I finished a pair of shoes for a real commission of again a death student. Doing this is bringing in money I really needed as now I am buying Katy's food as well.
The hot sun was baring down today making me wish there was a pool or lake here, I could go stand in the waterfall in the commons but I never see anyone do it and I wonder if it was wrong. More sad, the pond out there is so shallow it would not cover me if I laid flat on my back.
I pulled on my long robe wondering if I should make myself a more breathable one, maybe stop trying to slightly match this worlds style and just go nuts.
After dropping off the shoes I leaned on the Myth building checking the time as she was going to help me actually fight and I madly needed her.
It was nice to have a friend for once.
Nolan came out pausing as he looked my way before he gave me a cold nod and walked by.
I just watched him like a creep without saying a word.
"Nolan?" I spoke when he was almost to far he lightly spun to me waiting. "Is there anywhere to swim around here I don't know about?"
"People head to Grizzleheim for waterfalls and lakes or this small island world called Anolria where they have beach parties, world of fairies really."
He turned and walked off saying, shut up with his body but I gave a small smile at the fact he answered me, sadly I am not aloud to use the spiral to go anywhere even somewhere safe.
I fought with Katy for so long until we were both out of mana and we laid on our personal pvp arena just relaxing.
"I need the ability to use ice. I need that spell." She flopped on the ground. "I can't free cast with someone attacking me, I need to dodge spells hurt."
"I know nothing about Myth. I knew of a few summons but I was unwelcome to learn more." She looked at me confused. "But, they are cocky for a reason, perhaps your missing something important that let's them free cast."
"I know summons can be used for that." I nodded. "But I can't get a summon off." She whined.
"Did you miss a spell you have?"
"I don't know I learned some, they are in me I just have no way to remember." She laid down. "I should get some paper and write them all down." She sighed. "You have a point in the start I was not paying that much attention, maybe there is a spell so weak sounding I never gave it a thought."
"So." I spoke looking away. "You can't see them?"
"What do you mean?" She sat up looking at me.
"Nothing." She gave me a look like I was hiding something and I was so to distract her I spoke. "You would have made a good storm, you focus on power not even dealing with the small things or little boosts you probably can do."
"Ya, ya." She waved. "I wish."
I stepped out of the dorm with a yawn when I noticed all the Myth student's hiding around the area staring at the Death school. I spotted Katy behind a tree and walked over curious as I counted ten of them.
I then leaned on a building just to wait and see.
There was a large explosion sound and not even a second later a big gust of brown wind came exploding from the death school. Not long until fifteen kids came poring out screaming trying to breath.
It took a second but then the smell hit my nose making me cover it even with my mask on.
The Myth showed themselves laughing at the death kids just trying to breath.
"You ever smell a minotaur fart." One boy yelled.
"Well that was five." Katy yelled. "Your turn you fucks." And they ran into the classroom making me laugh.
Peeking into the Myth classroom I noticed the teacher was not here as I opened it bigger finding no Nolan also, She waved me in.
"Ah the teachers are at some conference."
"That was funny." I slid my hands in my pockets raising my shoulders awkwardly.
"Death started it by turning off the lights but they stand no chance against us." There was cheer's and high fives.
She really is her own influence.
Even got the stuck up Myth class to fight back.
"What next?" She slid on a table as they all got quiet.
"Did you really farm minotaur farts." I asked her quietly as I slid next to her and she nodded proud making me chuckle. "That sounds... fun."
I tried to think of pranks from home.
"Glitter." I spoke making them look at me. "Massive amounts of glitter."
"That is not that big." One sighed.
"Do you know how hard it is to remove glitter."
They all seemed to think about it.
"Summon a whale on there school." One yelled.
"That might hurt someone, not a prank." Katy said.
A shadow came poring in from the door and windows making all of us jump on desks to avoid it on the ground. We could not get away as it climbed, around our ankles as we stood to get away. Some tried to jump but it was to late.
Then all of our robes were pulled over our heads and we all stood there in our underwear making the student's scream and cover themselves as the death laughed peeking into our windows.
The shadow dragged them all to the door where they got stuck under it.
Feeling a little laugh in me as I jumped down to get them.
Katy stood up and ran her hand in her hair taking a pose. "Eat your heart out boy's." She yelled.
We came to an idea an earthquake and a ton of bugs. Katy then grabbed buckets of water and two people of snuck to both sides of the door.
I watched two boy's that fist bumped each other as they faced the death school bringing there wands out. I moved and called my bugs.
I sent them in as the two of them started an earthquake under the death school, there was screaming as they ran out the door and they dumped water all over them.
The stood there soaked holding there arms out like it was the worst thing in the world as the Myth laughed there heads off getting space.
"What is this?" Malorn spoke making all of us stop moving and look behind us where the assistants for all schools stood.
Myth ran into there class room but the death school just stood there unsure what to do. I slid into the shaded place between the schools pretending I was not a part of this.
No one spoke but the fire girl just started to laugh. "When the cats away." She leaned over. "Oh I have not seen a prank war in a while." Completely understanding.
"It can't be." The life spoke. "It's death and myth, death and myth don't do that that is a elemental thing." She crossed her arms.
Malorn smiled and waved them into the classroom. "Well, can't fix the issue right now, I have things to talk about." They followed him, some walking like the water was in an unsavory place.
One of the death guy's looked over at me, his eye's scanning my body with a small smile and followed them in, I felt nervous and ashamed.
All of them headed to the schools, by the sound of it, it was important. I sat on my bench sad I was not in a real class room, I kicked around a small pile of dirt feeling alone again. I opened my achievements again. There was a few and started to read still curious about it.
The Explorer achievement?
Going to everyplace unlocking all of wizard city and then each world with there own achievements.
I can do that.
I stood up.
I need to know what these do for me, do I get something or it is just something more for me to do?
I read the small amount I had as I walked, there was a couple for Pvp, some for fishing a couple in tailoring. Why do I have this? I Worry the key to earth is a fake lie and I will never get home, that I am in some world that has nothing to do with my actual planet.
If this was a game and not a school why do I have nothing to fight, level or quest. Why is it an almost normal school.
I tried to stop thinking as I walked around all areas I have yet to see, the questions and worry make me feel crazy and panicked.
I need to stop thinking about this as it will never make me happy.
Where was I when I came here, I thought as I tried to distract myself, I tried to really focus on the memory but it was fuzzy mostly because of the Myth teacher.
I had left my work and got into my car, I don't think I died, I don't think I fell into a portal or coma I was just suddenly here naked in a large yellow light below my feet.
The creepy bone man of Professor Drake staring down on me with this mean and bitchy stare, glaring at me like I was crap. I tried to block out the next part when he found out I did not listen and do as he say's, I just stayed in the circle with my legs to my chest as I tried to cover myself.
He started to hurt me with slaps and pokes when the headmaster came and saved me.
He was to never use that spell again when it was found out I was from earth, by the sounds of it they think it was soo long ago there when we never showered or lived in huts. They don't know what it was like now and I really did not want to tell anyone how it had changed.
That was a dark scary time.
Honestly glad he cut me off from him.
He was creepy and mean and I feel bad for the summons he does have.
They are nothing but tools to him and that is heartbreaking that he is a teacher.
As I strolled through the dark cave looking abandoned buildings but knowing people live here I wonder why every class is so apart, they need to wear their colors, live in their zones and be separate from each other, it is sad.
Last is the Ice place.
I walked in enjoying the freezing cold right away. This place was so pretty covered in snow and ice as I made myself a snowball and tossed it on a building with a smile.
I loved it for about a minute before I got too cold, snow seeping into my shoes.
I made it to the end and walked back to the shopping district.
Leaning on the building outside the the way in wondering why I did not get it. What am I missing? I swear this was it.
I guess not.
Must be some secret place or something.
That was a waste of time.
I slid into the back corner waiting for my food order pulling out a book about moon magic and more, the sun and stars are also a big thing.
"Boris Tallstaff" Was called by the cook making me glance up at the purple and yellow dressed man. I want to dress the guy's here, I am sure I can come with multisex outfits that fit and don't look like it was made in an early 2000 mmo video game.
I mean even just the shoes.
I always judged men on there shoes, could not help it.
He took his food and sat down next to Nolan in the far corner. Ah they are friends then?
"So you can't find her?" I heard as I yawned making me look back over. "What was her name?"
"She never told me."
Haha what is he looking for some cinderella?
I wonder who she is, I almost want to help him find her.
Then again it is probably going to be some fast and sexual thing and then he will never talk to her again, so maybe that is wrong to help him find her.
"Ryan." Was called as I stood up and grabbed my food before sitting back down. They did not even look my way. I just took a seat, maybe I can help as I ate listening in.
"Maybe she knew what a slut you can be and ran the other way." He laughed at his friend making me smile. "She could just be avoiding you completely." I almost agreed.
"Thanks'." He spoke with distain making his friend laugh again.
I opened my book again as I ate and tried not to listen in, was not hard as I was deep in the story. When I stood up I passed there table. I paused wanting to say something but nothing came to mind as they stared at me blankly so I walked off as he made a noise like I was weird.
