Interior: Coruscant, Jedi temple, Petro's quarters, evening.
As he abruptly awoke from the sound of thunder, Petro answered a knock upon his door to see Katooni petrified.
He was a small human boy with short dark hair, tanned skin, and green eyes,
She was a Tholothian with dark skin, blue eyes, and six shoulder length tendrils at the back of her head, instead of hair.
Concerned as he guided her in, he asked, "What's going on? Are you okay?"
"I had a nightmare, and the storm startled me," the young girl admitted, "can I stay with you tonight?"
Closing the door behind her, he nodded, "Of course."
As they sat on the couch, she shyly asked, "Will you hold me? Please? I'm scared."
Gently wrapping his arms around her in a warm embrace, he whispered, "You're safe, Katooni… you're safe,"
"Thank you," she softly replied.
"Anytime."
"Also, thanks again for helping me out of that ice on Ilum."
"I don't think I deserve to be thanked for that," he admitted.
"Why not?" she wondered, puzzled.
"I was so obsessed with finding my lightsaber crystal, it made me hesitate when you asked," he explained, "In my selfishness, I could've lost something far more precious to me than any lightsaber crystal."
"What was it?" she asked, oblivious to the obvious.
"You," he adoringly answered.
"Awww, I love you too," she mused whilst blushing, then clung tightly to him as thunder roared and lightning struck.
Sending soothing vibes to her through the Force, he pulled a blanket over them, "It's going to be okay, you're safe."
"Promise?"
"I promise."
