spam the Medajaribur around slightly as his transformation ended, glaring at Goda.
"Given up... On the Greeed's help, child?" Goda smirked.
"That's not it." Eiji answered, gripping the weapon tightly.
He slid three Cell Medals into the blade and pumped its golden handle, the sword moving the medals into its blade before Eiji charged.
Eiji's chest plate flashed, the Tora section of the OLung flashing as the claws were deployed.
The crackling of dirt echoed under OOO's black and green boots as he yelled, throwing the Medajaribur at Goda.
"THAT was his idea?!" Kazari yelled in shock.
Goda scoffed, easily deflecting the blade causing it to stab into the ground beside him. "Patheti-WHAT?!"
STAB!
Goda gasped as he took a step backwards, but Eiji pushed forwards. The Tora claws in his left hand were buried deep into Goda's stomach as Eiji grunted. "W... What...?" Goda blinked.
"It worked..." Eiji mumbled before he drew the OOOScanner and quickly slammed it across the blade of the Medajaribur. Almost throwing the Scanner away, Eiji grabbed the sword in a reverse grip and roared as he ripped it from the ground.
"SEEYAH!" Eiji roared as he ripped the Tora claws from Goda's stomach, spinning 180 degrees as he did a slash with the reverse gripped Medajaribur.
TRIPLE! SCANNING CHARGE!
A glowing blue line filled the air, following the path that Eiji had slashed in.
Goda screamed out in agony, feeling his Cell Medals fly out of his body, spilling out like blood as he fell to his knees in pain, coughing out in anguish as Eiji struck him.
The world had split in part for a second before snapping back together, Goda flying back.
"The... Distraction worked." Eiji mumbled with a smile... Before he gasped out, grabbed by the neck and held it in the air.
A black hand with silver claws grabbed Eiji's throat, squeezing it tight.
"I have had... Enough of you!" Goda roared as he began to slam his fist into Eiji's back again and again and again.
Eiji grunted in pain, feeling his bones crack and snap with each impact.
"Eiji!" Ankh yelled in worry.
"OOO!" Gamel called out as he grabbed his medals.
"No!" Eiji ordered, despite the pain "Trust... Trust me!"
"'Trust him'? He's lost his damn mind!" Kazari snapped.
"I'm going to rule this world! It's my desire! It's my right! I've worked too hard and waited too long! To be stopped. By such an annoying! Weak! stain on history! LIKE YOU!" Goda roared as he threw Eiji away, the vagabond rolling across the ground.
"And yet... You fell for such an obvious diversion." Eiji grinned.
"Diver..." Goda blinked before his eyes widened, his hand going to his chest "No!"
"Gotcha." Eiji chuckled as he slowly raised his hand... Revealed three medals caught in between his Tora claws.
Three purple medals.
Pterodactyl. Triceratops. And Tyrannosaurus.
"Hawk eyes." Eiji commented, his eyes flashing for a second to show his point. The eyes let him see where the medals he wanted were.
"Eiji... Stop! What the hell are you thinking?!" Ankh yelled in horror as the Greeed all looked on in shock and fear.
They all... They all remembered what those Medals did. What they could do.
And Ankh... He remembered what those medals did to Eiji.

Ice began to form around Eiji as the sounds of terrible beasts roared from the OOO Driver and Scanner. The screech of a Pterodactyl, the growl of a Triceratops...and the roar of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
PU-TO-TYRANNOSAURUS!
The ground itself became a frozen tundra, causing Goda to back up as he could feel the terror this combo could create...after all, he held onto them.
Eiji's black bodysuit turned white-grey, the armour was mostly made of purple metal; his kneecaps were styled like T-Rex heads, plated shin guards, hexagonal ankle guards and clawed feet for his shoes. Purple circuits went up from his legs to the centre of his chest, where the OLung was a golden ring with a purple marked centre and the black background depicting the pterodactyl, triceratops and tyrannosaurus. On his shoulders were heavy octagon-covered purple guards with two golden triceratops horns, his bracers were triceratops heads with green eyes and golden horns and black gloves. And lastly was his helmet, still back but now bore the outstretched wings of the pterodactyl with a golden beak and emerald-green visor eyes.
CRASH!
Eiji's roar shook the surrounding area, terrifying the Greeed and Goda as this form wasn't one of Desire...but Destruction.
