Ino and Micheru arrived back at the hotel just in time to see Asuma and Shikamaru walking to the Fire Lords Palace.

"hey, what took you two." Shikamaru asked.

"It took longer than I thought to find a Escape route and then we had to wait out the rain." Ino said. Micheru Knew she was Lying buy her heart beat but said nothing.

"Oh." Shikamaru said," well we're going to see if the Fire Lord is ready to see us."

"Alright. Right behind you." Ino said.

"Thank you for coming on such an occasion. Now that you're here I shouldn't have to worry." the Fire lord said.

"Thank you for having us My Lord. how much do you Know of your supposed coup-DE-tat?" Asuma asked.

"well I suspected it one day after I was in a meeting for some of my staff seemed off, I had my ANBU check out the situation and he came back and confirmed that there was a Coup against me." the Fire Lord said. he was a tall slim man in his late 30's and wore some very fine robes on him. Also he acted very kind yet formal.

"I see. well we'll set up a plan for tonight and stop this Coup." Asuma said.

"Again I thank you. Now if you'll excuse me I have more to do for the party." the Fire Lord said.

"Of course My Lord." Asuma said as he and his team stood up. They bowed and turned and left his office and went to walk back to the hotel.

"What do you think Asuma-sensei?" Shikamaru asked.

"I'm not sure Shikamaru." Asuma said honestly

"what if we disguise ourselves as guests and infiltrate the party and then when we have confirmation on the killers we strike?" Micheru asked.

"that's not a bad Idea." Shikamaru said. Ino nodded.

"then that's what we'll do." Asuma said giving the group a few dollars," I want you all to buy some formal wear for the party."

"Asuma sensei I Already have something to wear for it." Ino said.

"oh, well then I guess it's just the boys then." Asuma said.

"actually sensei I too planed ahead for this." Micheru said.

"Shikamaru, did you plan ahead?" Asuma asked.

"no sensei." Shikamaru said.

"alright go buy a tux and meet back at the hotel when you're done.

"what a drag." Shikamaru said and took the money and left.
