Juleka Couffaine

Alfida opened the door to see the tall, raven-haired student Juleka stand there.

"Hello Juleka, come in," Offered the woman making place for the girl to walk in, afterward the adult followed her to the desk and offered the student a chair to sit down. "How are you doing?"

"I'm fine," Responded Juleka making Alfida nod.

"Good, as you know I have asked half of your classmates already about themselves, so I can make myself a picture of each of you, in case you need help in the future sometime. Everything we discuss here will remain a secret. If you tell something, that's very bad for the others to know, you won't need to worry about,"

"Okay," Responded the tall girl, then Alfida noticed the girl's name on her block, ready to start the questioning. "Tell me a little about you. What is your name, how old are you and where are you from?"

"My name is Juleka Couffaine. I am 15 years old and I'm French," Answered the raven-haired girl making the school psycologist nod.

"Good, how is school going for you? Do you feel well here?"

"It's good," Responded Juleka short.

"And you feel good here?" Questioned the psycologist making Juleka nod. "Is it a yes?" Questioned Alfida making Juleka nod.

"Yes," The girl responded quiet making the woman chuckle.

"You're really a quiet girl I see," Commented Alfida making Juleka smile a little embarassed.
"I'm sorry,"

"You don't have to. I just want to make sure I get the notes right," Commented the brunette making the firl nod. "Who are you friends with here at the school?"

"My best friend is Rose. I know her from the kindergarten. I have Marinette from the start of the 7th grade and Nathaniel since the 2nd class or 3rd maybe? I don't remember, but he was already around with us thanks to Rose,"

"Okay," Commented the woman writing the names down, then Juleka moved her hand up to call the woman's attention, which looked up at her. "Did I miss something?"

"I forgot to say, my brother Luka is also a good friend of me," Said Juleka making the woman nod and write the boy's name down.

"Is he your older brother?" Questioned the psycologist making Juleka nod.

"I can trust him everything, I'm unable to confess to my friends, when I want," Answered Juleka.

"Okay and with all sort of issues you could have and needed somebody to talk with it about, you would go to Luka?"

"When I can't go to Luka or I don't want to go to him, I go to Rose. For parenting-related issues I only have my mother. I don't know, what happened to our dad. She never wanted to talk with us about him,"
"Okay…...have you ever asked or wondered, what happened in the past?"

"She commented, he didn't really have any time or motivation at his current moment to take the father role. My mom was angry, because he didn't say it earlier,"

"Yes, there could have been a possibilty for the two to talk and find a solution, that both could share and promise to the other to hold or…..solve it differently," Alfida confessed making Juleka think about what she meant and shrugged her shoulders.

"Wouldn't their relationship be bad for us too?" Questioned Juleka making Alfida ponder about the kid's words.

"Well…..that's a good question. We don't know who your father was as far I know. Perhaps it's a good motive you didnd't get to know him, or yet atleast,"

"Perhaps," Added Juleka, then Alfida looked throught the block to answer the family question and went up at the hobby question. "What are your favorite things you like to do in your free time? Have you got any hobbies?"

"I play the bass in my brother's band," Responded Juleka. "I listen to music, I hang out a lot with my friend Rose and I play games on the computer….well, not great games, but they're video games in one way too,"

"What sort of games, if I may ask?"

"Most of the games are online games from game platforms. I only have two computer games, which are Minecraft and Sims 2,"

"Interesting," Commented Alfida noticing the names of the games down and moved her pencil down to the next, unanswered question. "Which subjects are you good at?" Questioned the woman.

"I'm very good at philosophie and history," Responded Juleka making the woman nod.

"Do you have one, you're less good at?"

"Last two times I had a less good grade at Geography. I couldn't keep saved certain informations about certain cities of France,"

"That's okay, so far, you only had that?" Questioned the woman making Juleka nod.

"Otherwise I get at least a four, when I'm not good enough for the exam," Added Juleka making the woman nod.

"Do you have a dream job?" Asked Miss Ecofinisher making the raven-haired nod.

"I would like one day to be a model and present myself in new clothing , that people like a friend of mine Marinette would have created. I like to see myself in pictures or videos posing with a new design. Marinette and Alya have posted some with us all on it,"

"That's a very lovely idea," Agreed the brunette writing down the answer of the young girl. "Marinette was from your old class you say?" Questioned the woman making Juleka nod. "Did you get along with other people in that class as well or just her?"

"I did go along with many of them. With the rest I didn't talk with very much or not at all,"

"You're more of a listener right?" Questioned the brunette making Juleka nod.

"I don't really know what I should talk to people, when I want to try opening up,"

"Seeing, what you both have in common, afterward speak about the shared interests is the easiest way to get out of it. It doesn't need to be a lot of words. A phrases or two are sufficient for a conversation,"

"I think with my friend Rose and Luka mostly I can talk a lot,"

"It's like that mostly," Commented Alfida. "Do you have any health issues? Or Allergies?"

"No," Responded Juleka making the woman nod.

"Your deskmate, do you go along with?"

"Rose, yes," Responded Juleka making the adult wide her eyes remembering knowing that."

"Correct, I forgot about it. Well….there are two more in front of us. Where would you love to go someday on vacation?"

"Australia," Responded Juleka. "Or New Zealand,"

"This is probably the first time I heard those countries being mentioned. Got a specific reason why?"

"Nobody talks about them. I thought about it would be interesting to see them. Even if they're so far away,"

"It's a nice idea actually. I personally don't know a lot about those countries, besides the opera house in Sydney or the strict entry rules,"

"I just know about the kangaroos and the opera house. I've seen it on TV a lot,"
"Great," Agreed Miss Ecofinisher and added the two coutries in the list. "The last question, which three objects would you bring with you, if you were stranded on a lonely island?"

"Uh…..well….." Juleka commented thinking about the options she would come up with.

After a half minute, Juleka moved her hand up with a little smile and Alfida nodded to hear her answer.

"My guitar, a mat and an universal army knife," Responded Juleka making Alfida nod and notice them down.

"You're taking a mat to sleep?" Questioned the woman making Juleka nod. "Good, good!" Complimented the woman making Juleka nod. "Are there any issues you'd like to talk about or anything else I should know?"

"No, everything is okay," Responded Juleka.

"Really?" Questioned Alfida making Julka nod. "Okay, then it's time for you to call the next one. Thanks for your time,"

"You're welcome," Responded Juleka getting up and look back at the woman. "Did I talk enough for you?" Questioned Juleka making Alfida chuckle and get up from her seat.

"This is a bit difficult, but with the time it will come Juleka. You don't have to change, you just need to grow as a person. You're still a child and you're growing. Things will come and go with the time, you just might not be aware when it does. Don't break your head about it,"

Juleka nodded with a small smile at the woman, then left the office closing the door behind her, followed by the woman sit down to check the written details.
