In the halls of Valhalla everyone was rejoicing, everyone except one.

"Why do you not celebrate, Jane Foster?" asked Heimdall.

"I don't belong here Heimdall. I look around at everyone and everything and I can't help but wonder if I'm just here because I was deemed worthy to wield Mjolnir or if there's another reason." said Jane fussing with her silver white gown. "Either way I wish I could return to Thor."

"Because you sacrificed yourself for Thor, there might be a way for you to return, but it is risky, most asgardians would never even think of it." said Heimdall.

"What is it?" Jane said jumping up

"Endrborinn, the rebirth. If you suvive, you will be transformed into what you were before, a thunder goddess." Heimdall said.

"I'm ready, let's do this." said Jane, a determined look on here face.

"Ever fearless Jane Foster." Heimdall said with a chuckle. "Very well, let us go."

Leading Jane into the hills of Valhalla, Heimdall stopped in front of a waterfall of pure white-gold light pouring into a pool of rainbow light.

"This is Fjorfors, the Life Falls." said Heimdall. "Only those of pure intention can make it through, all others will be vaporized. You can still turn back and live for eternity here."

"Whether I make it or not is of no consequence to me. I just know this is not where I belong." Jane said.

"Well spoken Jane Foster. Farewell, it has been an honor to know you." said Heimdall, gripping Jane's hand. Releasing her hand, Jane stepped into the pool and walked toward the Life Falls. Just before she entered Jane turned back to look at Heimdall, waved goodbye and in a flash of light she was gone.

In the aftermath of the most recent battle, Thor and Love we roasting marshmallows.

"Uncle Thor, what was Jane like?" asked Love.

With a wistful look in his eyes and lit by the fire, Thor began to tell Jane's story to Love.

"She was the most magical woman of science. With a resilience and kindness like no one I have ever met. She gave me shelter when I was banished, resisted the power of the Reality stone, was worthy of wielding Mjolnir and she was the only woman I truly loved." said Thor.

"You still love her, don't you?" asked Love.

"I always will." said Thor softly, when a beam of white-gold light appeared from nowhere. Summoning Mjolnir and Stormbreaker, Thor and Love prepared to fight when an elegant form, clothed in silver and gold, stepped forward. When Thor saw it was Jane he dropped Mjolnir to the ground with a clang and rushed forwards to kiss her.

"Is it really you?" Thor asked with tears falling from his eyes.

"Yes, it is." Jane replied as they embraced once more.

"Uncle Thor, who is this?" asked Love curiously.

Pulling out of the embrace Jane walked over to Love and kneeling down said "My name is Jane Foster, It's very nice to meet you Love."

"Welcome to the family Jane." Thor said, as Love threw her arms around her in a hug.
