Authors note: Welcome to the third chapter in this new book I hope you like it so far the next chapter is based off of season four episode 11 this episode is where Erin learns that bunny yet again light about her father and Jay was the one who figured it out by running a DNA test, then Erin was mad at him for doing it at the end of the episode Erin meet up with her old friend Amy that came to town they had a good chat and now She head home to go be with Jay
E= hey I'm home
J= hey you where were you today
E= I was everywhere would you like another beer
J= yes I would thanks
E= you're welcome here you go
J= thanks so much may I ask where you were all day
E= of course you can well after I left work I went to go see bunny
J= To see what she had to say about the whole thing
E= oh yeah
J= i'm guessing it didn't go well
E= oh no it didn't like Always she denied that she didn't know Jimmy wasn't my father the whole time
J= of course she did bunny is never the person at fault she is always the victim
E= oh yeah and Mia's her daughter always falls for it
J= come on Erin it's not your fault at all
E= Yeah so the next person I went to see was Jimmy
J= so how did that go
E= well when I met up with him to say sorry he started to shout at me because he thinks I was in on the plan to make him believe that he was my father
J= are you freaking kidding me he really thinks you were part of this whole set up to make them believe that he was your father
E= oh yeah like I really want to pretend I have a dad all of a sudden
J= he better be glad I wasn't there with you or else
E= my big protector
J= oh yeah this is all Bonnie's fault she does this all the time so don't ever blame yourself for that Erin no matter what
E= oh I won't I forgot to ask earlier how did the case go once I left
J= it went pretty well we got the guys
E= oh good that's good to hear
J= oh yeah but do you wanna know what happened to me after you left
E= oh god what happened
J= so I guess Hank wanted to know what was going on between us earlier when he walked in on us arguing
E= of course he did so what did you tell him
J= well I said I don't think he needs to worry about us and we will figure it out ourselves
E= i'm going to guess he didn't like that answer
J= oh no he didn't so he said to me and I quote " you know I turned a blind out to you to be in a couple in my unit so when I ask one of you a question as a courtesy to me you can answer for the others" so I told him about the whole Jimmy stuff
E= why does he have to know everything about my life
J= I don't blame him Erin I think he's trying to protect you
E= I get that but isn't what happened between us should be left between us and none of anybody's business especially his
J= oh it should be
E= besides he doesn't get involved in anybody else's relationship in the unit
J= maybe it's because you are like a daughter to him
E= I know but still
J= so you didn't tell me where you were this late like before you came home
E= Oh yeah do you know where my phone Annie that I talk about all the time
J= The one with the son named Travis
E= Oh yeah well she was in town and wanted to hang
J= well that's good so did you guys talk about anything special
E= we really just touched up with with each other since we haven't seen each other in forever
J= yeah that's a good thing
E= I also told her about what happened with Bunny this time since she knows my mom pretty well
J= yeah so what did she think
E= she thinks my mom is the worst and she asked me why I haven't decided just to move away from Chicago to get away from all her problems that she comes with
J= oh really so what did you say back to her
E= at first I was kind of speechless by what she said
J= I would too
E= like I get what she is saying it would make life easier to move away from her and all my problems that I've had
J= but it isn't that easy is it
E= no it isn't
J= why is that
E= well it's because the last 4 1/2 years I've built a great career who I met some great people who I consider to be my family now
J= and what else
E= I also found the man who makes me feel so special every day who makes my heart give a beat every time he says I love you how could I leave that
J= I have no clue and I don't want to find out
E= yeah me either I love you Jay and I'm so sorry for the way I was angry at you today
J= it's totally understandable why you were mad at me
E= No it isn't Jay you were the last person I should've been mad at
J= well I shouldn't ran that DNA test in the first place
E= well I didn't really stop you when you grabbed his cups
J= Maybe you wanted to find out the answer anyways and you just didn't want to admit it
E= yeah maybe I did I guess I'm glad the news came out now and not been months from now when I've already bonded with them so I'm glad and I'm so thankful you did it
J= well you are so welcome babe I only did it because I love you and wanted to protect you from all the bad stuff
E= like you always do ( kiss him) Oh it's been a long day of drama I say let's go to bed
J= couldn't agree more but before we go to bed I have to tell you something
E= you do what's up
J= so you know how we somehow kind of argued in front of everyone today when we were going over the case
E= oh yeah I've been everybody was a little thrown off by that because we never did that before
J= oh yeah well after work in the lock of when Kevin came out to me and told me after that moment of us arguing rixton came over to him and asked if we were dating
E= and Kevin said yes
J= Yeah I guess rixton found out we were dating in the worst way possible
E= poor rixton he's a good guy
J= yes he is maybe next time we are out with him we should buy him a drink or two to make it up to him
E= yeah that's a good idea
J= all right let's go to bed
E= All right maybe you can carry me since I'm too tired to walk
J= you're lucky I love you
E= that I am
Jay carries her off to bed and they end up falling asleep right away
