p class="MsoNormal"I ran over to Jess, they spun around as they heard me style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI glanced over at the man standing their patiently before leaning into whisper to them, "What em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"are/em you doing?span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanSince when did you turn into a total em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"idiot/em?"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey shake their head condescendingly at me, no doubt at me 'narrow frame of mind' or whatever, before mouthing the word, em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"'lollipops'/em./p
p class="MsoNormal"I stare at Jess disbelieving, of course, em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;" style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanFigures it would be something stupid like style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI could just imagine them thinking, "hmm… what a suspicious man… but wait, is that… lollipops, oh well, he is instantly on my friend list, lol, I'll just get into his van with him now, it'll be em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"fun/em." span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI think for a few seconds then look back to Jess, "Jess," I say, keeping my voice level, "come with me and I'll give you…"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI pause to add to the tension, knowing that it would interest Jess style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI was right; they leaned in, tilting their head curiously to the side, "Ven," at Jess' expression I style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI was silent as they turned back to the man excitingly and said in a rushed voice, "sozza Mister Stranger-man-with-lollipops-and-other-yummy-things!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBut that's just an offer that I just can't refuse!"/p
p class="MsoNormal"Then they turned to me, grabbed my hand with a quick, "let's go!" and ran off, dragging me behind her, leaving the man to watch us go with a confused expression, wondering what on earth Ven was and if he could get some./p

p class="MsoNormal"The first warning I had to the arrival and Teddy and Jess was Teddy grabbing my hand, shoving me at Jess and saying, "You belong to Jess now, go have fun." Then I was dragged off, vaguely aware of Jess' giggling and Lea's astonished look./p
p class="MsoNormal"I was wrenched sideways as Jess turned a corner to hide behind a style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI'm about to ask them what's going on when she motions for me to be quiet and whispers, "we'll go do some stuff later, but right now I want to see what Teddy and Lea do when they're 'alone' together."span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI look at them, taking in the mischievous look in their eyes, and the excited style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanspan style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI thought it wa fairly obvious from their expression that they knew all about the secret feelings of the two over there, so I ask, voice tinged with amazement, "you know how Lea feels about Teddy?"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanApparently not, I cursed myself for so readily believing that they style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAfter all, for them to have known they would have to have been rather observant (which, given their air-headed manner, is rather impossible), or they would have had to be told by Lea (and taking into account their obvious inability to keep a secret, that wouldn't have happened either).span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI cringed, imagining Lea's reaction when he found out I told, then Jess began style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /span"This is great!" they cried, "I ship them em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"so/em hard, and now it's like, like… canon!" span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey look at my expression and giggled again, "what, you're acting like you thought I didn't know!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanDuh, it was em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"so/em obvious!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanPeople may think I don't pay attention, but I do!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI am very aware of these sorts of style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI could tell that Lea liked Teddy for em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"ages/em now, not to mention the fact that Teddy told me themself that em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"they/em had a crush on style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI so wanted to tell them to just ask him out, but I figured it was important for them to figure it style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanSo I didn't say anything to anyone or anything!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAs for telling em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"you/em, well, you told me about Lea so it's only style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBesides… I trust you."span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey blushed a bit at the last bit they said and I couldn't help but thinking it was kinda style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI didn't stay on my thought for long, aware of how close we were and knowing that if I kept thinking like that I wouldn't be able to stop myself kissing them./p
p class="MsoNormal"I was, needless to say, style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey had pretty much destroyed two of my certain opinions of style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanApparently they were smarter than they acted, and they were also able to keep a secret when it was important, or affected someone close to style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI was… impressed./p
p class="MsoNormal"I opened my mouth to say something, but Jess put a hand over my mouth, "shush," they whispered, pointing over to where Teddy and Lea where style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanWe watched quietly, trying to hear what they were style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI heard Jess make a frustrated noise when they couldn't' make out the words; it was clear that Teddy was saying something but we couldn't style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTeddy turned to go, and I frowned, wondering what style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanLea hadn't really said anything from what I could style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThen all of a sudden, he lunged forward, grabbed them by the hand, and kissed them./p

p class="MsoNormal"I glance at Teddy, painfully aware of how close they were standing, and of how nice they were style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI looked around, Jess and Ven had completely vanished, maybe Ven had decided to tell Jess how he felt about style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI sighed; this was the perfect opportunity to do the style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI turn to Teddy and try to think of a way to explain the way I felt about them without sounding style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey were looking oddly pensive and I raised an eyebrow wondering what was style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBefore I could ask they turned to me and said, "Lea, I like you."span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI stared at them, eyes style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanSurely, they just meant as a friend… right?span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThere's no way I could actually be lucky enough to be liked by a person like style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI'm just making things up, there's a perfectly reasonable style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTrying to prove it to myself I forced a smile, "you mean… like a friend?"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTeddy frowned, "no, I mean more than a friend… as in, em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"love/em."span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI stared, ignoring the fact that I was blushing like crazy by style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanYep, Teddy was the only person that could make big, bad Lea style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBut when I did blush, I turned redder than my style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMy mind tried to process what they said, while my heart was thumping painfully in my chest shouting, "OMG!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey said love!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey said LOVE!"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAfter a few moments of staring blankly, Teddy's lips began to tremble a bit, and their eyes got all shiny like they about to start crying, they turned around and said softly, "I didn't really expect you to feel the same way; I just thought you should know."/p
p class="MsoNormal"So while one part of my mind was marvelling at their bravery at doing something I had been too frightened to, another part was screaming at me, "Get your butt into gear Lea!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanWalking away is style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanNo walking away!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThat will make you sad!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanStop them from walking away!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanNow!"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanActing on adrenaline, I stepped forwards and gabbed Teddy's style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanPulling them back to me, I bent over and kissed style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI could feel them stiffen for a moment, then, hesitantly, they put arms around me and started kissing style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI wrapped my arms around them and pulled them style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMy mind was racing and my heart was doing the foxtrot… or some other kind of jumpy style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI completely forgot about the fact that we were in the middle of the café, I didn't notice that people had started to style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAl I thought about was Teddy, being held in my arms, kissing them with all my style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanIn a state of utter bliss./p
p class="MsoNormal"I pulled away for a few seconds, leaning into to whisper, "I love you," before I kissed them once style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanNot planning on letting go for some style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThat plan was kinda cut short when there was a shriek from not too far style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTeddy and I broke apart, even though my heart was crying, "who cares if someone's being murdered!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanJust kiss them some more!"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBut I ignored it, and looked over to where the sound had come from, just in time to see Jess jump at Ven and kiss him./p
p class="MsoNormal"Even from over where I was standing I could see they were both style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTeddy was standing next to me jumping up and down ecstatically, "oh my gosh!"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /span"They are em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"so/em cute; I've been shipping them so hard for ages now."span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI sighed, 'em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"and out comes Teddy's inner fangirl/em' I though a tad style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanNo more kissing for today, they'd be too busy jumping around like a hyped up little child./p

Oh my gosh!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanThey're just so…. So…. Sweet!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanIt's like… kyaah!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanFangirling!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanTotal em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"squee/em moment!"span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI spun around to face Ven who was looking at me with such an odd expression on his face that I faltered for a few moments, "Ven…?" p class="MsoNormal"All of a sudden, he leaned in and em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"kissed me on the lips/em!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI froze, dumbfounded, staying silent even after he had pulled style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /span"I…I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself," he whispered softly, looking anywhere but style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /span"I shouldn't have done that, but… I've liked you for em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"so long/em and I…" he was looking at me now, desperately searching my style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanWhatever he had found must have disappointed him because he looked away again, a blush colouring his cheek./p
p class="MsoNormal"He was so em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"cute/em, looking like style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanHe didn't even look in my general style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanSo he was totally and completely unprepared when I launched myself at him squealing, and kissed style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanHe stiffened, then put his arms around style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI pulled away after a few style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanIt was only a small kiss but I was blushing, redder than Lea's hair, and Ven looked the style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI hugged him tight, "I love you," I could tell he'd gone an even deeper shade of red; I was still blushing pretty hard style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanBut I ignored that and buried my face in his chest./p
p class="MsoNormal"Then Ven put his arms around me and whispered, "I love you, Jess." And I couldn't keep style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI jumped up squealing, grabbed his hand and dragged Ventus over to where Teddy and Lea were standing, style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanOr rather… Lea was staring and Teddy was jumping up and down crying, "my OPT was meant to be!span style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMy OPT was meant to be!"/p

p class="MsoNormal"I jumped away from Teddy and ran over once more to Ven, and, blushing a little, I hugged him, deciding that I would explain all the fangirl terminology to him style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI glanced over to Teddy and we both shared and evil style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI knew we were thinking the same style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanWe would educate our boyfriends in the way of the otaku, and soon, they shall be squealing fangirls just like style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanem style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"Mwahahaha./emspan style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanVen tensed up for a moment against me as I shared the look with Teddy, and I knew he could tell something bad was going to style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /span'em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"Too bad Ven/em,' I thought to myself viciously, no escape for you em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"or/em Lea now. I smiled once more, as Ven hugged me, ignoring the incredulous looks we were style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanMy smile broadened when I noticed Teddy hug Lea out of the corner of my style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanAnd I stood up on tiptoe kissing Ven on the nose, "thank you," I whispered, "what for?" he asked, cheeks tinged red, from the kiss I just gave style="mso-spacerun: yes;" /spanI smiled, "for loving me."/p
