The SCP-9683 instances are a strange bunch, but by Foundation standards they are quite mundane and uninteresting. At least, that's what most people working with SCP-9683 thought before they descended into the chaos which is the lives of the personified countries.

3. Cannon Stuff

Stuff that is cannon in this AU because I said so:

•England has a genetically identical doppleganger, Oliver Kirkland who's from another timeline where 'Day Broke'. Oliver was found residing in Unlondon with a reality bender after the Foundation stormed the Houses of Parliament's.

•Almost everyone in the Hetalia 2p world is dead apart from Oliver and a few other nations. The rest have either melted to the red sun or died from the collapse of their country.

•In the same world when Day Broke, 2p Liechtenstein and Switzerland reset the world, accidentally causing the timeline to 'split' and 'be together' at the same time. This is the reason Unlondon is in the 1p Hetalia Timeline due to the interference of 2p Liechtenstein and Switzerland. (The fanfiction 'Gutters' also take place around this time).

•The UK brothers as well as many other nations know the existence of Alagadda and tends to avoid it.

•Many SCP-3288 instances have met Austria before and he will always refuse to speak about his encounters with them. The Aristocrats are also used as a precautionary tale for younger nations.

•Tony the Alien has travelled across the galaxy and is a scholar in the Ortothan religion and it's story. This is the reason why he is considered a POI by the Council.

•O5-1 and Agnes Peterson befriended America when the American government began working with the Foundation in its early years.

•The GOC and Foundation both have files on the personifications. Regardless of tensions between the two group, the nations are considered important by both the GOC and Foundation. This dates back to during the Seventh Occult War when the SCP-9683 instances and Foundation worked together with the early GOC (Before Allied Occult Coalition) to get rid of the Obskurakorps.

•Dr. Mari Ordell has been around since the late 1890s.

•China, Egypt and most of the Ancients have lived through many Reality Re-Structure Events.

•The Wanderer's Library has been visited by a few of the nations in Hetalia.

•SCP-006 is useless on the nation's. When the nations are 'killed', Death speaks to them for a while instead of taking their soul. The nation then goes back to their physical body after a few days. Water from SCP-006 only forcefully 'wakes' the nation up. •Death is a good friend of Lithuania.

•Russia can approach SCP-6051 without being frozen to death instantly. SCP-6051 is not friendly towards Russia, but doesn't mind him either, as they are both similar.

•Anomlous pre-history factions/country's have had personifications to. The Daevites, Fae, House of Apollyon, Sarkists, etc. All of them are more powerful than the personifications that are currently alive.

•A story about a rebellious SCP-9683 instance is rumoured. This SCP-9683 instance was an anomaly, far more dangerous than normal. It defied it's very nature to serve. No one knows what took place during the 'Rebellion' was true or not, but if it was, the Foundation has scrubbed all records of such nation.

•China gifted SCP-348 to Japan when he was a child.

•In a silly alternate universe, the O5-Council is lead by the micronations. Sealand is O5-4, the Ambassador, Liechtenstein is O5-12, the Accountant.

•In a not so silly alternate universe, the original O5 Council was overthrown by several of the nations, America, Canada, and Russia. They promised to make the world a better place after the Seventh Occult War but in the end, it eventually failed. Calvin Lucien, Olivia Torres, Adam Ivanov, and Anthony Wright go after them, just like in the Ouroboros Cycle.
