In one night, a car drove down the quiet road of Texas. While the atmosphere was silent, the fun they had back in the fair kept their mood up, especially the over enthusiastic, bubbly little boy sitting in the back.

"So, we had fun, did we, son?" The man in the driver's seat spoke up.

The boy nodded, his smile was beaming with joy. "It's so fun, papa! When can we go back there again?"

The woman in the passenger slightly giggled at her son, he's always been the little ray of sunshine since the day he was born. But she turned her head to his direction, "Aaron, there are plenty of things to do for this summer, we can go back to the fair before school starts again, okay?"

"Okay mama!" Aaron replied, giving her a playful salute that made his parents giggled a little more.

Aaron Martin Miles was born in the Philippines, but four years ago, they moved to Texas to start their new lives. Despite the move, he's always sweet, innocent, and kind thanks to the influence, love and support from his parents. In this case, Aaron was one of the kids out there with a pure heart.

His papa stopped giggling and took a small gaze at him. "Oh, we'll come back there next time. But for now, there will be exciting things to do tomorrow."

"And we're going to see that movie you always wanted to see," His mama added, "Even though it's scheduled for next week."

"It's okay, mama," Aaron said. "I learned that patience is the key."

She nodded in return. "And it'll always be."

Aaron kicked his feet up in a repeating matter, still enthusiastic about the fair today. He was humming about his own rhythm in a playful manner, today had been great, and he was excited for more to come, and more to bring good to the world.

Until then, he took a glance to his door window and the next thing he did, he let out a bright awe, amazing of what he just saw up there. A small light figure falling from the night blue sky, even though it's so far, it's falling in the direction they're going.

"A shooting star!" He exclaimed, pointing at the figure falling afar, his parents also saw that before it disappeared from their view.

"Well, since it's a shooting star, you can make a wish, son," his papa encouraged him.

Aaron's smile widened. "I already know what to wish for, papa." He stated.

"Then, what is your wish?" His mother wondered, getting curious to know.

Aaron smirked and stalled for a few seconds before he answered, "I wish to be a superhero," he raised his fist up like how they did it in cartoons. "So that I can make the world a better place, make all the people happy, and stop all the bad things and save the day!"

They both smiled at his wish, liking the idea he's been keeping in his head. They turned back to him to say their thoughts about his desire with the former speaking.

"Aaron, I think that you already are." She stated, "It's you."

"Me?"

"Yes, you." She repeated, "You were always out there helping people and smiling, because you wanted to make the world a better place. And that's what you've been doing lately."

"Your mother's right," he added. "That wish you just made only gives you a power boost of what you really are. Maybe not now, but soon you'll get that power up to do more good." He encouraged him.

Aaron leaned his back in his seat, thinking about that star and their words. And they're right, and hopefully, someday or maybe tomorrow he'll receive that boost, but just like one of the things he learned so far, patience is key.

Few hours later, a big red rock plummeted to the outskirts of town. It was split in half when it crashed, revealing two things; a small circular robot with small flight boosters on its back. Its robotic eyes opened to find itself in this unknown area.

He activated his flight boosters to levitate from the damaged meteor, but malfunctioned and fell to the ground, some of his parts are damaged, technically the meteor was not strong enough to withstand whatever it crashed onto, and it didn't protect him enough to come here unscathed. And what's worse, he's close to shutting down for good and the energy inside of him helped him stay alive.

He needs to find the next wielder now, because this greater power he's carrying must be given to anyone he deemed worthy, and judging by his condition, he won't live long to train the new owner, if not tell them about the basics of this power. He'll have to find them if it's the last thing he'll do for the universe, he was built by the previous wielder years ago as a last resort in taking this power away when the time's right, and he must fulfill his old master's wishes to seek for the new warrior regardless of species.

And just like that, he rolled his way to hopefully find a new master for this power. If he can't fly anymore, then rolling would do.

The next morning, the house was quiet and peaceful, and it's never far from town. Aaron just finished breakfast with rice and eggs, his second favorite meal, his mother's cooking never fails to treat him. And as usual, he's ready for another day.

After he washed his dishes, he placed them back where they belong and made his way to the front door. Only to see his mother watering her plants by the window, he went up to her to see if she needed help.

"Mama, can I help, po?" He asked.

She smiled at him as she set down the watering can near the plants. "It's okay, anak. I just finished up. Is there something you need?"

"Hmm, is there anything I can help with, po?" He asked back.

She shook her head. "I don't think so. Maybe later, I'll tell you when there's something."

Aaron nodded in return. "Okay po," he paused. "Thinking about it, I'll be heading out po. To go out and do something."

"Okay then, but bumalik ka before lunch," she reminded him.

"I will ma, I will." Before he leaves, he wraps her into a hug, "I'll be back as expected before lunch, po."

She returned the favor and replied, "I know, Aaron. I know."

After a short while, Aaron lets go of her and goes out of the door, proceeding with his way to town. Their house is a bit isolated from the interactive area, but at least it isn't far from there. He had prepared his red shirt and black pants with white shoes before going out for daily outings.

Minutes went by, the robot from last night emerged from the alleyway, pulling his arms to move himself but he's very weak because of the crash, and he can barely hold. He gazed up in a broken state, looking around for at least anyone who seemed worthy for this power.

Until then, he spotted two people. He activated his scanner, glad that it still worked. He observed from a street over there, he saw an elderly being escorted by a young boy to go across the road.

He scanned the two of them, obviously the older man was not fit, and when he observed the young boy, one of his personalities and intentions in helping him somehow fit one of the crucial descriptions he was told about what makes these past warriors worthy over the years : Helpful.

But he was young, and not the type to defend anything. So he'll have to look for another one with the time he has left. And in order to keep looking, he activated his invisible mode, concealing his presence in this place, not wanting to get unwanted attention. So he went off, looking around.

However, in three minutes, he came across the same boy again, only this one of his actions fits these intentions: Brave. He watched the boy climbing up a tree to help bring the cat back to safety. While it was dangerous for him to climb there, especially because it's large, it was brave for him.

And he decided to follow him…. He may be young, but he might be the next person this legacy needed.

He spotted him helping a couple to load their baggage into their trunk in the neighborhood, assuming this boy wandered around and saw them and figured they'd need help, and those bags seemed heavy for him, he still put them in with some effort. So with that, he was deemed: Strong.

And by the ice cream stand, he gave up his favorite ice cream to a little girl who's younger than him after she dropped hers. He showed his gratitude when he gave his treat to her, smiling that the little girl became happy again.

And he is Kind. Another important trait.

And after observing and scanning him for about an hour, the invisible robot saw how this boy fit in these descriptions, and how close he was to dying, he couldn't waste this energy just to stay alive. He may be young, but someone needs this to wield this power to continue its legacy a long time ago.

So he followed him on his way home.

Aaron had another great morning in the past hour, and as he's heading home, he was alone in the quiet roadway back to his house, and that's fine. It's peaceful, no one to annoy him to ruin that, but opening his heart to those in need made him feel like the superhero he was. Through his actions.

When he made that wish last night, he never thought it'd become real.

"Ow!" He winced at the sudden bump behind his legs. He turned around with nothing that stopped him just now. "Huh… what was that?" He scratched his head in confusion.

He got his answer when he heard moaning in agony as what unfolded in front of his eyes was a small, damaged robot, one of its arms was almost loose, the sight made Aaron nervous and yet terrified, but he did not run out of fear, he remained tall and mustered his bravery side.

However, after a short moment, it doesn't seem like it would do something to him but the sight was still terrifying.

He sucked it up the courage to speak up. "W-who are you?! And what do you want with me?! Answer me!" He demanded defensively, taking one step forward.

The robot looked up to him, slightly taken back by his sudden change of behavior, but he's just a kid, that's understandable. So he spoke up to his defense and reason.

"I…I'm…here to… give…give you powers…" His voice is freezing in each phrase.

Aaron's defensive expression changed into curiosity. Powers? What powers? And why are you here to give them to me?"

"I…I was transported…here by chance… to seek out…for a new wielder of this power…and when I saw you a while ago…I… I've been… watching you… observing your every move…and it became crystal clear to me that your… pure heart and desire to do good for your world made… you more than… worthy… and with that…I must grant you this power… keep doing good… young warrior…"

And with that, he glowed into a bright light and it burst, blinding Aaron's vision.

When he cleared his sights, he was surprised to find a weird watch with lava design, it even fit his entire right wrist, and three different symbols on its face and they're displayed like the rotary dial phone, well, these symbols are like the numbers on that phone.

His eyes went wide, he couldn't process what just happened, he glanced over at the robot again but only to see he was lying dead on the floor. Leaving him confused, to know what to do with this thing. The first thing that went in his mind was to hide him, give him a proper sendoff.

And he did, he left the robot in the fields, a little farther from his house and the town. He found a little hole that could fit him, so he hid it there, concealing him underneath with some grass, maybe that should help.

Afterwards, he was left to figure out what to do with this watch since he can't seem to take it off with different means.

But by the whole day, he learned what it was. It gave him superpowers. Well, three according to the symbols displayed on it.

He discovered his first power was lightning, after reaching his hands out to release small lightning auras, he did this a few times. Next was the wind power, when pushing his hands forward, a sudden breeze blew through, and it's a little cold. And last, was the rock powers or something. When he accidentally tripped over a rock, his hands plummeted to the ground, creating an earthquake, and then a pillar of rock appeared in front of him, he was over the moon when he just made that.

He became a superhero.

My first MCU fic with my own OC based on other fiction shows that deals with Elemental Powers.

If you're curious about the languages, then it's simple, Aaron is Filipino, I'm Filipino too. So yes, I am using my native language for some bits of their dialogue, don't worry, I won't leave you the dark to know what they're saying the next time I published.

So I hope you'll love to find out more about Aaron, and how will he fit in the MCU. Anyway, goodbye!
