Pristine notes sat on the table, in a journal bought recently from Galdin Quay. The notes were of yesterday's ordeals, and a note of the dinner made by Ignis last night and how to recreate it. Prompto had found the journal first, confused at the random entries made every fourth day- or every third. Depending on what they'd fought that day, it seemed. It'd been a mystery, really. One that none of them could solve. Every time Nimue wrote in this, she seemed to slightly understand what it meant.

When Nimue finally exited the bathroom, showered and dressed, she had seen Prompto with her journal and immediately went to snatch it out of his hands. It was an easy grab and pull, as he didn't put up a fight. Reading it over, she closed it before lightly bonking Prompto on the head with it. Noctis was still asleep, while both Ignis and Gladio were on the balcony talking about something.

"Don't read it again. Okay, Prompto? My eyes only." Nimue said, looking it over. "Oh, Iggy made a stew?! Aww, I wish I could've eaten it!"

"But you did! L-last night, you were praising Iggy over how good it was. He totally blushed, covered it up and denied it when Noct and I asked him!" Prompto turned to look at her, knees on the chair he'd been sitting in. "You're saying you don't remember that?"

"No...? Am I supposed to?" Nimue inclined her head just slightly, before her eyes widened in realization. "...I'm supposed to. Oh, well... Uh... I was asleep!"

"Wait, then how-?" Prompto's look of confusion made Nimue giggle a little. "What's so funny?"

"I don't really talk about it with others. Maybe I'll explain someday. But for now, no reading the journal. Even if it's laid open on a table." Nimue bonked him lightly on the head again, just as Gladio and Ignis walked inside to see that.

"Dare I ask?" Ignis made his way to the kitchenette in the room.

"Looks like Prompto was readin' her diary." Gladio teased, earning the journal smacking against his face via Nimue.
