Hiruzen ended up deciding to take me in to take care of me while we waited for Tsunade to come back to Konoha. One thing that I picked up about the Sarutobi clan was that they really loved their monkeys. I guess being their main summons, you would have to develop a deep bond in order to maximize their potential in the field and on missions.
I hope I get a badass summon, I will definitely need sage arts down the line.
Speaking of the Sarutobi's and their monkeys, Hiruzen would normally summon Enma to handle clan business.
"I've heard the clan has been slacking in terms of missions and reports? I'm going to have to let you handle the punishment because this is completely unacceptable. Make them see their wrongdoings." Hiruzen said restlessly. The old man had dark circles under his eyes, him having to take care of me as well had taken a toll on him.
"You got it, Hiruzen; those little pests have also been pissing me off too, so this will be fun, have fun with the mini Nidaime." Enma, The Monkey King, agreed wholeheartedly; apparently he really wanted to whip them into shape too. Whatever Enma did on behalf of Hiruzen's orders really set them straight. In my time of staying with them; they were lazing around like a typical Nara; but after Enma's disciplining, they were constantly working around the clock, attempting to please the Sandaime.
Note to self, don't piss off Hiruzen or Enma.
It took a couple weeks to get her ass here to make a decision on me, but I didn't mind, after all my toddler ass was not going anywhere anytime soon. Plus I was happy with what Hiruzen ended up deciding. It was better for a fellow clan member to make a decision to raise me rather than letting me go to the wolves. Especially since said 'woman' was very protective over kids that reminded her once coveted and infamous family.
It was then on a Saturday afternoon, in the Hokage's office, Tsunade, Shizune and Tonton respectfully made their way in, while Sarutobi and I were sitting there. For the record, her looks on the show DO NOT give her the proper justice seeing her in person. She had the assets acquired on her, and Jiraiya was right. 103 cm was indeed a sight to behold. And those honey brown eyes would take any man's soul away. Shizune wasn't bad herself, jet-black hair and onyx eyes were captivating, but who am I anyway, I'm a fucking toddler.
About damn time they showed up. I need some popcorn, this will be very interesting.

"Tsunade, welcome back. Let's get straight to business here." Hiruzen said, while they were taking their seats. He really wasted no time in getting the conversation started, almost as if he wanted to calculate and predict what Tsunade was going to do next.
"Well it did take A LOT of convincing to come back to this shit hole again" Tsunade snarked, her past coming back to her and being in the village that she hated the most did not help out any one bit. She punched off a good chunk of the desk that my cradle was close to.
Another note to self, pissing off Hiruzen and Enma might not be as bad as pissing off Tsunade. THAT BITCH ALMOST DESTROYED MY CRIB! AND KILLED ME AGAIN!
"Woah calm down there Tsunade, if you're not careful, you'll destroy your lost clansman." Hiruzen said calmly, pointing towards me in my crib. Apparently he did care about my well being, and brought Tsunade up to date on my identity prior to her arrival. I myself started whaling, trying to get everyone's attention on me because in the end I was the topic of the discussion.
Right? I hope so.
"Sensei calm down, will you! There's a toddler in here! I don't want you to hurt the little guy, you raging will do nothing! He's crying for Kami's sake!" Shizune exclaimed, trying to calm down Tsunade was not an easy task, but many times before she was able to mediate her anger issues. It was then Shizune went to pick me up to calm me down. Damn she really did soothe my soul, it was my first time being held by her and it made me forget about how Tsunade tried to end it all a couple seconds ago. It was then my little toddler self started giggling, I had really had brewed up a great plan. Shizune thought it was super cute and started ruffling my white hair and rocking me around.
But it was only the first part of my master plan.
"He's like a baby Nidaime, can't you see him Tsunade, those red marks and white hair he has!" Shizune pointed out. She continued to play with me a little bit before handing me over to the woman that would decide what would happen to me. As Shizune presented me to Tsunade, she looked me in the eyes and said "Yeah he looks like Granduncle Tobi a little bit, you could say that he is a little cutie." as she started to rock me in her arms. I don't know how to describe it, she had a strong pull and attraction to her, like she was the yin to my yang. It was then her necklace started to shine a bright light, and it didn't go unnoticed; as it caught the attention of everyone in the room.
Don't tell me I have THE wood release right? It must be because of Pop's strong water affinity chakra that I possess.
She looked me in the eyes as if I was truly his reincarnation, "I haven't seen the necklace shine this bright in a long time! It was only really when I was around Grandfather and Granduncle when I was younger. Well I do see Kaito does take after his father very well." Tsunade expressed. I couldn't tell if either she was happy or sad, or both. She still looked at me lovingly, as I was a part of her lost family. But, for my master plan I decided to put the pieces of the puzzle together with this moment.
"Mamaaaaaa" I exclaimed. Might as well put the cards on the table and make the winning bet. "Mamaaaa" I said again, reaching out towards Tsunade; praying that I would win this bet. And I did. She had this look in her eye that she accepted the fact that I would be her son until the day I died. The son she never had. She embraced me with all her love.
She's the Legendary Sucker for a reason right?
"Looks like the kid has a calling towards you Tsunade, will you decide to stay here after all?" Hiruzen slyly said, as if he was in on my plan from the get go. He wanted this to happen, as he knew that having Tsunade in Konoha would without a doubt ease the pressure of being Hokage.
Alright old man, don't try to steal my thunder here. I did the convincing here.
"Alright, I will stay here and take care of Kaito but under two conditions. One of those would be to implement a new and reformed medical program for shinobi, led by me. The last condition is that I will never go on any missions outside of Konoha. Understand?" Tsunade demanded. As she stared right into the Hokage's eyes, trying to see if these demands were too high, in order to get out of the situation at hand. It wasn't like she couldn't leave behind her granduncle's lost legacy right? Despite his lack of moments with her, those moments made a real impact on her. One of the reasons is why she hates perverts. Tobirama was lucky it was only one of his shadow clones though, as it was caught staring into the women's hotsprings.
"Alright that's no big deal, those demands are fine with me. When will you move into the Senju compound?" Hiruzen asked. You could see his expression lighten, as if a massive force of weight on his shoulders were lifted all at once. But, then he realized there was more paperwork to get done. Poor Hiruzen.
"Immediately, I'll have you set up a D-Rank to get the old compound set up with the necessary supplies to start living there again." Tsunade stated, as she placed me down in the crib. Hiruzen quickly complied, as he already put it down on the missions to do. Although she looked like she wasn't ready to take me back to the place where our ancestors lived. Her past life really took a toll on her, but she remembered that she was doing it for Tobirama, and for me. Despite the moment of hesitance, she regained confidence and hope that this time would indeed be different for the better. It looked like Shizune was happy too, I think that now that I was in their life; Tsunade's bad habits would slowly leave. Just as we were about to leave, Tsunade told Hiruzen, "Tell them the Senju's are back in TOWN!" and then she shut the door.
You damn right we are!
Boy you should've seen the face on Hiruzen, he went from shocked to happy. In the time I've been around the old man, he never seemed so.. So lively, like the energy sort of got returned to him after Yondaime's death.
Hopefully having Tsunade will help Hiruzen be more of a grandfather here than he was in canon for Naruto. The little orange bundle of energy will need help once he gets out of the orphanage.
"Yay! I'm a sister now!" Shizune exclaimed happily, skipping around with Tonton as Tsunade had me in the crib making our way to my new home.
Our new home. We are going to be soooooo badass.

AN: Here's another installment, I really hoped you enjoyed this chapter, this might be a little short; but this is going to be the end of the prologue. I really want to start moving up in the arcs: the next one being the academy/genin stage. I also want to implement more of the Gamer (although Kaito's version will be nerfed slightly) which we will see in the next chapter.
