Arthur made his way from the infirmary through the school when he came upon Percy who looked thrilled to see him. "Dad you've finally come here and saved me the effort of needing to write to you for information. I need your help!" he said as Arthur rounded on him furiously. He picked Percy up by the scruff of his neck and shoved him against the wall holding him up from the floor his feet dangling pathetically. At this point Arthur had been through so much personally he'd just snapped. Why the fuck was Percy always his only son to ever care solely for himself? Why did he always think only he or his own issues mattered? Why did his other children always suffer when he was meant to be a prefect?

"You filthy, sorry, sad excuse for a human. Yet again because of your selfishness and stupid inadequacy at doing your job as a prefect Ron was once more hurt. What's worse is you're so self-obsessed you don't even know that. You're not a Hufflepuff prefect and you better believe I'll be asking where they were when he was kidnapped as well. Oh didn't know that did we? Your problem is you can only see yourself. What an utter failure! Oh Percy SHUT UP!" he snapped waving his wand and transfiguring Percy's mouth into a zip which he shut stopping his furious protests about why his life was so tough in its tracks. Reaching forward he snatched his prefects badge off his robes and screamed at him that he was fired. The students around them looked totally stunned. Literally dropping Percy on the floor and kicking him for good measure in the side he walked with purpose towards the office of Albus Dumbledore physically shaking with rage and reeling from what he'd just done even if it was deserved.

Dumbledore jumped as his office door was blasted open, whacked against the wall and slammed shut again before being physically blasted off its hinges into a million pieces. What on earth was going on? He looked at the hole where he'd once had a door in awe. What was going on? He didn't need to wonder much longer as Arthur still shaking with rage stormed into his office walking up to his desk.

"Albus Dumbledore you useless sack of shit we need to talk about someone. Maybe you've heard of him I'm not sure and to be honest I don't care right now. Tom Riddle!" he screamed shocked as Albus himself screamed all colour draining from his face.

"Arthur please calm down it doesn't do to get too hysterical and do things we may regret. What has Tom Riddle done to you and how on earth do you know that name?" he asked still very frightened looking.

"I can see that this registered something in you very good. It proves you're not completely cold. This Tom Riddle dude kidnapped my son Ronald and while you were twiddling your thumbs up here in your office. You're not some kind of king you're a headmaster and the students need to see you to remember you even exist. How many even know where your office is? What kind of stone are you hiding in this school? Tom Riddle Imperioused my son to go and get it for him!" he screamed using his wand to blast apart several rare gold objects in the office which were pissing him off by their opulence. Seeing Rich things after all Ron had been through was the worst annoyance. Albus tried in vain to stop from trashing his office but nothing he did was working.

"But Arthur surely you can't be telling me the truth? Surely this cannot have happened today! I mean it's not even lunchtime. Where were the prefects? In fact where was Percy?" Albus snapped as Arthur screamed punching him in the face and breaking his nose with a loud snap.

"STOP CARING ABOUT PEOPLE THAT DON'T FUCKING MATTER AND FOCUS! Percy is an absolute disgrace. Here is his prefect badge. I order you to keep it. He is not to ever be allowed to be prefect again. He must be the worst prefect in this school if you don't count the ones from Hufflepuff. Get the head of Hufflepuff here right now she will be answering for the incompetence of her students!" he screamed as Albus tried to heal his bleeding nose and called Pomona who came to his office in a few minutes time. She entered and saw Arthur and Albus bleeding and her expression hardened.

"Haven't I told you Albus that Ronald matters? You probably deserved that punch. What happened to him now? It's not like he'd be here for any other reason!" she snapped as Arthur rounded on her.

"Because my son Percy was the worst prefect in history and the Hufflepuff prefects were not there he was kidnapped by someone called Tom Riddle. Where were those prefects? ANSWER ME!" he screamed at her.

"Mr Weasley my prefects protect their housemates both inside and outside the house but they do also have class. They can't be around all the time and you should know that. Where was he kidnapped or did he not tell you? Is he ok now? I'm rather fond of him if I'm honest. He truly is a wonderful young man!" she said with affection as Arthur burst into tears. He was screaming crying. He'd just been through so much and was literally snapping. They all jumped as the floo went off and Madam Bones stepped out. Her wand was suddenly raised as she took in the state of the room.

"What on earth happened in here? Arthur Weasley are you ok?" she asked in extreme concern.

"No I am not. The Hufflepuff prefects and Percy my son failed to protect my youngest son Ronald who was kidnapped whilst at school by Tom Riddle. I don't know who that is but he imperioused my son and asked him to get him a stone on the third floor here. I'm still trying to process it all to be honest. Life has just been so tough for me lately and I'm still trying to understand why this fucker here is so out of the loop as to what goes on in his own school!" he snapped as she looked extremely sternly at Albus herself.

"Despite the way he said it he is right Albus. Why did you not know he was in the school? Why did you not know he was kidnapping students? How in the hell can you be in this school and not know what goes on? Do you just spend your whole day in this office? Do students even know where your office is!? You're a disgrace! I didn't even come here for this reason but it will be the reason I'm here now. Come on Arthur. Let's go now and talk to your son about what happened to him. Pomona you may join us. Albus clean your office it's a mess!" she snapped as the three of them left the room. Percy who had been on his way up the hall to the headmasters office fell as they bumped into him and Amelia told him to be adult and stop acting like such an idiot with the damn zip in his mouth. She told him now was certainly not the time for jokes. He attempted to shout at her about how unfair it was and how none of this was his fault and was all Ron's fault which is what he felt. They merely walked past him and up to the infirmary. When they came back in Arthur was handed a calming draught which he took immediately feeling better. Amelia felt so bad for him after all he'd been through recently. No one ever went to jail for doling out a needed punch anyway so it was all good.

Albus was still reeling in his office. How had then known about the stone and how had he not had any answers for them? He was very stunned that he didn't know the answers they needed and annoyed that he was also expected to have them. It wasn't his fault that this had happened but he'd need to do something about it now in case they decided to ruin his reputation over it. Ronald really didn't matter but he seemed to be a trouble magnet. Maybe he should ask the board of Governors about finding a way to expel him. It might be safer overall. Ron was crying as he told Madam Bones what happened to him. He was very afraid of being judged. Elsewhere a guilty Sam removed the sickness ward from the third floor corridor and hoped people would just assume it had gotten better on his own. He'd not realised people would end up on that floor so much but more fool him I guess. After answering a few questions Amelia went with Arthur to the third floor to look around. Arthur had insisted on seeing it. They opened the door to find dead fluffy and both gagged at the smell. He was shifted to the corner and they opened the trap door conjuring some stairs. They went through each of the obstacle courses highly confused as to how they very obviously correlated to the first year curriculum. They battled the troll and entered the end chamber to see the stone or what was meant to be the real stone glistening in a jewelled box on an altar of some kind.

Arthur scanned the stone quickly while Amelia was looking around and informed her it was just a large ruby. There was nothing at all magical about it and both were furious. It was quite obvious that this course was an obstacle course designed for a first year to go through. The question now became did Albus intend Ron to do this or someone else? Even more questions which would need to be answered.
