Two new characters are added. They are in my other stories too.
Senior Inspector Ravi - Abhijeet;s childhood friend and Senior Inspector in Allahabad Team.
DCP Pathak - DCP in Allahabad Team. He is the total opposite of DCP Chitrole. Abhijeet and DCP Pathak have some good bonding.

After 2 days…
Morning…
The leave was over and now everyone is getting ready for bureau. While moving from society compound, they still have eyes on the closed door of Abhijeet's house. They wanted to see him. But he hasn't arrived yet.
ACP Pradyuman (thinking) – Abhijeet abhi tkk nhi lauta. Toh kya aaj voh chutti lene wala h. Lekin usne chutti ke liye call bhi nhi kiya… na koi message.
Dr. Tarika (thinking) – Kahan ho Abhijeet… pichle 2 dino se ek bhi bar tumse baat nhi hui… Wapas aa jao please.
Dr. Salunkhe(thinking) – Kahin meri baaton se gusse mein akar usne transfer toh nhi le liya. Nahi -2 esa hota toh ab tkk ACP ne mujhe bta diya hota.
Freddy (thinking) – Wapas aajayie na Abhijeet sir. Aapki bhut chinta ho rhi h.
Daya (thinking) – Kahan ho yarr. Ek bar bhi phone nhi kiya. Please koi galat kadam mt utha lena.
They all reached bureau in silence and praying in their hearts for Abhijeet. After reaching bureau main hall, they all got a huge shock! After a moment of shock, they all sighed in relief. Daya was the first one to break the moment of silence –
Abhijeet!
Abhijeet was standing in the middle of the bureau hall reading a file. He was wearing a collarless t-shirt with jeans. He turned hearing his name and said –
Han Daya…
Daya (in shock) – Tum yahan!
Abhijeet (calm expressions) – Han kyu… nhi hona chahiye tha kya?
Daya (recovering from shock) – Nahi mtlb…Kahan the tum? Aur tum bureau kb aaye.
Abhijeet (same expressions) – Bureau toh main adha ghanta pehle hi aagya tha. Ek dost ke sath tha… ghar nhi gya… seedhe yahi aagya. (To ACP Pradyuman) – Good Morning Sir.
ACP nodded and ordered everyone to get back to work and himself left for his cabin. Soon a case was reported and everyone got busy in it. ACP Pradyuman was working in his cabin, when he got a call from Salunkhe. He picked up the call and before he could say hello… Salunkhe interuppted –
Han Pradyuman, Sb theek h na bureau mein.
ACP Pradyuman (smiled) – Han sab theek h… (pretending to be suspicious) – Esa kyu pooch rha h?
Salunkhe – Nhi voh… ese hi poocha… mera mtlb… (irritated voice) – Yr tum seedhe -2 nhi bta skte kya?
ACP Pradyuman (smiled) – Abee toh tu seedhe -2 pooch na.
Salunkhe – Acha theek h… btao… Abhijeet aaya kya bureau?
ACP Pradyuman – Han aagya h. Keh rha tha kisi dost ke sath tha 2 din.
Salunkhe - Koi baat hui tumhari. Koi khabar ya kuch.
ACP Pradyuman – Nhi koi baat nhi hui. Sb normal hi lg rha h. 3 ghante hogye h sbko bureau aaye hue lekin uske transfer lene ya CID chodne ki koi baat abhi tkk saamne nhi aayi h… shukr h!
Salunkhe – Han yr… Thank God.
Evening time…
Team was still busy with the case. Salunkhe and Tarika was also there in the bureau to discuss some forensic evidences with the team, when Daya noticed something immdiately reacted –
Abhijeet… ye tumhari neck pe bandage? 2 din pehle tkk toh nhi tha. Ye chot kaise lgi?
Abhijeet – Ye kuch nhi h Daya… relax… theek h ye chot ab.
Daya – Abhijeet lekin tumhe ye chot lgi kaise?
Abhijeet – Pichle case mein hum log bar mein gaye the na raid krne (referring to giraftaar series episode 1, where Abhijeet went to a bar with team), Toh kisi ne bar ke bahr Dart se hamla kiya tha na… jisse main behosh hogya tha. Voh Dart neck mein haddi mein phas gyi thi. Mujhe lga nikl gyi h… lekin voh toot gyi thi aur phas gyi. Uski vajeh se thoda neck pain bhi ho rha tha aur thoda dizziness bhi thi…Kll hi Dr. ko dikhaya toh pta chla.
Daya (in shock) – Abhijeet voh Dart kitne dino se phasi hui thi aur tumne pehle Dr. ko nhi dikhaya… kisi ne dhyan kyu nhi diya?
Abhijeet (smiling) – Relax Daya… ek Dart hi toh lgi thi… goli thodi lgi thi mujhe k es pr dhyan diya jaye. Mujhe bhi kll tabhi pta chla Dr. ne btaya k voh abhi bhi phasi hui h.
And he got a call, so he left to attend the call.
Freddy – Abhijeet sir ko us Dart ki vajeh se itne din tkk chakkar aate rhe… pr kisi ne dhyan hi nhi diya.
Everyone got ashamed hearing this. Tarika was in sheer guilt after listening all of this. She saw him unwell that day when Abhijeet came to her with his trouser to get the DNA tested. He was unable to walk properly. She saw him suffering but she did nothing but accuse him of putting Daya's life in danger. In the evening, Daya came to Abhijeet's house to talk about all this. He already know about all from Freddy. But Abhijeet did not talk about it. He was talking so casually. He was like – Jo hogya so hogya Daya… bhool jao… main bhi is bare mein baat nhi krna chahta. So Daya had to drop the topic. He didn't want to ruin Abhijeet's mood. Somewhere he was feeling guilty also… as during the case they had a fight about the bag full of money (in the giraftaar series). He was feeling guilty for his plans in the deadly Abhijeet case also. He was thinking that Abhijeet is still angry on him, that's why he is not discussing anything with him. They had their dinner together.
Few days went, everything seemed normal. Abhijeet didn't talk about that topic with anyone. But he reduced his forensics visit to a great extent. He used to go there only when ACP Pradyuman ask him to. He got the apology card from Dr. Salunkhe. Daya still remember the look on Abhijeet's face when he delivered that apology card to him. He wasn't happy about it. He kept it aside without opening it. After Daya left, He tore the letter and threw it in dustbin and walked away. Daya saw this because he didn't actually leave. He was standing by the door that Abhijeet left opened.
One day, Abhijeet Daya and ACP Pradyuman were talking about a case in ACP's cabin. Abhijeet's friend Senior Inspector Ravi was also there. Suddenly DCP Pathak came to CID bureau. Everyone greeted him. He nodded and made his way to ACP's cabin straight!
What is DCP Pathak upto? What news he got for the team? Is it related to Abhijeet?
