Chapter 13

By the front of the elementary school the portal opened up for Super Nathan to get out, followed by Viperion and Ryuko, then the trio glimpsed up at the building as the portal closed itself to leave the heroes to work.

"That's our children's school," Mentioned Ryuko making Viperion nod.

"It doesn't look from out here as it has any trouble," Mentioned Viperion. "There sure must be on the inside,"

"How would the dog miraculous get in there in the first place? Didn't Marinette hide it?" Questioned Super Nathan

"Marinette and I are the only ones, that know, where the box is hidden," Pointed Viperion out. "It's a mystery to me how someone would know about it…..except….there's also Rouven, who knows about our superhero part, but it would be strange for him to take it. We would have noticed,"

"Could he possibly have done it behind your back, if this is an option?" Questioned the redhead making his friend nod.

"Guys, let's get into the school and see if we find out what happened and what we're going to do," Suggested Ryuko making the two men nod, which ran along with the blue-haired heroine into the schoolhouse.

The trio stood inside the hall of the school, then looked around the place to see nowhere anyone around.

"It's empty," Said Super Nathan making Viperion nod. Ryuko looked at the open doors nearby, then furrowed her eyebrows curious to not hear any kids inside the rooms.

"Nothing to be heard here. Was Bunnyx sure, we're supposed to come here?" Questioned Ryuko making Super Nathan nod.

"It started here. Perhaps we should move up to the second floor or check the cellar or the gym hall," Commented Viperion making the friends nod.

"I'm going to check the gym, one of you should check downstairs," Suggested Super Nathan watching Viperion and Ryuko exchange looks. "Come on guys, let's go look for it,"

Super Nathan raced along the corridor into the boys' wardrobe, where he spotted a few bags and jackets hanging on the hooks, afterward, he stopped by two corridors, one, that led to the showers and the other one out to the gym. Super Nathan sneaked along the corridor to the next door, then moved the door open slowly to glimpse into the gym to see a quarter of the gym was filled with various materialistic objects, making Super Nathan move his eyebrows up confused.

"How does a car get into this hall without a garage door?" Questioned Super Nathan himself, then got into the hall to observe the surroundings hoping to find out more.

Super Nathan encountered a red-colored Sedan, then took a look at its license plate, then pondered about the description, and looked aside to see the closed gate of the gym, where for the sports lessons the articles are kept. Super Nathan approached the gate, then grabbed its handle to pull the gate up and got into the room, then jumped as a basketball was thrown in his direction. Super Nathan took out his pen, going to try drawing something on his tablet, followed by getting hit on his hand by a volleyball, while another one hit his head and he placed his arms above his head trying to cover.

"It's Super Nathan!" Announced a voice recalling the purple-skinned man's attention, which looked aside followed by a handball hitting him on his head again, making him dizzy from the hits.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare anyone," Warned Super Nathan trying to get up on his feet, afterward a student ran into his arms shrieking him, then he looked down to see it was Nathalie Kurtzberg from the future.

"You're back!" Gasped the girl making Super Nathan smile and caress the girl behind her back.

"Don't worry, I'm here for you," Promised Super Nathan, then watched Elliot come along with Rouven to take a look at the redhead. "Can you tell me, what's going on?" Asked Super Nathan, then Elliot pointed at Rouven, which sighed and stepped closer to the redhead.

"I'm sorry, Super Nathan. I borrowed one of the miraculouses to show it at the school and one of the teachers took it away from me. I think he was also the one, who used it and stole all these objects out there," Foretold Rouven, then Super Nathan heard a door open up and he ran out of the wareroom to spot a brunette man wielding the dog miraculous walk towards the corner of the gym, then yelled to make in front of him a wax figure of the superhero Tarantula-man.

"Hey it's Tarantula-man," Mentioned Rouven, then Super Nathan shushed the young boy shrieking it, which earned the attention of the dog miraculous holder. "Sowwy," Mumbled Rouven, then Super Nathan got up.

"Kids, get back to your teacher, I'm going to take care of him," Promised Super Nathan watching the boys run back, while Nathalie remained for a second by her father who patted the girl on the cheek and moved his hand out to suggest her to follow her friends. "I'll be back, don't worry," Promised the father, then both Kurtzbergs had split up and the redhead crossed the hall to meet up with the dog miraculous holder.

"Boy, this isn't a proper device to be use without caution," Warned the purple-skinned man. "I'd love to retrieve it back to its rightful owner,"

"Then what was this doing on a children's hand, if this is meant to be dangerous?" Questioned the man, then heard the door crash back and Ryuko stepped out along with Viperion to notice, Super Nathan had already found the miraculous.

"Felt like we could have spared time," Commented Viperion while behind him the door of the girl's wardrobe had gotten closed earning Nathaniel's attention.

"Did you really just cross the girl's wardrobe?" Questioned Super Nathan surprised.

"What's the issue? No one was there anyway, in an emergency no one does pay attention to such details," Spoke Viperion making Ryuko snort shortly at the argument.

"Could have been different," Commented Super Nathan making Viperion shrug his shoulders. "Are you for real?"

"Why are you two arguing about something unimportant?" Questioned the dog miraculous holder making Ryuko smirk, then she placed her hand on Super Nathan's shoulder.

"You know he's right, this fight is useless," Commented Ryuko, then Super Nathan glimpsed back at Viperion.

"See? She agrees with me,"

"I meant Viperion,"

"What!?" Responded Super Nathan shocked making Ryuko chuckle, then activate her wind power shrieking the three men, which observed the heroine turn into a wind brize and spin around the trio confusing them. Viperion smiled understanding what Ryuko was up to, afterward Ryuko pushed the dog miraculous holder against the ground and materialized herself back into her human form, so she was kneeling on the man's belly and retrieved the dog collar easily from the man, which transformed back into a teacher in his forties.

"I've got it," Said Ryuko getting up making Viperion and Super Nathan exchange looks at how easily Kagami removed the miraculous from the teacher.

"That…..was obviously part of my plan," Commented Super Nathan crossing his arms, making Viperion grin and smack his friend on the back.

"Good, good," Joked Viperion, then held up his hand for Ryuko to give it back to him.

"Who's the one, who took the miraculous?" Questioned the blue-haired woman, then Super Nathan pointed at the chamber, where the children were hidden.

"I know as well, who it was," Commented Viperion, then walked across the hall into the room, followed by Ryuko and Super Nathan, which stood back.

The students cheered as they saw Viperion had entered the room, then Viperion looked around for his son and spotted him in the middle with his head down, then Viperion crossed his arms with a frown waiting for Rouven to speak up.

"I hope you have understood, that what you did could have outgone differently," Mentioned Viperion. "Imagine if that teacher over there wasn't a teacher but someone else with other purposes?"

"I'm sorry," Apologized Rouven. "I just wanted to show, that we're a cool family,"

"Each family is cool in their own way. The most important part is if we're the ones, who see that for ourselves," Spoke Viperion making Rouven nod, then he got up and looked at his friends, which were waiting for him. "Shall we go?" Questioned Super Nathan, then noticed his daughter wave at him making the man smile and wave back.

"Your present time daughter is also awaiting her dad in the present time," Mentioned Ryuko watching the redhead pass his hand behind his head.

"After school though," Commented the man earning a nod from the heroine.
