It's past war and everyone needs to find back their footing, Harry most of all. For the longest time he could not see past Voldemort but now he had to. He had much to contemplate about his future and that included how Ginny may fit into his life - if she still wanted him.

The Triwizard Tournament ends with tragedy. One champion is left dead, two more maimed, and one missing and presumed dead. And now Harry Potter finds himself on a strange island with a strange woman and no idea just how to get back home to Hogwarts.

Remus Lupin shows up at King's Cross on 1 September 1991. A story mostly written mostly in letters. Follows the cannon plot closely in first year and then starts to diverge, until, in November 1994, Harry, Remus and Sirius move to the USA, where Ilvermorny provides what Dumbledore didn't: an environment conducive to learning about magic. Years 1-6 complete.
