Dean searched the whole town for his brother. He called Castiel to help him.
"Any luck?" Dean asked Castiel. "It's getting hard for me since I carved your ribs" Cas said and Dean sighed.
His big brother instincts were going haywire. He knew Sam was in trouble. He just didn't know where to look.
"There might be a way" Castiel said. "What?" Dean asked. Castiel closed his eyes to concentrate.
"Found him" Cas said. "Where? Let's take the car" Dean said. "There's no time, Dean" Cas said and pressed two fingers on Dean's forehead.
Dean opened his eyes to see barren land. "Where is he?" Dean asked. "Underground" Cas said and Dean's eyes went wide. "You mean... he's..." Dean's voice trailed off.
"Step aside Dean" Cas said and Dean stepped aside. Cas used his powers and the ground became cracked. Castiel saw a coffin and pulled it out with his strength.
Dean immediately hurried to the coffin and tried to open it but it was shut tight. Cas used his powers again to lift the lid and Dean froze.
Sam lay bound and gagged in the coffin, with a dagger in his stomach. "SAMMYYYY" Dean screamed and Cas opened the ropes and gag. Dean took his brother's limp form in his hands.
"Hey, Sammy, c'mon" Dean tried to raise Sam but Sam had lost a lot of blood. He sighed with relief when he found a pulse. "Cas" Dean pleaded and Cas healed Sam and took them to Bobby's.
"What the hell!" Bobby's voice came when Sam and Dean appeared out of thin air. "What happened?" Bobby asked while Dean laid Sam on Bobby's couch.
"War kidnapped him" Dean said and Bobby understood everything. "God... Bobby... he... was... buried... alive" Dean choked on sobs and Bobby froze. "And... the... blood?" Bobby asked. "Stabbed" Dean croaked out and Bobby closed his eyes tight.
Dean took Sam's hand, feeling grateful that Cas healed his brother and his brother was alive. "God, Sammy" Dean said and shed a single tear. Bobby came near and put a hand on Dean's shoulder.
Dean had nearly lost his brother. Him not trusting Sam almost cost Sam his life. "Wake up Sammy, I'm not going anywhere. I'm not leaving you, ever" Dean said with a promise in his words
