Foot Tower
2:30 AM

Karai, with her full ninja outfit quietly descended from the palace. When she made her way to the ground, she remained hidden, listening in on a conversation being held.

"You will be compensated once the mission has been completed. Shadaloo only pays for quality and success." A voice said.

"I gave you what you want. I helped implement and design exactly what you were looking for. I demand compensation for my work!" The scientist said.

"If you are so confident in your work, then it will speak for itself once the mission is completed. You are in no position to make demands. You came to us." The voice said.

"I came to you because master Saki had relations to Shadaloo."

"A shame that Saki is no longer around. Relations ended with his demise. Even with Shadaloo's temporary disappearance, no further use was needed for the Foot from my organization."

"Then know that you will no longer receive my services." The scientist said before ending the transmission.

"If Mr. Bison cannot appreciate my genius, then I will find someone else that will." He said before beginning another call. The person he was calling was the leader of the Purple Dragons, Hun. His backup plan in the rare chance the deal with M. Bison and Shadaloo didn't fall through.

Hun's face is very close to the screen, trying to make sure the call went through and that the webcam is working.

"Mr. Hun?" The scientist said, trying to get his attention.

"What is it?" Hun said, annoyed that someone would try to contact him this late at night.

"I'm here to offer you a deal." The scientist said.

"You interrupted my sleep. You've got ten seconds to make this worth my time before I hang up." Hun said.

"I am the one that gifted you the Foot Tech Ninjas. I can provide you more tech. For a price."

"State your price point and we'll talk." Hun said, folding his arms.

"3 Million. For each unit sent. 1 million for each shipment of weapons."

"Show me the goods we're lookin' at, then I'll send out the cash." Hun said.

Suddenly smoke surrounded the scientist. When the smoke cleared, he was gone.

Hun ended the transmission.

When he woke up he was tied up. He didn't realize until he tried to move.

"Before joining the Foot Clan, it is made known to all members that the punishment for betrayal is severe." Karai said, approaching him.

"However, unlike my father I am merciful." She said before getting up close to him. "Tell me everything I need to know and your punishment will not be as severe."

"Your father would be disappointed in what you've turned the Foot to. We do not show mercy to anyone."

"My father claimed that mercy, forgiveness and creation were weaknesses. He was wrong." She said before walking a bit.

Shen then turns and has her arms tied behind her back. "Now, let us begin."

"Who is Shadaloo?" Karai asked.

"I will never talk." The scientist said.

"I will ask again. Who is Shadaloo?" Karai asked calmly.

"You will never get anything out of me." He said.

"I will ask you one last time. Who is Shadaloo?" Karai asked calmly once more.

No response.

He was sent a bit of a jolt from a taser.

"Unlike the turtles, you will find my methods of questioning to not be as easygoing as theirs. You will talk, or suffer the consequences." Karai said.

"Now. I will ask once more. Who is Shadaloo?" Karai asked.

Still no response. Foot ninjas begin to strike him.

A foot elite guard entered. "Mistress Karai. A guest is here to speak with you. From Interpol."

"Allow her entrance." Karai ordered.

"As you wish." The elite guard said, bowing before exiting. The doors open again a few seconds later. A woman with a blue qipao, white combat boots around calf-length, dark brown sheer pantyhose, with ox horn hair adorned with white bao and wearing large spiked bracelets with the ring being black steel and the spikes being chrome polished steel on both of her arms.

"Mistress Karai." The woman said, bowing in respect, putting her right fist in the palm of her left hand before she bowed.

"My name is Chun-Li." She said before showing her Interpol badge. "I am from Interpol." She puts away the badge.

"I am currently on an investigation. Shadaloo isn't a who, rather it is a criminal organization." Chun-Li explained, overhearing Karai's questioning.

"And it is the reason I am here. I am on an investigation of Shadaloo's recent surge of activity. Their leader, Bison was thought to have been defeated. However, I have reason to believe he is still alive. Much of their communication and activity has been with the Foot Clan. I've been able to track their activity before, but much of the communication ended and so did my investigation in New York." She explained.

"Which now leads me back here. Activity between the Foot and Shadaloo, along with the criminal syndicate Purple Dragons has been abundant recently. I wanted to believe it wasn't true, but the evidence says otherwise. Now I need your help. Any information you can tell me about this would go a long way." Chun-Li said, believing that Karai had no part in the activity, especially given how the interrogation was going.

"Unfortunately, I do not have much information to give. But, I will provide you with what I know." Karai started.

"The dealings between the Purple Dragons and the Foot Clan were relations that have been present since my father was still the head of the Foot. With these close relations already being established, I believe that he thought sending our technology and weapons to him would be the easiest to perform without risk of being discovered. As for the relations with Shadaloo, in his bid to extend the reach of the Foot Clan, my father established relations with several other organizations. And it seems Shadaloo was one of them. With his demise, relations began to crumble." Karai said, learning some of this from listening in on the conversation between the scientist and Bison.

"That is where my knowledge on these relations end." Karai said.

"Thank you. I'm very grateful for your help Mistress." Chun-Li said, bowing again.

"Wait." Karai said.

Chun-Li turned.

"Yes?"

"I wish to help you in your investigation further." Karai started. "I want to move the Foot Clan in a new direction. Away from the image my father left behind. And one way to start is to cut its ties to all criminal organizations." She then gave her contact details. "I will contact you here if I am able to gather any additional information. My friends may also be interested in the information shared here as they are looking for answers themselves. May I share what we spoke of today?" Karai asked.

"The more the merrier. The more people we have on the case to take down Shadaloo, the better. I look forward to working with you again, Mistress Karai." Chun-Li said. "As for him, I can bring him in for further questioning if you'd like." She added, referring to the mole scientist.

Karai nodded to two Foot Ninjas. They brought him to her and she handcuffed him.

"You are weak Karai! Weak!" He said as Chun-Li walked him out of the door.

Several minutes passed and Chaplin, rubbing his eyes appeared.

"I heard you talking to someone, Mistress. Is everything alright?" Chaplin asked.

"Yes, Dr. Chaplin. Everything is fine." Karai said before going outside to meditate.

Midtown Magnet High

Sakura, Peter, Gwen and Harry were walking together.

"Do you think you can put in a good word for me to go to one of her parties?" Sally Avril asked Liz Allan.

"You gonna ask her out or what?" A boy wearing a green hoodie asked a boy with glasses and parted black hair down the middle.

"You do it first." The boy with glasses said back.

"No way man. She's totally out of my league."

"Then what makes you think I have a shot with her?"

"Look at these guys. She probably has a boyfriend already and they're fighting over her." Flash said to Randy as he closed his locker.

"Hey, I don't blame 'em. They're what's hot." He said, shrugging. "And she looks to be the hottest in the school judging by the talk around here. And I'm not just talkin' about popularity." Randy said.

"What's the buzz about today? One of the cheerleaders having another house party?" Peter asked. Gwen shrugged.

"Maybe if you geeks were actually listening you'd know!" Sally said, overhearing them.

MJ closes her locker and joins the three. "Hey, ease up. Some of us are worried about more than just social status." She said before turning back to the three.

"What's that supposed to mean? I care about other stuff." Sally said, folding her arms.

"Seeing as you guys are out of the loop, one of the exchange students owns some big estate. Karin I think her name is. She's partners with Liz. I've been in a class with her. She seems cool once you get past the 'rich' part of her along with her looks. Which most people didn't do as obviously you've got this." She said, referring to everyone ogling over her.

Someone was seen walking down the hallway, wearing a sailor uniform similar to Sakura's except hers was red. Her hair was blonde and was curled into Victorian Europe-styled ringlets with a bow on the back her hair.

"And there's Ms. Royalty herself." MJ said.

Karin was walking down the hallway, her eyes closed, a confident, but not too cocky air surrounding her as she held books in her hand.

"Go out with me! Please!" One of the boys said.

"Because adding please will definitely make a difference." Peter commented in a sarcastic tone.

"She's so cool!" A girl said.

"Can I come to your parties?" Another girl said.

"Even if I have to admit she is kind of cute." Peter added.

Gwen frowned at him.

"I said that out loud didn't I?" Peter said.

"Hey, it's true." Randy said, shrugging

"You get a date with her, then I get a date with Sally." Harry said, sarcastically.

"As if I'd EVER go out with you!" Sally said.

"It was just a joke." Harry said.

"Joke about someone else!"

"Karin? I didn't know you were in the exchange program here too." Sakura said.

"Hold it! You're gonna infect her with your nerd germs." Sally said, standing between her and Karin. "I'm sorry about her. Go on ahead." Gesturing her to go forward.

"Sakura. Always a pleasure seeing you." Karin said.

"Wait, you're friends with these losers?" Sally asked. She then pointed a finger at Peter. "This is somehow your fault!" Sally said before grabbing Randy's arm. "Come on Randy, we're outta here. Talk to ya later Liz."

"You two know each other?" Peter asked.

"We go to the same school back in Japan." Sakura said.

"We share a friendly rivalry. In mostly martial arts." Karin said.

"So you practice martial arts too?" Peter asked.

"Looks like it didn't take her long to tell you about her martial arts. I'm guessing she told you about Ryu too." Karin guessed.

"How'd you figure?" Peter asked.

Sakura's whole face turned red. "Karin!" She cried out, embarrassed.

MJ grins a little, already knowing what was going on about whoever Ryu was and Sakura.

"So you guys practice martial arts huh?" MJ asked. "Not something you hear every day. I like it." She added. While she was being genuine, she was trying to help out Sakura by changing the subject.

"I think you two and Pete would get along just fine." Harry said as Peter was in his locker. "You should see what he does sometimes. It's like the guy's got this seventh sense or a superpower. Still remember when you tossed me over your shoulder like it was yesterday."

"What? Come on that all of those were just luck. I'm not cut out for fighting or martial arts. No thanks." Peter said.

"You never know unless you try." Gwen said, shrugging, trying to be positive.

"I don't need to try to know that that's not my thing. Science, books, math, and as of right now, photography are my strong points." He said before closing his locker, getting the books he needed.

"Come on, we're gonna be late." Gwen said. All four shared the same first class. Which was World History.

Karin went on with Liz to class.

Turtles' Lair

8:30 AM

Raph woke up to get some cereal and saw Mikey was already up watching a movie. He was watching a martial arts action movie with the movie star Fei Long in it.

"Morning Mikey." Raph said, yawning.

"Morning Raph." Mikey said, eating popcorn while continuing to watch the movie.

"Another martial arts movie huh? Don't you get tired of watchin' this stuff? We do the same thing these guys do every day!" Raph said.

"But dude, this guy is awesome! And I mean, really awesome! He competes in real martial arts tournaments! His work ethic in movies and martial arts in an inspiration! From the great Fei Long himself: 'When you reach the top of a mountain! Climb another!'" Mikey said.

"The guy has won awards. He could have relaxed at any time but he chooses not to, continuing to practice his martial arts skills." Mikey said before trying to imitate his battle cries, trying to mimic his moves. He then picks up his nunchuks and starts to swing them. "They say he even fights with nunchucks too. But no one has any recorded proof. So it's only a rumor."

"Where are you even learnin' about any of dis stuff?" Raph asked, as he eats his cereal.

"Behind the scenes footage on DVDs. Interviews, on the set footage, and just whatever's recorded and posted on the internet." He said before continuing to mimic his battle cries, performing several punches and kicks, putting down his nuchucks. He then performs one of his signature moves, the Rekkaken, but the third and last strike accidentally hits Raph's cereal bowl, causing some of the milk to get on his face and some of it to get on the note that was hung on the kunai not far from where the two brothers were.

"MIKEYYY!" Raph screamed angrily.

Leo and Donnie yawned and walked in the room. "Probably not. I bet it's just Mikey watching one of those martial arts movies again and annoyed Raph." Donnie said, both having their weapons in hand. Leo wondering if they were being attacked as the noise woke them up.

"Okay! Okay! I'm sorry! Uncle!" Mikey said as Raph was twisting his arm, keeping him in a lock he learned from watching wrestling.

Leo and Donnie saw the two. Mikey and Raph looked up. Mikey laughed a little before Leo and Donnie looked at each other.

"I'm going back to sleep. Try not to be so loud you two. Thanks." Leo said, rubbing his eyes.

Donnie walked away too. "I'm seriously considering hiding those martial arts movies." He said.

"I heard that!" Mikey said before Raph tightened his hold again.

"Ow! Ow! Owwww! Will you let me go if I told you that Karai left a note?" Mikey said.

"What!? Why didn't you tell us this the minute you saw it?" Raph said, tightening his grip again.

"Ow! Owwww! Come on, you guys were sleeping! I didn't wanna bother you guys with it until you woke up! You saw how sleepy Leo and Don were."

Raph lets go of Mikey and goes to wake up Leo and Donnie. "Yo Don! Leo! Get in here! Karai left a note!"

Leo gets the note. He reads it.

"Well? What does it say?" Raph said.

"I don't know. The ink is washed out. With… milk?" Leo said, looking up from the note confused.

Raph goes to smack Mikey in the back of the head. "You read the note. What did it say shell-for-brains?"

"I don't know. I didn't read it. I just saw the Foot logo and assumed it was from Karai." Mikey said, shrugging.

"I'll kill ya if Karai doesn't first." Raph said, pointing a finger at him.

"Come on guys, if Karai wants to talk, we need to see her ASAP. Let's go." Leo said.

Foot Tower

"Mistress Karai, the turtles have arrived." One of the foot technicians said.

"I would have thought you would have arrived a bit earlier. Did the foot ninja I send not send the note in the correct spot?" Karai asked, turning towards them, her hands tied behind her back. She was in a black and red kimono robe.

"Sorry. My bros aren't exactly early morning turtles." Mikey said.

"That and Mikey here made me spill the milk from my cereal on the note. He didn't even try to wake us up when he saw it!" Raph said.

"Eh heh heh. Heh." Mikey laughed as Karai looked at him, her expression not changing.

"I brought you four here to discuss my findings several hours ago during the night." Karai said.

"What did you find?" Leo asked.

"I was able to discover the mole in the Foot. He has been dealt with." Karai said.

"You don't mean you-" Mikey started.

"He has been sent to the authorities." Karai said.

"Phew." Mikey said. "One of the rules of being a hero. Heroes don't kill unless absolutely necessary. See? It says it here." Mikey says, showing a comic.

Karai raised an eyebrow before continuing. "I awoke in the middle of the night, suspicious. Something was wrong. Which was when I found him outside of the tower conversing with someone from the criminal organization called Shadaloo. And Hun."

"Shadaloo, where have I heard that name before?" Donnie said, low.

"Well, we know where Hun got his 'gifts' from." Raph said.

"While I couldn't get what I wanted out of him in my interrogation, a woman from Interpol came here and supplied me with extra information about Shadaloo. It is a criminal organization, lead by a man named Bison." Karai said.

"That's where I remember it from!" Donatello said out loud. "Karai, did the officer that come here say her name was Chun-Li?" He asked.

"Yes, she did." Karai said. "Has she already told you four about this?"

"No. I met her before. On a rooftop. It was around the time we returned to New York from the future. She said she was investigating the activity between Shadaloo and the Foot since the Shredder was defeated. But this was before the Shredder returned as Cyber Shredder." He said.

"Could Shadaloo be workin' with Stockman?" Raph asked.

"I do not know." Karai said. "I did inform her that you four would be willing to help should your paths cross with this information. I will continue to inform you if I receive any new information. I will also be sure to place my notes in a different spot next time if needed." She said, looking in Mikey's direction.

Mikey grinned.

Leo nodded. "Likewise. Thanks Karai." They went to exit Foot Tower and make their way back to the lair.

"We're not any closer to finding Stockman!" Raph said, annoyed.

"It's not much to go off of I know. But any extra information helps." Leo said.

"Yea, I guess." Raph said.

Unknown

"Now that we have their schematics, I can perfect my creation. It was something that was flawed during its last revision. But, with my what I've learned from my time with Bishop and the Foot Clan's work, we should be able to put the finishing touches on them and begin phase 2." Stockman said to Otto.

The two began working on some sort of robot. There was only one other just like next to it on an identical table.

United States Air Force Base, Corpus Christi, Texas

A man with a tall blonde flattop with a green tank top and camo pants was writing something down near a computer, while in an office. That man was known as Guile. Music was playing low from his computer.

Backroad Song by Granger Smith plays from his computer

Suddenly, his phone rang. He lowered the music a little.

"Chun-Li? What is it?" Guile asked.

After she gave her response, Guile's eyebrows raised and he held a tighter grip on the receiver.

"What?" He said, in disbelief.

Chun-Li continued.

"I'm on my way." Guile said before hanging up. He stops the music.

He gets up and turns off the computer. "If Shadaloo still stands, then he's back." He looks at the dog tags now in his hands. "As long as they keep coming back, I'll keep coming back to destroy them again and again!" He said, embracing his fallen friend Charlie's dog tags. His best friend, Charlie, died at the hands of Shadaloo and M. Bison. When M. Bison and his Psycho Drive was destroyed. Guile thought the nightmare was over. That he could finally visit his friend's grave without ever feeling shame again. He was wrong. "I won't let your death be for nothing." He said before putting the dog tags around his neck. He would depart as soon as he told his family goodbye.

Guile's House

"Mommy! Daddy's home!" Amy, Guile's daughter said.

"Honey?" Julia, Guile's wife said as she looked at his face.

"I thought it was over." She said, knowing from her husband's face that Shadaloo and Bison were back.

"I did too." Guile said before pausing. "You know that I have to do this."

"Mommy, does Daddy have to leave again?" Amy asked.

Julia nods her head.

"I know. As much as I hate for you to leave. I know." Julia said to Guile.

"I hate that I have to do this as much as you do." Guile said.

"Daddy, I thought you said you didn't have to go anymore?" Amy asked Guile.

"I thought that too sweetie. I'll be back so fast you'll never notice I was gone! I promise!" Guile said.

"Don't go Daddy!" Amy said, holding on to him, tears starting to form.

"Please be careful." Julia said.

"I will. I'll call whenever I can." Guile said, giving Julia and Amy kisses and giving them long embraces. He began preparations to depart for New York.

Ibiza Airport, Spain

People began to board the plane. Vega, Guile, the doll Lune, and the android board among the citizens.

It wasn't long until the plane started flying. While Vega savored his breakfast, complimenting the flight attendant for her beauty, Balrog, while saying thanks for the food, scarfed his down quickly and asked for more.

"Such a disgusting display. Were you not taught the etiquette of fine dining?" Vega asked Balrog, appalled by how he ate.

"Aw shut up! Does this look like a fine dining restaurant to you?" Balrog said while he waited for his food. The doll Lune had no words or comments for either and continued to eat in silence. Her hair was blue and was let down, but was short, the length reaching the bottom of her ears.

Once Balrog's second helping arrived, he began to scarf that down, with Vega having the unfortunate front-row seat. He cringed in disgust, but tried his best to ignore the eating. But if this was any indication of what the rest of the flight was going to be, for Vega, this was going to be a long flight.
