As the beautiful dancer's legs take her to the Muto Game Shop, she can't help the tiny bounce in her step. Oceanic blue eyes bright with anticipation of seeing Atem. Even tho it's been a month since his and Yugi's Ceremonial Duel, she will forever it's not a dream. That Atem is here, with them, with her. Of course Yugi supports her desires to be with his "older twin", that smaller multi-colored boy teases her more she thought he ever would.

They all do see Atem finding his own footing in their world pretty impressive. Then again Atem isn't one to give up to defeat, and the help of his friends he handled worse.

'Oh great work Tea.' She mocks to herself as she continues on. 'The gang said they were hanging out with Bakura.'

She sighs annoyed with herself for forgetting that. Without the Millennium Ring's ancient spirit controlling him, the guys are back to re-establishing their lost friendship. Those thoughts racing through her chestnut brown head, a rosy blush takes hold of her face. At the implication, that Grampa Moto and Atem maybe the only two at the shop this afternoon.

Calming down nerves, determination enters her body as close to her dancing does. Taking a deep breath, she shakes the embarrassing doubts away.

Getting closer and closer to the Muto Game Shop. Once again spotting Solomon sweeping out front. His wise violet eyes sparkle still with a child-like wonder.

"Good Afternoon Mr. Muto. Is Atem around?"

The elder man chuckles wholeheartedly. Gesturing inside to the Game Shop.

"Don't forget to tell me when he pops the question Tea. Yugi would be great for a best man."

"Mr. Muto!"

Tea's peachy sweet face turns a fiery tomato red. Rushing inside pass Solomon resuming his sweeping with a smug expression. As Tea looks to the counter in the back of the growing shop, she smiles joyously seeing Atem explaining to a younger girl the excitement of Duel Monsters.

"Indeed, it is for anyone whom thrives in competition and thoughtful strategy games."

"So it's not just for boys? In my class when I asked to play because the cards looked cool. They said 'it's too tough for girls to figure out.' So I haven't felt I should get a deck."

Tea can FEEL let alone see Atem's strong stare at the younger girl. Her words got him angry on her unknown behalf.

"Certainly not, Lucy. In truth girls do play better then most guys I've met myself. My little brother Yugi's girlfriend Rebecca Hawkins, our friends Joey and Duke respective girlfriends Mai Valentine and Serenity, whom not long ago was a beginner like yourself are both fierce opponents."

The girls' names ring bells in Lucy's young head. Her dark green eyes seem to shine. Carefully grabbing the beginner deck off the counter. (Tea has no doubt, Atem helped Lucy pick the best cards for her level and feelings) causally walks up, Atem smiles catching her approaching.

"Sorry to interrupt. Lucy remember show those boys you have heart. Besides something tells me once you show them up, they may apologize to you."

Tea and Atem lock eyes a spilt second across the counter.

"Weather you win or lose it's all about having fun and always really remember this. Rivals and opponents inside the duel, can be friends outside it too It took Mai long time to learn that."

That has both Atem and Tea chuckle. Looking back at the front door, they find the only customers in there are little Lucy and what they believe to be her father.

"Forgive me, I've forgotten it's near closing time."

"Well, you have always had a bad memory."

Atem's glare, can't diminish the rosy blush of embarrassment on his handsome face. Made worse by Tea's thrilled laughter.

"Daddy, daddy can we come back here again?!"

Lucy rushes into her father's open arms. Their identical green eyes lock but he quickly looks Atem and Tea as all 3 young people give one another a thumbs up.

"Sure my little life, best to hurry home. It's going to be a thunderstorm."

With that Lucy's father pulls out an umbrella from thin air. Lucy waves goodbye by his left side. "Thank you Atem! His girlfriend, I'll do my best!"

As the daddy/daughter duo leave the Muto Game Shop. They see through the door, Solomon entering pass the pair with a smile. Yet they all start to here thunder clouds gathering.

Atem winks at Tea's rosy face. Gently grabbing her right hand. His violet purple eyes the question in them. Tea simple nods not trusting her voice. Atem lightly kissing her soft knuckles.

"The rain so tiresome. Either of you want to play poker?"

That random but amused filled question, has the two smile nodding The elderly owner says nothing as niether young teen knows he saw the hand kissing. Solomon just rightfully closes the shop for the rest of day.

They follow Solomon towards the living area, up the stairs. Tea turns around to find Atem on his cell phone. He quickly pockets it, yet as soon as he looks up at Tea, it dings. Pulling it out, reading it. He smirks with a shake of his head.

"Everything okay?"

"We have the house to ourselves. Yugi suggested a sleepover once he realized we would have the house to ourselves. Even with grampa here."

"Hey I heard that Atem! You're cleaning up the living room once we down."

THE END!
