Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9683-1 is to be accompanied by a total of four bodyguards trained to deal with anomalous enemies at all times. If not carrying out governmental duties, SCP-9683-1 is to be contained in a three-story family house in an undisclosed location. It is to be contained in a room in the White House with internet access and other amenities if approved by Head Researcher Dr. Ordell or Dr. Idalia. Requests to walk around the White House grounds are to be granted, as long as at least four guards are accompanying SCP-9683-1 at all times.

SCP-9683-1 is to be allowed to interact with the other personifications, and visit them several times a month. Video calls are also permitted if requested.

As requested, SCP-9683-1 has been issued a Foundation gun with rubber bullets to defend itself and the people around it.

Description: SCP-9683-1 is a human male with European decent and American origin, standing at 177cm tall, with blond hair and blue eyes, with a recognisable glasses which represents the state of Texas, and a cowlick of hair that it calls 'Nantucket' while SCP-9683-1 speaks in a recognisable American accent. Although SCP-9683-1 has a self imposed human name, Alfred F. Jones, it's proper name is the United States of America due to the SCP being a personification of the country itself.

SCP-9683-1 was originally found by the Foundation, after the United States of America and Foundation began to collaborate with each other. It was not until a few months into the cooperative alliance that SCP-9683-1 revealed its true purpose to O5-] after being 'killed' by an anomaly. During the incident, SCP-9683-1 claimed it forgot to inform the Foundation that it was the personification of the United States of America.

The original theory was that SCP-9683-1 was an immortal other-worldly being that managed to infiltrate the American Government for unknown reasons, though that theory was dismissed when SCP-9683-1 explained it was a personification of the United States Of America with the backing up of President and proof of other personifications was shown to the Foundation by SCP-9683-1.

Its personality is quite cheerful and energetic, but most see it as quite self-conceited with a saviour complex. Its nosy tendencies usually make it difficult for SCP-9683-1 to communicate with other people without inciting irrational anger and annoyance in the other person.

The physical anomalies of SCP-9683-1 are abnormal physical strength, regenerative healing, and immortality. Mentally, the personification shows not much deviations from the average human phycological profile, the only mental difference being the ability to recover from traumatizing incidents with ease and incredible memory. It seems to have a strong and unwavering fear of the paranormal, attempting to hide itself after witnessing ghosts or hauntings, as evident after it was visibly frightened and shaking after reading what the Foundation's job is. It has shown a great interest in archelogy and adventuring the unknown, as well as sporting, gaming, and making movies. SCP-9683-1 interest in archelogy have proven useful for the Foundation, as it has found several ancient artefacts that are related to several groups of interest.

Addendum SCP-9683-1-a: Several anomalous creatures owned by SCP-9683-1 have been discovered and contained by the Foundation. SCP-9683-1 for the time being is to be allowed access to the anomalous creatures. A brief description of these animals will be below.

SCP-9685 is a humpback whale that used to live in a swimming pool in the backyard of SCP-9683-1 house before being sent to Site-673. It does not seem to posses any anomalous traits or physical differences, other than having a form of Albinism, an extremely rare occurrence in whales. It is unknown how the whale survived so long in a swimming pool, as the swimming pool did not exhibit any signs of anomalous alteration when tested.

SCP-9686 is a small white rabbit used to be owned by SCP-9683-1, SCP-9683-1 claiming it has owned the rabbit ever since the subject was a child. SCP-9683-1 is not too sure itself how the rabbit's lifespan was prolonged for a large period of time. Several theories have been proposed of the animals immortality, such as Dr. Duke's theory of the SCP-9683 instances, mentioned in the file summarising all of the SCP-9683 instances.

SCP-9687 was originally a unicorn owned by SCP-9683-5, the personification of England, who gifted the animal to SCP-9683-1 on its bicentennial birthday. SCP-9683-1 couldn't see the unicorn, only seeing a 'floating leash' and immediately having over the creature to Foundation custody out of fear. Many more of the unicorn instances have also been contained by the Foundation.

SCP-9683 is a sea-cucumber like creature, made up entirely of cheese. Its consistency is melted and sticky to touch, leaving behind a greasy oil-trail every time it moves. The creature seems to have a type of black substance that acts like two eyes and a mouth. It is unknown how and when the creature came into existence, and if it is even alive.

SCP-9689 is a small humanoid grey alien with red eyes, its nickname being 'Tony'. It was discovered by both the SCP Foundation and several SCP-9683 instances, SCP-9683-1 quickly befriending the alien. The alien is intelligent enough to communicate in English with Foundation scientists, through it chooses to speak incredibly rudely to everyone.

Addendum SCP-9683-1-b: SCP-9683-1 is assisting Mobile Task Force Alpha-7 "Guardians of the Olive Branch," on missions to contain, recapture, and to secure other anomalies. Due to its anomlous abilities and superior combat skills, SCP-9683-1 has been utilised for raiding Obskurakorps and hostile GOI bases, aiding in the re-capturement of high-level threat anomalies.

No abnormal reaction was given by SCP-9683-1.

Addendum, SCP-9683-2-c: SCP-9683-1 has been decommissioned from Mobile Task Force Alpha-7, and has retired for now from its position as an agent for the Foundation until needed again.

Addendum SCP-9683-1-c: SCP-9683-1 is to be prohibited from being in the same room as SCP-9683-7, unless Dr. Ordell, Dr. Idalia, or another responsible staff member with Level Four or above clearance permits it. The result of the rule originates from the Broken Table incident, in which several guards were injured, SCP-9683-5 was hit by flying debris and suffered a concussion, and a U/N representative suffered a broken nose during the brutal brawl between SCP-9683-1 and SCP-9683-7. It is still unclear who started the fight, as both SCPs accuse the other of throwing the first punch. As a punishment, both SCP-9683-1 and SCP-9683-7 were reprimanded for ill behaviour, and was made to finish the amount of paperwork that had to be filed out after the incident.

Addendum SCP-9683-1-d: During an election for a new President, SCP-9683-1 is prescribed Sumatriptan pills to relive migraines from the political unrest that takes place during elections. Doses of more than 300g in a 24 hour span is prohibited as too much Sumatriptan beyond 300g can cause unpleasant side affects.
