One day the pups were playing at the Lookout.
When Ryder came over to them.
"Hey pups, I think that crate Mr. Porter is expecting will arrive in Adventure Bay today.." he said.
The pups were excited.
"Yum, looking forward to trying some food with those ingredients Mr. Porter ordered." said Rubble excitedly.
"Yeah me too." said Chase.
"When will the delivery come in?" asked Rocky.
"I think Mr. Porter said in about 15 minutes." replied Ryder.
"That's good, well I'd better head out to Seal Island." said Zuma. "Cap'n Turbot is waiting for me to take me there so I can help him with some things."
He put on his gear and then went over to his hovercraft.
"See you later dudes." said Zuma.
"Bye Zuma, have fun on Seal Island." said Ryder.
Zuma set off in his hovercraft and soon was on his way to the pier across from Mr. Porter's cafe so Cap'n Turbot could give him a ride to Seal Island on The Flounder.
Soon he arrived.
Zuma hopped off his hovercraft and saw Cap'n Turbot waiting for him by The Flounder.
"Hey Cap'n Turbot ready to show me what needs to be done?" he asked.
"Sure Zuma, let's set sail for Seal Island." replied Cap'n Turbot.
He hopped on his boat and went to the controls and Zuma hopped on The Flounder.
Soon the two of them were on their way to Seal Island.
Meanwhile the freighter that had Mr. Porters crate along with some other things on the ship was near Adventure Bay.
"Ahh, almost there." said the captain.
Then he noticed some rocks in the bay.
"Woah, better watch out for those rocks," said the captain.
He swerved his ship to the right around the rocks but he steered too sharp and too fast so some of the crates slid toward the right side.
When he turned his ship to the left to get back on course the crates smashed into the the side of the ship.
One of them was Mr. Porters crate!
When the crates reached the edge of the starboard some other cargo on the ship smacked into the crates and Mr. Porters crate toppled off the ship and into the water!
The captain saw what had happened.
"Oh-no, that was Mr. Porters crate!" he cried.
The captain knew he needed to find it but he had to keep on schedule so he continued on to the docks.
Soon he arrived at the docks, Mr. Porter was there to pick up his crate.
The captain's crew started to help unload the ship.
The captain climbed off his ship to make sure all the cargo was safe.
"Hello!" said Mr. Porter. "Is my order here?"
The captain sighed.
"I'm sorry but the crate got pushed off my ship and now it's lost in the water." he explained.
Mr. Porter was shocked.
"Oh-no! Those ingredients came from Portugal!" he cried. "Now their lost in the ocean!"
"It fell off the ship near Seal Island." said the captain.
"We better call the PAW Patrol to get it back." said Mr. Porter.
Ryder was playing on his Pup Pad when he got the call.
"Hi Mr. Porter, has your crate come in?" he asked.
"No it's in the sea!" cried Mr. Porter.
"Oh-no!" cried Ryder. "Do you have any idea where it is?"
"The captain said it fell off near Seal Island." said Mr. Porter.
"Don't worry Mr. Porter we'll find it. No job is too big! No pup is too small!" said Ryder.
Ryder pulled out the side of the Pup Pad to summon the pups.
"PAW Patrol to the Lookout!" said Ryder.
"Ryder needs us!" said the pups.
They ran towards the Lookout.
Zuma wasn't with them since he was helping Captain Turbot.
On the way in, Marshall tripped on a tugboat toy and crashed into the elevator.
"Sorry I hope I don't float out to sea." he joked.
The pups laughed as the elevator rose.
It stopped halfway so the pups could put on their gear.
Then it went up the rest of the way.
The elevator stopped at the top and the pups jumped out in front of Ryder waiting to hear what the emergency was.
"PAW Patrol, ready for action Ryder sir!" said Chase.
Ryder pressed the button on the Pup Pad and the screen came down.
"Thanks for hurrying pups, we have an emergency out in the bay." he said.
"The ship with Mr. Porters crate got knocked overboard and now the crate is lost out near Seal Island." Ryder explained.
The pups were surprised.
"What! Now we can't try any foods with those ingredients from Portugal." cried Rubble.
"Don't worry Rubble, we'll find it." said Chase.
"For this mission I need Chase." said Ryder as he chose Chase's icon.
"I need you to use your tracking skills to help me locate where the crate fell off," said Ryder.
"Chase is on the case!" said Chase.
"We'll also have a map of Adventure Bay so we can try to locate where the crate but we'll also use my pup pad to help us find the place where the ship lost the crate so I'll need Marshall." said Ryder as he chose Marshall's icon.
"I need you to use the map to help figure out where the crate fell." said Ryder.
"Ready for a ruff-ruff rescue!" said Marshall.
"Alright! PAW Patrol is on a roll!" said Ryder as he ran to the pole and slid down it.
Chase and Marshall ran to the slide and slid down it to their pup houses.
Their pup houses transformed into their vehicles and they raced away from the Lookout.
Ryder joined them on his ATV and they set off for the beach to figure out where the crate had fallen.
They arrived at the beach and they quickly ran down so they were near the water.
Ryder took out his pup pad and tried to figure out where the crate had fallen.
"Mr. Porter said the captain had to swerve to avoid hitting some rocks so we need to look near Seal Island to find the exact place the crate fell off." he said.
Marshall took out the map of Adventure Bay from his pup pack.
"Hmm, let's see." he said.
Just then they heard the engine of a truck.
They looked back and saw my tow truck parking behind their vehicles.
"Oh boy! Adam!" cried Marshall, wagging his tail.
I ran up quickly to Ryder, Chase, and Marshall.
Marshall quickly ran up to me.
"Hey guys." I said as I knelt down and gently stroked the back of Marshall's head.
"Hey little buddy." I said as Marshall sat down to enjoy me scratching him.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked.
"Mr. Porters crate from Portugal got knocked off the ship, it fell off near Seal Island so we're trying to get it back." explained Chase.
"Oh that's terrible." I said.
"Yes, we're trying to figure out the exact spot the crate fell over." said Ryder as he picked up Marshall's map.
"Is there anything I could do to help?" I asked.
"Well we're gonna need to use Zuma's submarine to go underwater to find it." said Ryder.
"Hey, I've always wanted to drive a submarine." I said as I stood up from stroking the back of Marshall's head.
"It's at the pier over there." said Ryder pointing to his right.
"Wait, where's Zuma?" I asked. "He would be useful here."
"He's helping Cap'n Turbot on Seal Island." explained Chase.
"So it's just you three for this underwater search?" I asked.
"Yes Ad." said Marshall.
"I can get Zuma's hovercraft if you want." I offered.
"Ok Adam, you can get the hovercraft. We'll try to figure out where we should look from." said Ryder.
"Right away Ryder." I said running towards Zuma's hovercraft.
While I went to get Zuma's hovercraft; Ryder, Chase, and Marshall were trying to figure out how we were gonna find the crate.
Soon I came back with Zuma's hovercraft.
"Here's Zuma's hovercraft Ryder." I said as I hopped down from the hovercraft.
"Thanks Adam," said Ryder. "Now I think a couple of us can turn the hovercraft into the submarine and go underwater to go look for the crate."
"Could I take the submarine Ryder?" I asked. "I've wondered what it's like down there."
"Of course Adam, you are prepared after all." said Ryder.
"Hey Adam! Can I come with you?" asked Marshall wagging his tail. "I've never been in the submarine before."
"Of course, Marshall." I chuckled.
"Can I Ryder?" asked Marshall.
"Of course Marshall." said Ryder with a laugh. "You two take the submarine underwater so you can look for the crate."
"Alright!" cried Marshall.
"Let's go underwater little buddy." I said.
"Right Adam." replied Marshall.
I hopped in the driver seat behind the controls and Marshall hopped into the passenger seat behind me.
"Ok you two, Chase and I will stay here above water, you let us know if you find anything." said Ryder.
"Ok Ryder." I said.
I turned on the hovercraft's propellers and the hovercraft took off into the water with Marshall and I riding in it.
Ryder used his Pup Pad to talk to me and Marshall over the hovercraft's screen.
"Ok you two." said Ryder. "Now turn left for a bit just so your in the right place."
"You got it Ryder." I said as I steered the hovercraft to the left so we would be in the right to dive underwater.
Chase narrowed his eyes so he could also see the hovercraft.
"Ryder, how can we help them, there's no other way we could get to sea." he pointed out.
"Don't worry Chase, we'll follow them in that rowboat over there." said Ryder, pointing to a rowboat tied to the pier.
"Ok Ryder, let's roll," said Chase as he ran toward the boat.
Ryder followed after Chase and they ran onto the pier.
Chase hopped in the rowboat first but Ryder stood by the rowboat standing on the pier so he could tell Marshall and I they would follow in the rowboat and help if we needed it.
"Adam, Marshall, Chase and I will follow in a rowboat so we can help if you need it finding the crate." he said.
"Ok Ryder." I said.
Ryder looked out to sea and saw Marshall and I had taken the hovercraft out near Seal Island.
"Ok you two I think that's good so you can turn the hovercraft into the submarine now," he said.
"Ok Ryder." said Marshall.
"Let's dive." I said.
I pressed a button and the hovercraft turned into the submarine.
I dove the submarine underwater and Marshall and I were soon starting the search to find Mr. Porter's crate.
"Woah! the only times I've ever been underwater are the times I was a mer-pup, also I was in the diving bell with Chase and Cap'n Turbot when Zuma and Skye became mer-pups." said Marshall.
"Oh yeah you told me about those." I said.
"This is so cool." said Marshall as he looked around at our surroundings from the cover on the submarine.
"Yeah it is little buddy." I said. "Now let's find that crate."
"Right." replied Marshall.
I drove the submarine closer to the ocean floor to see if we could find the crate.
Marshall looked from behind me to see if he could help me spot the crate.
"Hmm, no luck yet." he said. "It's so dark down here."
"Yeah, it's because since we're so far under the water, light can only get so far below the surface. The water molecules scatter and absorb it." I explained.
"That's interesting." commented Marshall.
"Sure is." I replied as we continued searching for the crate.
Meanwhile above the surface Ryder and Chase took the rowboat out to sea.
Chase looked around from the front of the boat while Ryder paddled.
"I hope they're doing ok down there." said Chase looking back at Ryder.
"Don't worry Chase, I'm sure Adam and Marshall are just fine." reassured Ryder.
Ryder stopped paddling the boat a minute later.
He pulled out his Pup Pad to check where Marshall and I were.
"My Pup Pad says their right near us at the ocean floor." Ryder told Chase.
"Do you think they'll find the crate?" asked Chase.
"The captain said it fell off near Seal Island and we're near there so I think we're close." said Ryder.
Then Chase noticed something in the water.
"Hey look over there!" he said pointing his paw to what he found.
Ryder looked through some binoculars and saw what Chase had found.
It was the rocks the Captain almost ran into.
"It's some rocks." said Ryder. "Their near Seal Island like the captain said so maybe the ship almost hit those rocks and then the crate toppled off the ship."
"That might be the answer." said Chase.
"I'll call Adam and Marshall to tell them what we found." said Ryder.
Meanwhile under the surface Marshall and I were still underwater looking for the crate.
"The crate must be around here somewhere." said Marshall as he kept looking around where we were at.
"It should be." I said. "Ryder said it fell off the ship near Seal Island."
Just then a call came in on the submarine's touch screen.
I tapped it to answer the call.
"Hey Ryder, we haven't had any luck finding the crate." I said.
"Chase saw some rocks, we think that has something to do with the crate falling overboard." said Ryder.
"Rocks? Where?" asked Marshall looking over my shoulder so he could see the screen too.
"Near Seal Island, I'll send you the coordinates." said Ryder as he used his Pup Pad to send his and Chase's location to Marshall and I over the sub's screen.
Soon Ryder and Chase's location came on the screen.
"Ok we got them Ryder, we'll look there." said Marshall from behind me.
"Ok you two, I hope that helps us find the crate." replied Ryder.
I drove the submarine straight so we could follow the coordinates Ryder gave us.
I stopped the sub soon after and Marshall and I looked around to see if we could spot the crate.
As we looked around Marshall looked up and saw a strange shape above us.
"Uh.. Adam, there's something above us." he said.
I looked up and saw what Marshall ment.
"That's just Ryder and Chase's boat, Ryder said they would follow in a rowboat." I said looking back at Marshall.
"Oh..yeah." replied Marshall.
I called Ryder on the touchscreen.
"Ryder we're right below now." I said.
"Ok now just look around, maybe the crate fell off somewhere around here ." replied Ryder.
Marshall and I looked around for a bit then Marshall saw a strange shape near us but could barely see it because of the darkness underwater.
"Hey Adam, I think I see something," he said, pointing his paw straight ahead.
My eyes narrowed as I tried to make out what Marshall had found.
"Your right little buddy." I said. "Let's see what that is."
I drove the submarine closer to whatever it was.
The submarine's front lights shone in the darkness so we could see what it was.
Then we could see what it was.
It was Mr. Porter crate!
"I think that's Mr. Porters crate!" gasped Marshall.
"Yes, that must be it!" I said. "Good find little buddy!"
"Thanks Adam." said Marshall.
I quickly called Ryder on the submarine's touch screen again.
"Ryder, we found it!" I said. "Well, Marshall found it."
"And Adam drove us closer so we could see it." said Marshall.
"Good job you two!" said Ryder. "Now try to bring it up to the surface."
I activated the submarine's rescue arm.
A robotic arm with a grabber on it popped out from the bottom of the submarine then I controlled it to grab the crate.
Soon I got the grabber to grab the crate.
"Got it." I said.
"Let's bring it back to the surface," said Marshall.
I drove the submarine up but the crate didn't move.
"Huh?" I asked.
"Try again," said Marshall.
I tried again but the crate still wouldn't move.
"Let's tell Ryder that the crate won't budge." said Marshall as I drove the submarine back down right above the ocean floor.
"Yeah, good idea." I said.
I tapped the touchscreen to call Ryder.
"Ryder we tried to bring the crate back up to the surface but it won't budge." I said.
"Yeah, it's stuck" said Marshall as he looked over my shoulder so Ryder could see him also.
"Don't worry I'll scuba dive down to see if I can help," said Ryder.
As he grabbed his scuba gear from the boat Chase spoke up.
"Ryder, can I go with you? The only times I've ever scuba dived are on Sea Patrol missions," he said.
"Ok Chase, but your gonna need some gear if you're gonna scuba dive." replied Ryder.
Chase put on a blue version of Zuma's helmet like Rocky had used a green version of it when he went underwater to help Ryder and Zuma fix the Diving Bell.
He and Ryder put their regulators in their mouth and they dove underwater to help Marshall and I free the crate.
Soon Marshall and I saw Ryder and Chase scuba diving down to us.
"There they are," said Marshall.
"Yeah, now let's see if they can get the crate free." I said.
Ryder and Chase swam over to the crate.
They examined the crate and saw that some seaweed was tangled in the crate.
Ryder took out some scissors and got to work cutting the seaweed so Marshall and I could take the crate back to the surface.
Chase did what he could to help, like try to pull the seaweed away from the crate.
Soon he and Ryder had gotten the seaweed away from the crate.
Chase waved his right paw and Ryder gave a thumbs up to signal Marshall and I that the crate was free.
Marshall waved his paw back and I gave a thumbs up.
I drove the submarine up and while Chase and Ryder pushed the crate from the bottom the submarine pulled the crate back up to the surface.
Soon the submarine submerged from the water and Ryder and Chase came up to the surface.
Ryder and Chase took their regulators out of their mouths.
"We got it!" cried Chase excitedly.
"Good job guys." said Ryder.
I pressed a button and the cover on the submarine retracted.
"Thank you for freeing the crate," said Marshall.
"No problem, thank you for finding it," replied Chase.
"Anytime." I said.
"Now let's get this crate to Mr. Porter." said Ryder.
Ryder and Chase swam back to their boat and rowed it back to the pier with me and Marshall following in the submarine and with the crate.
When we got back to shore Ryder and Chase tied their boat back to the pier then they helped Marshall and me get the crate safely onto the beach.
Marshall and I transformed the submarine back into the hovercraft then I drove it back onto the beach.
After I drove the hovercraft onto the road behind my tow truck Marshall and I hopped out so we could help Ryder and Chase move the crate safely toward our trucks.
Soon the crate was safely by our trucks.
"Ok, now that we have the crate we can get it to Mr. Porter." I said.
"I'll call Rocky to see if he can make a trailer for us to transport the crate on." said Ryder as he pulled out his Pup Pad to call Rocky.
"Rocky, we found the crate. Can you help us make a trailer for us to transport it on?" asked Ryder.
"Sure thing Ryder, don't lose it, reuse it!" said Rocky.
Soon Rocky arrived in his recycling truck.
Then he noticed me.
"Adam, what are you doing here?" he asked.
"I was just helping them find the crate, I went underwater with Marshall in the submarine." I explained.
"Uh..ok." said Rocky. "So let's see what I have to make that trailer."
Rocky went through his recyclables and found some wood, some wheels and some bolts.
"These things will work," he said.
Rocky quickly got to work and made a trailer for us to haul the crate on.
"That should do it." he said as he screwed the last bolt into the wheel so it would stay on.
"Good job Rocky now let's get this crate back to Mr. Porter." said Ryder as he and I loaded the crate onto the trailer.
Just then Cap'n Turbot came back with Zuma.
"Hey dudes what's going on?" asked Zuma.
"Hey Zuma, we just found Mr. Porter's crate." said Chase.
"What cwate?" asked Zuma.
Ryder, Chase, Marshall and I explained everything.
"Wow, that's quite a stowy." said Zuma.
"Yeah it is," said Rocky with a laugh.
"Now let's get this to Mr. Porter, Adam can you tow this trailer with your tow truck?" asked Ryder.
"Sure can." I said.
I hopped back in my tow truck and moved it in front of the trailer and Rocky grabbed the hook and attached it to the trailer.
Then we all set off for the docks.
Mr. Porter and the captain of the ship were there when they saw Ryder, Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Zuma and I entering the docks and then they saw the crate on the trailer towed by my tow truck.
We drove over to them.
"You found my crate!" cried Mr. Porter.
"We had some help from Adam and Zuma's submarine." said Ryder as he hopped off his ATV.
"Yeah, Adam drove it underwater and I went with him." said Marshall as the rest of us hopped off our vehicles.
"Well thank you for your help Adam." said Mr. Porter.
"Aw, no problem." I said.
"Thank you for finding my crate PAW Patrol." said Mr. Porter.
"No problem Mr Porter, whenever your crate falls overboard just help for help!" said Ryder.
"Let's see what Portugal makes." said Marshall.
I grabbed my crowbar and pried the side of the crate open.
"Hey look at all this," said Rocky.
"Yeah, it's quite a load in this cwate." added Zuma.
"Yeah, check out these cheeses for instance." added Chase.
Marshall dug in the crate and by accident opened up one of the jars.
Some sauce spilled onto Marshall's muzzle.
"Mmm.. delicious." said Marshall as he licked his muzzle clean.
We all laughed as Marshall emerged from the crate.
I knelt down and stroked Marshall's fur again.
Marshall sat down and wagged his tail calmly as he enjoyed his scratch.
The End.
