A/N: The song that they end up dancing to 'Show Yourself' by CG5 on YouTube. it may seem weird. I was wanting to incorporate a dance for them to try and get along. The first time I heard this...inspiration struck.

Bakugo sat in his chair mindlessly petting the blue creature in his arms. It nestled itself on his chest and he held it there.

But it wasn't just one, several more of these things came to sit and rub themselves against him. Honestly it made him feel warm and tingly.

"You okay?" A small voice said. The white bunny had made it's way over to him and put a paw on his hand. "You look sad."

"I'm fine."

"But Mokona can feel these things. That's why you got all the animals here trying their best to cheer you up. They can feel it too. We could go someplace private and talk. Or if you'd rather, Mokona can leave."

"There's a free spot on my shoulder. Just…don't yap my ear off."

"Okay." Mokona snuggled up right against his neck. Bakugo chuckled. "One last thing?"

"Huh?"

"Don't hide how you feel. Especially from yourself. You may try to deny whatever it is. But deep down you can feel it. The truth wants to be set free. Whatever you got locked up, just know that it's okay."

"Heh."

Everybody watch out.

"Oooh ooh I love this song!" Molly said. Running over and started to dance.

"Me too." Kagome said joining her. With Rachel and Rin following.

"Lord Sesshomaru, come dance with me!"

"Pfft! Ha!" Jakken scoffed. "Good luck with that! Lord Sesshomaru would never-" Suddenly a bunch of armor and Tenseiga was tossed on him. "Waaaa!" Jakken jaw fell as he saw his master go over there and try and dance. He smacked himself in the face. "No, I'm not dreaming. Well. If ya can't beat them, might as well join the fun." He left his staff behind with the armor.

"Coming Kurgs?"

"What the? No I'm not dancing with you."

"Well would you look at that." Fai mused. As two others had joined in on the dance floor. "Thanks to Sakura Erity actually looks a little happier."

Bakugo heard that and searched for who he was talking about. He had to do a double take as she wasn't in that ugly uniform anymore. He gasped and stood up, taking as few steps.

"Mood change mood change!" Mokona hopped and giggled. "The instant you saw her your heart was happy! Don't fight it and don't take flight away from it either."

"Thanks bunny."

"I'm a Mokona." Mokona hopped away when he moved just a bit closer. Watching how all of them were in a conga line dancing.

This wasn't planned

This wasn't practiced

It all just happened.

He was in awe.

Zak glanced from where Rai was dancing to stare at the people standing next to him. They were all smiling. Even Bakugo. He caught Koga's eye, they started chuckling.

"Well boys." Zak said resting his knife and scythe on the table. "What are we all just standing around for? Let's go dance with the woman that we love."

"Yeah." Koga and Saoyoran agreed.

"I don't know about love." Shinra admitted, smirking "But I'm definitely feeling something."

"Indeed." Aikka followed after placing his bow on the table.

Sakura being Sakura saw that there were still some stragglers playing it safe on the sidelines. And she went over to each and every one of them.

Just her smile was enough to soften them and take her hand so she could lead them over there.

Envy saw Bakugo still standing there to the side, they decided to place a hand on the kid's shoulder. "Hey, if a girl like that can tame a murderer like me and Scar into dancing then I'm pretty sure you'll do fine." Bakugo eyed Envy with an all knowing stare that Envy knew too well. "Yeah I'm a villain, so what? But then again, everyone here has a story. Or a past that they want to escape from and it doesn't help matters when you label someone and judge them for something way out of their control. Surely you've got baggage of your own you'd like others to let go of."

"Yeah I do actually."

"Yeah well, none of us here know you. And frankly I don't think any of us give a crap. All we want is to move forward from our mistakes. Without looking back or being reminded."

Bakugo glanced over during that speech and saw the hidden remains of what looked to be Erity's old outfit covered in the dirt. Had he really been judging her this whole time, just because of that? His gaze went from that over to the dance floor.

I think we're done with this charade

And stop playing with our brains

It was time he went to find out for himself. "I want that too."

Which brought him back to the pain in his chest. So what if he lost. Erity actually managed to beat him. A feat no one has ever managed to do.

And, he grinned at the thought of her chewing his mom out and then the look of pure hatred after she had gotten slapped in the face.

'Ah to hell with it.' he thought walking over to the dance floor.

Erity never felt more alive than she did right now. Sakura had been so kind and didn't even think twice about the outfit Erity had been wearing. Erity didn't even see her glance anywhere else but her own eyes.

Her heart felt lighter just by the way that she smiled. Did this girl have some type of quirk that made people happy?

No. It was the way Sakura carried herself.

So with the black sweater and dark brown pants and white headband with yellow dots, she made it out onto the dance floor. Smiling at all the other girls who were already dancing. And somehow, some way all their bodies just happened to be in sync and follow along to the rhythm of the beat.

Everyone who came out onto the dance floor immediately forgot the ailments that chained them down.

(It was one of Cypers magic items, she had suggested it to Jordan who immediately jumped on the idea. A temporary one, unless whoever steps in it wishes to keep hold of that feeling after they leave. It can only be kept for up to 24 hours though.)

"Ladies." Koga's voice seemed to rumble over the music. Let's be real here, Koga had no idea how to dance but that wasn't going to stop him. He slid over right next to Kagome. "I'm afraid I may be just a tad rusty at this."

"You don't need to know the moves, just move your body to the beat." Kagome smiled back at him.

Sayoaran slipped past Akutagawa and Atsushi who were both moonwalking. "Sayoaran come dance!"

"Sure Princess."

"Let me scoot in there Rai."

Molly was into it. She hadn't noticed anyone watching her. But there was a touch to her shoulder and she stopped so see both Shinra and the Prince staring at her.

"Molly."

"May we have this dance?"

'At least they're being civil about it I guess.' Molly thought, smiling. 'I'll Definetly be taking advantage of this while I got the chance' She marched right between them, took their hands and continued dancing.

Leaving Erity to dance by herself, but that wasn't stopping her from continuing the beat. Though she did end up accidentally bumping into Bakugo. Though when she gazed into his eyes he smirked and lifted an eyebrow at her.

"We gonna dance or what?"

Erity smirked and just sort of did some side step dances, which he followed along at her side.

Sure, there could be a sappy slow dance song but that would just be forcing the issue. Which neither of them were ready for yet.

Yet.

The fact that Katsuki was now dancing beside her while maintaining eye contact was at least a step in the right direction.

And that smirk of his.

Made her heart skip a beat and feel as if it was about to fly out of her throat.
