Totally AU oneshot. I don't own anything. Takes place in Babsyitting Adventures universe. In this Quinn and Puck live with Beth, along with Puck's parents and sister who's 2 years younger than them. Finn is also a year younger than Puck, Quinn, Santana and Brittany. Also this takes place 3 years before Rachel and Finn meet and start dating.
Today was gonna be a first for 16 year old Finn Hudson and 17 year olds Santana Lopez and Brittany Pierce. Today they are gonna be babysitting their friends Quinn Fabray and Noah Puckerman's 1 month old daughter cause Puck's parents took his 15 year old sister and her 3 best friends to Disney World. Meanwhile, Quinn and Puck are going to eat dinner at a nice hotel and then are gonna spend the night in one of the rooms there.
"I have 3 bottles ready for Beth and her bedtimes at 8. She wakes up about 3 times a night so one of you guys will have to wake up with her and give her the bottle. We should be back no later than 11 tomorrow." Quinn said
"Let us know if y'all have any questions." Puck said
"If you guys do, you guys can call or text us." Quinn said
"Don't worry Q. We've got this. Go have fun." Santana said
"If you guys got this, then I guess we'll head out. Bye guys." Quinn said as her and Puck left the house
"We so got this. Right guys?" Santana asked trying to hide her nervousness about spending a entire night with a 5 week old baby.
"Oh yeah. Anyways I'm kinda hungry, do you guys wanna go get some dinner?" Finn asked
"I'll get Beth and put her in her car seat." Brittany said
After they ate and put Beth to bed by 8, Finn, Santana and Brittany decide to go back downstairs and watch tv. About 20 minutes into watching Criminal Minds, they hear a cry coming from upstairs.
"I'll go check on her." Brittany said as she went upstairs
"Hi Beth, are you hungry or thirsty?" Brittany asked as she lifted her only to realize that Beth needs a diaper change.
"Well Beth, I don't know how to change a diaper so instead I'm just gonna wipe you and then how about we read a story." Brittany said
20 minutes later, Finn and Santana start to become somewhat concerned when Brittany doesn't come back downstairs.
"Should we go check on Brittany?" Finn asked
"Yeah. I'll go get one of Beth's bottles and bring it up. I'll meet you up there." Santana said
Finn is shocked when he goes upstairs to Beth's room and sees Brittany reading to Beth and that Beth is diaper less.
"Where's Beth's diaper?" Finn asked
"I threw it away." Brittany said
"But you're supposed to change it." Finn said
"I don't know how to." Brittany said
"So then next time ask me or Santana for help." Finn said
"She wanted to look at the ducks in her book." Brittany said
"Ok then I'll try and change her." Finn said as Santana walked into Beth's room
"Beth still hasn't been changed?" Santana asked
"I don't know how to change a diaper so Finn is gonna try." Brittany said as she continued to read Beth's books
"Santana can you help me please?" Finn asked
"Sure." Santana said. 5 minutes later, the 3 of them cannot figure out how to change a diaper and Beth is crying again
"Beth, please stay still." Finn pleaded as Beth kicked him hard in the nose. Then they heard the Puck's sister Hannah on the phone
"This is hilarious." Hannah said since Brittany had the phone on speaker
"Ha ha very funny." Santana said sarcastically
"Do you guys need some help?" Hannah asked while trying not to laugh
"Yes please." Finn said
"Ok. One of you needs to hold Beth gently by the ankles with one hand and one of you needs to slide the back of the diaper. Next, you need to fasten the diaper. Remember not to make it too tight, and make sure that you position the tape to where they don't touch Beth's skin. Then check and make sure that the diaper covers Beth fully and isn't too tight on her legs or stomach. Make sure the edges of the diaper haven't been tucked under." Hannah said
"Is that all?" Santana asked as her and Finn finished changing Beth's diaper
"Yes. Also wash your hands afterwards." Hannah said
"Thank you." Finn said as Brittany hung up the phone
After they put Beth to bed, they decided to try and get some sleep as well. Thankfully Beth sleeps through the night and all goes well until it's bathtime. Once Finn puts her in the sink, she starts crying
"Why are you crying?" Finn asked
"Probably cause either a she doesn't like you or b the waters hot as fuck." Santana said
"San, you're not supposed to cuss in front of innocent ears." Brittany said
"Yeah San." Finn said smugly
"Oh shut up Finnocence. At least I wasn't the one kicked in the nose last night." Santana said smugly
"I'll give her the bath. Finn, how did you not notice that the water was super hot." Brittany said
"I didn't get the chance to." Finn said. Little do they know, Quinn and Puck have arrived home and are doing everything in their power to not laugh at them and are also recording them. Thankfully, they succeeded at bathtime and as they're going to go upstairs to dress Beth, they notice Quinn and Puck.
"Oh hi guys. When did y'all get here?" Finn asked
"We got here when Beth started crying during bathtime." Puck said with a laugh as Santana and Brittany took Beth upstairs to get her dressed.
"Where's Santana, Brittany and Beth?" Quinn asked
"They probably went upstairs to get Beth dressed." Finn said
"Anyways how did it go?" Puck asked
"Good. Not much happened. Beth slept through the whole night. She handled being bottle fed well." Finn said
"Looks like somebody missed her parents." Brittany said as she handed Beth to Quinn
"We missed you too Beth. Thank you guys so much for watching her despite the mishaps." Quinn said with a laugh
"We had a great time watching her." Brittany said with a smile
"So tell us about your mishap with changing Beth's diaper." Puck said with a smile
So then the group of 3 managed to make Quinn and Puck laugh very hard when they told them about their babysitting mishaps.
