Later...

Naruto walked into Tsunade's office and asks for a long-term mission away from Konoha, this surprises the older blonde, but the look on Naruto's face told her not to argue or object to Naruto's request.

Tsunade sends Naruto on a recon mission to Shigakure (Land of Death) to a town called Takagata. Naruto takes the scroll and thanks Tsunade before turning to leave her office.

Just then, the office door opens and Ino rushes in, her teal eyes frantic with worry.

"H-Hokage-sama, have you seen-?" Ino began, but then froze in her tracks when spotted Naruto, relief filling her being.

"Yes, Ino?" Tsunade asks, a single eyebrow raised.

"I-I was looking for N-Naruto-k-kun, m-may I talk to him?"

"That is up to Naruto, Ino." replied Tsunade.

"I'll listen, Ino." Naruto says, making Ino smile.

The blonde pair then left the Hokage Tower, Naruto glanced at Ino, who was blushing as they walked.

"So, Naruto-kun huh, what brought this on, Ino?"

"I-I just wanted to apologize for what we did to you, I thought about what you said and you were right to be angry, but you were wrong about one thing, Naruto-kun." Ino says as she abruptly stops walking with Naruto doing the same.

"Oh? And just what was I-MMMPH."

Ino had grabbed Naruto's face and pulled him into a heated, demanding kiss that caught the Jinchuriki completely off guard, Ino, wanting Naruto to see the depths of her newfound attraction and feelings Ino had discovered and wanted to explore in more detail, much more detail.

Naruto slammed his back against Ino's door as the blonde pair resumed their heated makeout session, Ino hurriedly fished her keys out of her pants pocket and fumbled with getting the key into the door, once the door was unlocked and opened she pushed Naruto inside her house. Naruto, wanting to re-take control of the situation gripped Ino's thighs firmly before spinning the other blonde around and roughly pinning her against the wall.

"Oh y-yes, N-Naruto-k-kun. I definitely like it a little rough." Ino moaned out as Naruto leaned in and attacked Ino's neck with his mouth.

Ino moaned louder and louder as she succumbed to the pleasure that Naruto was giving her.

While Naruto was sucking and kissing Ino's neck Ino felt her panties become even more soaked than they already were. She was coming unglued right before Naruto's eyes and she couldn't care less.

Once Naruto stopped his tongue lashing, Ino began to slowly undress, starting with her pants and panties, Naruto leaned in and kissed Ino's lips hungrily.

After a couple of minutes of this, Naruto pulled away and dropped to his knees, already knowing what Ino wanted him to do.

Sakura was beyond angry, Ino had totally stood her up for their lunch date and now the rosette was going to find out why.

"Who does she think she is standing me up like that!? I am going to pound her into the ground when I see her!"

Ino drops to her knees in front of Naruto and gazed at his rock hard shaft and started working him over. Naruto stumbled backwards and fell onto the bed.

"Someone's excited, eh?" Ino asked with a giggle.

"Good Lord Ino, I've never been with a woman that was this damn good with her mouth!"

This made Ino flush with womanly pride as she kept up her menstrations. Ino gasped as she felt Naruto's moist tongue massage her most secret place, Ino had never felt such a wondrous sensation in all her life, she arched her back and moans Naruto's name as the dam inside her burst and a torrent of Ino's heavenly nectar exploded out of the hot blonde and all over Naruto's face, which didn't bother him one bit.

Suddenly, a series of loud knocks was heard, stopping Naruto in his tracks.

Ino cursed under her breath as she gets out of bed, grabbing a robe and begrudgingly walked to her front door.

Ripping the door open, Ino glared at the irate rosette.

"What Sakura?" Ino asks, irritation clearly visible in her voice.

"Did you forget about our lunch date or something?" Sakura growled.

"No, I didn't forget. I decided to stop coming, it doesn't matter to me anymore."

Sakura was shocked when she heard Ino's words, and then she saw how Ino was dressed.

"Why are y-you dressed like that?"

"I have company, you interrupted us." Ino hissed.

"Who is so important that you'd blow me off?"

"N-kun." Ino said with a heavy blush.

Sakura's jaw nearly hit the floor when she heard this, then-.

"Yes, Ino-chan, what do you need." Naruto said as he came out of Ino's bedroom, shirtless.

"Oh Sakura, what are you doing here?" Naruto asks as he walks up beside Ino and drapes an arm around the platinum blonde.

"Wh-why is Naruto-baka here and shirtless, Ino-pig!"

"I apologized to Naruto-kun for what I did to him because of our childish bet and I was in the middle of showing him my newly discovered feelings for him when you interrupted us." Ino said, fixing Sakura with a hard glare.

Sakura couldn't believe this, Ino and Naruto are apparently in the act of sleeping together after Ino gave Naruto an apology, that he obviously accepted.

"Then, what does that mean for our rivalry and friendship?" the pinkette inquired.

"They're both over and done with, I have who I want and should have gone after all those years ago, now, if you don't mind, we have some lovemaking to get back to."

Sakura couldn't believe what she'd just heard, Ino Yamanaka, her now former friend/rival was cutting ties with her, Sakura glared at Naruto.

"You! This is all your fault! All you do is destroy any semblance of happiness in my life!"

Ino suddenly steps in front of Naruto defensively.

"You really are delusional you know that, Sakura." Ino hissed, shocking Sakura.

"I..."

"You and I both hurt Naruto-kun and while I have apologized and am in the process of making amends, you still blame Naruto-kun for your failure to get Sasuke to notice you."
