Peter Parker sits in the CC Jitters coffee shop on his phone scrolling through old pictures of him and Aunt May as Barry Allen walks in.
"Hey Pete." said Barry taking a seat.
"Thanks for meeting me here" said Peter putting his phone away.
"I'm surprised you even called. Not that I wouldn't answered. It's just, been pretty busy. Thawne and all. Hopefully for good this time." Explained Barry.
"I thought you took his powers away?" Asked Peter confused.
"Negative Still Force" said Barry.
Peter leans back in his chair flabbergasted and lost.
"Relax. Like I said, that's all dealt with. So what's up?" Asked Barry.
A few weeks ago other visitors from the Multiverse showed up in New York. One of them was another me that I never met before and the rest are other Spider-People from different universes. Now Doctor Strange is gone without any explanation and I'm starting to get worried" said Peter.
"Wait. Wait. I thought Kang sealed up the tears in reality. So how can there be more visitors squeezing through?" Asked Barry.
"Even they don't know. Other than it be some guy in green" Explained Peter.
Barry's eyes widen realizing who could this potentially be.
"You said you were worried. Is this about Kang? Battleworld?"
"Yeah." Peter answered.
"You wanna go get a Hotdog?" Asked Barry.
The two had a walk over to the nearest park in the city with them holding a hotdog in hand.
"So then, I went to the sanctum with who I dubbed Peter-4 and then 3 other Spider-People showed up out of thin air. On had a black and red suit, the other was a girl in white and the other was from the future. Year 2099 as he said." Explained Peter chewing his hotdog.
"Alright. It seems that this earth might expecting more visitors at this rate from now to whenever the incursions start here." said Barry as the two find a bench to sit on.
"I'll see if I can warn the others on the team. Have them keep a look out in case we get more. Multiversal guests on this earth." Barry continues.
"Thanks" said Peter taking a sip of soda.
"Just one thing Pete. How have you been. I know it's been a few months now since May died. I don't know if you're willing to talk about it yet. Or if it want to at all." said Barry.
Peter leans forward from the bench and puts his hands together as he was about to go into detail.
"I get nightmares. The same one every night. I hear Goblin's laugh. I would see him fly around and throw his pumpkin bombs at MJ. Each time I couldn't save her." he explained.
"Have you talked to anyone about this? Does MJ or Ned even know?" Asked Barry.
"No." he answered.
"You gotta talk about it man. You can't hold something like that in. Especially if it involves the people you love. Look. I had one of my enemies killed my dad right in front of me many years ago. Especially since I fought for a very long time to get him out of prison for being framed for the murder of my mom. But I had my friends and loved ones there for me every step of the way. You're not alone Parker. We all love you. All of us. As much as we want to constantly want you to remember that. We do." said Barry.
"I know." said Barry.
Barry's phone went off as he sees what's up.
"Do you need a lift back to New York? I actually have to go. You know how it is" said Barry.
"Yeah. Yeah I do." said Peter.
A streak of lightning with a whoosh leads Peter Parker back to New York especially in Central Park.
Peter Parker checks his phone as he gets a text message from J. Jonah Jameson.
JJJ: PARKER! Kara Danvers of Cat Co. Interview at 3. Need pictures!!
"Guess you're my next stop Kara." said Peter.
However the wails of Police Sirens blare with crusiers speeding through the streets.
"Or maybe not".
