Andre was a tall muscular 20 years old, with short dirty blond hair and grey eyes. He was very handsome. He could have chosen anyone to be with, but he wanted to make the right choice. His mother suggested he go visit Bruno Madrigal to see his future and get insight on his future love. Andre wasn't keen on it as he had heard that Bruno caused a negative future for everyone. But his mother reassured that negative fortunetelling makes better gossip, and positives have been predicted too.

It didn't take much to convince him, Andre was desperate to know who he would spend the rest of his life with. The sooner he could find them, the more time they would have together. He aspired to have a love like his parents. His mother talked of his father constantly and how passionate their love was. They were never apart until his father died 5 years after they were married. Andre only knew his mom to be depressed, as he was only 3 when his father died, but he knew that if his father were still here his mom would shine like the sun. He couldn't stand the thought of falling in love and letting time between them be cut short. He wanted the life his mom could never have.

When he arrived at the Casa Madrigal, it wasn't long until he made his case to Abuela and was sent to Bruno's tower to have his future read. He made it up all the stairs, and despite being very physically fit, it was hell climbing them. He made his way across the bridge, through a hall, and to a door. It was all very mysterious and intimidating. It felt as though he had to show his worth to know his future. Had he been a coward, he could not have been brave enough to get this far. Andre imagined Bruno to be a strong and ominous wizard, if this place was anything to go by.

He knocked on the door, not sure if he should just walk in. The door opened slowly, as if by magic, revealing a very large room with a very small man standing in the center. It was unexpected.

Andre walked up to what he could only describe as an innocent and timid boy. Only, he knew this boy was twice his age. He was just so small and looked so young! It was almost comical how small and nonthreatening this man was compared to this place. His head only came to Andre's chest and his eyes were big and innocent. He was cute. Surely this could not be the infamous Prophet. Andre glanced around looking for anyone else but it was just the two of them.

"Hi, I'm Bruno. You wanted me to look into your future?" Bruno asked getting the impression that his guest may be feeling a little out of place. Abuela insisted he stay in the tower and wait for people to come, but he hadn't been getting many people lately. This was his first in a week. He had seen many people in the past few decades, so it was all very routine for him. But for a new person, it could be a lot to take in.

"Y-yes," Andre sputtered. Bruno's voice struck him as unique and sweet. Needing to hear that voice again he asked, "Will you be able to tell me who my future love will be?" Andre stepped closer and peered in to big doe eyes. He couldn't help but smile.

"My visions aren't always exact, but we should be able to see something." Bruno tried to explain. He tried not to feel too intimidated by the tall man staring at him so intensely. He had a job to do. Cracking his knuckles he led Andre into the circle. "Usually I don't let others see the vision, but since we are looking for someone specific it will be better for you to see." Bruno sat down and put his hands out for the other man to take. Andre noted how soft the hands he held were. A swirl of sand, a flash of green, and images began to form. Andre was so entranced by Bruno's beautiful shining green eyes, that he nearly missed the images around them.

He saw himself in town talking to a few girls, then his mother was hugging him, and then he was sitting across from someone at a table. In the vision, he smiled excitedly and pulled out a ring but the vision only showed the back of the person's head. Just as the person began to turn to reveal themself- someone interrupted abruptly yelling for Bruno. The vision stopped suddenly as the Prophet lost concentration. It was infuriating for Andre, they were so close!

"Felix," Bruno said guiltily glancing at Andre then turning to face the intruder. "I was in the middle of something." Andre's heart skipped a beat as he stared at the back of Bruno's head . It was in that moment that he realized who the other person was in the vision.

"So sorry!" Felix responded in haste, "Abuela wanted to see you urgently. She said you might be up here with someone, I should have been more mindful." Felix turned to the stranger, "So sorry to interrupt!"

"Truly, it's fine," Andre reassured. It all made sense. It was practically love at first sight, as it should be. Bruno was sweet, cute, and kind. He was everything Andre could have wanted. "Bruno, thank you so much for your help!" He quickly wrapped Bruno in a bear hug letting the green rectangle he held crash and break on the floor. Then he left without another word, only planning to come back and ask for a proper date once he was properly prepared with flowers. All sorts of future plans were in his head. Like how he would win Bruno's heart and eventually propose.

But it never happened. The next day, news spread of what happened at the Casa Madrigal. Mirabel received no gift and Bruno had gone missing.
