Chapter One: Arrival
"Such a beautiful morning today. Too bad he isn't here with me to enjoy it." Alexis says as she is in the princess's old room looking out the window after having cleaned the room.
"Hey Alexis." A voice says revealing to be Magic and Kate.
"Magic! You're back!" Alexis says happily as she runs over to Magic.
"I've not been gone that long." Magic says as he chuckles.
"I know but I miss you being here." Alexis says as she smiles.
"I know. I miss you too. I wish we could find you a home though." Magic says.
"That's alright. Besides no human would accept a wolf and you know that." Alexis says as she pins her ears back.
"You can't possibly feel that way." Kate says in disbelief.
"I do. I've just accepted that this will always be my home." Alexis says.
"Well I'm not giving up on you having a home. I'll find you one. You'll see." Kate says.
"Right. Anyway what are you here for?" Alexis asks curiously.
"A little girl is in need of a kitten. We'll need the Pocketpedia!" Kate says.
"Uh yes. Of course. Over here Kate." Alexis says as she brings Kate over to the bookshelf.
"Do you think it'll show us the right kitten for Emily?" Magic asks curiously.
"But... what else is there Magic, Alexis? It's all that we have! Please Pocketpedia can you help us even for a kitten? Uh I guess not." Kate says as nothing happens.
"Just try another question." Magic says.
"A question?" Kate asks.
"Yes. Sometimes it took Ava asking and saying the right things for it to activate." Alexis says.
"Look! It's moving!" Magic says as the book flies into Kate's hands and opens up to a page.
"Cats of all breeds and a question mark? What does that mean?" Kate asks.
"I'm not sure." Alexis says.
"Maybe it has no idea." Magic says.
"Or... maybe it's trying to tell us to ask the right question! Huh... I wonder..." Kate says.
"Huh? What are you thinkin'?" Magic asks.
"Got an idea Kate?" Alexis asks.
"Maybe the right kitten for Emily is the one who can tell her mother how to stop being scared of cats!" Kate says.
"And you're going to ask every pet in Pocketville?" Magic asks.
"No just the cats!" Kate says.
"It's better than no idea. We should get started then." Alexis says as the group leaves.

Life story: Alexis was born in the mountains with her mother and her father. She is the only one of her litter. Her parents and pack both were killed when she was 3 by another wolf and his pack. Thanks to her mother she survived the slaughter and was raised by her adoptive family.
