Chapter 3:
The bang
The birthday unicorn's horn touched the balloon...
" Bang!" went the balloon.
The foals got scared of the loud noise and started crying.
The birthday boy ran to his mother, crying.
The adults were awkwardly looking at each other.
"OK, OK, the party is over. Everyone get out. It's nap time," said the mother.
The other families left, upset.
Pinkie Pie left,feeling disappointed and guilty.
Pinkie apologised to the parents for getting balloons and accidentally scaring their baby boy, and she went home.
The parents of the birthday boy comforted him, got him ready for his nap, and sang a lullaby.
He fell asleep peacefully.
