He growled. "It's taking all my willpowernot to tear that little jerk apart with my claws! But Sky's right; there's no point fighting now. He's not worth the tearing.

"Yeah, after I went nuts with the whole 'Zoey's buried alive' thing last time, I don't feel comfortable with digging."
Confessional: Mike (Heroic Hamsters) [episode 3, confessional 5]
"I didn't know, okay?! If I did, I would've gotten him a whole buffet of food!" He sighed in defeat.
Confessional: Mike (Heroic Hamsters) [episode 3, confessional 6]
He sighed romantically. "Not only is she cute and smart, she's also graceful like a leopard. Swift and mighty wherever she goes."
"Mike?" Zoey called from outside the confessional, making him blush. "You okay? What were you saying?"
"Um, well, um, how much of that did you hear?" He gave a nervous laugh.

"It may look like the odds are against us, but Sky was able to best me in a fight with a plan. And I have a plan to get the win without even raising a fist."
Confessional: Mike (Heroic Hamsters) [episode 8, confessional 8]
"I kinda feel bad for Rodney. Seeing your girlfriend get the boot...but something about that is bothering me. Just how did Helga get her leg broken?" The scene flashed back to the blimp. A hand reached out from behind a crate and twisted Helga's leg as she was running. The figure ran off afterwards.
Mike let out a gasp, making his eyes darken and his hair fall over, covering an eye. "Getting rid of her was just the beinning," he said in an ominous tone. "One by one, they will all fall." Mike gasped again, returning him to normal. "Anyway...what was I talking about?"
Confessional: Mike (Heroic Hamsters) [episode 9, confessional 9]
"Did...did I break her guitar?" The scene flashed back to last night. Mike, his eyes darkened and his hair covering an eye, quickly slashed Destiny's guitar while she slept. He smiled as lightning crashed crashed outside.
Mike gasped, and his eyes darkened and his hair fell over his eye. He just gave a wicked laugh as he rubbed his hands.

"Blech! It smelled so sickenly sweet! But I couldn't let my team down. So I thought of every non-sweet thing I could think of. Frog quiche, raw fish, the brine from a jar of dill pickles...I'm surprised I didn't puke."

"Sky explained to me what happened tonight. I would vote for Lindsay, but she meant well in the end." He gave a sad sigh. "I decided to vote for myself."

He shuddered. "The weirdest and creepiest part of it? It felt like deja vu. But...how is that possible?!" He curled up into a ball. "I-I just don't know!"

"Zoey's pulling away. Maybe it might be for the best. If I can't control myself around her and the others, then she might be safer to stay away. Oh, but I really don't want her to!" He gasped, making Mal take control. "Oh, but I do."

He was holding a rock over his head. "I have to protect Zoey at all costs." He tossed the rock, which landed on his head. He gasped, making Mal take control. "Bravo, Mike. That should keep him quiet for a while." He whistled as he fixed his hair. "Der, I'm Mike!" He gave an evil laugh.

"They say the eyes are the windows to the soul." He pushed his hair up. "Time to shut...that...window."

"It's so easy to imitate Mike. Not even Zoey has a clue I'm not him. I should've done this years ago." He snickered.

"Only because otherwise, it'll look suspicious."

He laughed. "How gullible is this girl?"

"With a friend like me, who needs enemies?" He gave an evil laugh as flames burned in the background.

He whistled as he showed the tampered votes.

"Perfect. Now that Dave trusts me, he'll never suspect me being the one to destroy him." He laughed.

"Gravity times weak arms equals five minutes max before he falls." He laughed.

"Ha! Mike might miss that shrimp, but as far as I'm concerned, getting rid of Dave was like scraping gum off my shoe: a little sticky, but oh so satisfying."

"Now to deal with my biggest threat: Solstice. He's going to pay for sabotaging my sabotage."
Confessional: Mal [episode 18, confessional 26]
"How could I lose my strength like that?!" He widened his eyes in realization. "Mike! Oh, he's messing with my plans!" He growled. "I'm coming for you, bro!" He punched the camera lens, knocking it out.

He face-palmed.

"Another piece falls into place. Once Sol's gone, I'll be able to concentrate on getting rid of Mike...for good!"

"Solstice has incrimitating footage of me on a DVD and hid it somewhere in the hotel. He said it's 'in the art', but how can anyone tell which piece has been tampered with when it's all so hideous? I also know that Zoey and Samey are getting suspicious. That could be a problem, especially with Mike on the loose in my head. His head, our head, whatever! He won't be able to hide from me much longer."

"I'll have to ditch Zoey for a while so I can make sure Gwen doesn't win. I need to get back to the spa hotel to find the DVD Solstice hid!"

"This challenge is getting too close for my liking. It's time for a little sabotage."

"The plan was to make Courtney take the fall after everyone saw the fake chart, but that louse Samey completely screwed it up! She's going down."

"I wanted Samey or Courtney to lose, but Gwen is good enough, I suppose. But soon, they will all go down."

"The million dollars is in my grasp, and still no one has a clue that I'm not really Mike." He laughed. "I'm going to use the prize to live like a real villain: in a tower, preferably overlooking a volcano."

"If I'm losing Zoey's trust, I really need to win this challenge. If I can't win fairly, I'll just have to win unfairly." He chuckled, which turned into a maniacal laugh.

"Let me guess: he thinks I'm handing him the million on some sort of platter?" He laughed as he rubbed his hands. "Sometimes, it's too easy."

"She knows I'm not Mike but still brought me to the finale? Oh, her devotion to Mike is touching. And with Mike trapped in my subconscious, that million dollars is mine!"

"If Alejandro, Heather, Shawn or Jasmine get in my way at all, I'll bury them alive!"

Okay, I'm certain I handled the whole Mike/Mal plot MUCH better than canon and fixed the main issues with it. Mike played a part before Mal took over, Mal was a much more effective antagonist, and Mal's defeat didn't end anticlimatically. Check, check and check! But even in canon, Mal's one of my favorite villains of Total Drama. A shame that he wasn't handled better. But hey, that's what fanfiction's for, right?
